I made an appointment to be seen a few weeks ago, i get to the appointment and get in the back the gentleman taking my weight and checking my pressure was asking me the cause for the visit. I explained to him what was going on, just for detail i explained it was for recent hospital visits and my weight. He immediately recommended wegovy and said the dr will go over it with me. The dr comes in checks my heart sits down and when i explained to him i wanted to be checked over to see if it’s something hormonal causing me to hold weight, he said “i highly doubt it something like that” and immediately went into the same speech about wegovy. I don’t like taking medication as it is nonetheless, one for a disease i don’t even have just because it’s good for weight loss. Then tells me my visit wasn’t made for a physical. Which is what i asked for! I’m sent to do blood work i get a text on their texting app and it’s the dr saying i attached your blood results, and then says he recommends a Mediterranean diet and if I’m overweight to look into their weight loss program. Didn’t go over results or nothing. I call the office to be told that i would have to make an appointment and since they don’t take insurance i would have to pay $150. To top it off they didn’t even tell in office when i went they won’t be taking insurance anymore i had to find out on the app! So now i have blood results i can’t read and in need of a new doctor!

Just found out after my mother called to make an appointment that they no longer are accepting any insurance. That's fine, every doctor has their prerogative, but there were no emails sent out, no letters, nothing. There isn't even anything on their website to alert that they are no longer accepting insurance. I am a patient of Dr. Zannis (under a different last name since I just got married), and I received nothing. They told my mom that they are informing people individually as they call in and they are not sending out letters or emails. So they are just wasting people's time. That doesn't seem like good business practice to me.

Dr Zannis was my doctor (and eventually all my friends doctor too) in the early 2000s. I had to move north but I've yet to meet a more caring or knowledgeable doctor. Takes the time to walk you through everything while maintaining a great sense of humor. Wish he was still my primary and you would be doing yourself a solid making him yours. Compassionate...top shelf.

I love Dr. Z! He is amazing. Dr. Zannis and his staff have always gone above and beyond with my needs. He's been my primary physician for over 8 years and his personal touch makes the difference to me. I tested positive for Covid and Dr. Zannis made sure that I had the medicine that I needed to recover. He personally delivered to my house and to check up on me. Thank you!

I was very happy when I encountered Dr. Zannis. I felt he took his time to know me and had my health at interest. That was well over 10 years ago and it’s sad how things have changed. The last few visits I saw a young physician in training or a nurse. I was offered unnecessary services. It felt like making money, not making people healthy, was the new priority. Finally, my wife got a bill for a visit she never had (01-05-22). They were the ones that cancelled it and she never rescheduled it. Update: I received a call from Dr. Zannis and we spoke briefly. I was at work so I couldn’t take too much time. It was nice to hear from him. Also, the visit charge (that never occurred) was dropped. I appreciate that.

Dr. Zannis is incredible. He has been my doctor for over 14 years. It is a pleasure to speak with him at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care. He makes sure that I am properly informed about my health. All of the staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Zannis has gone above and beyond to help me. I appreciate him taking time to go over my diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I highly recommend becoming his patient.

They hardly ever answer their phone when u call the office. When getting refills they try to scam you and ask for a copay on non controlled prescriptions. The nurses also give faulty advice. When dr. Z is walking around the halls he blurts out obscenities and swears a lot, very unprofessional. I did some research and One of the nurses (male) is actually his bf/husband, wonder how he got that job! The doctor seems to have tailored speeches he gives patients to try to get them different Fatloss drugs when he should be emphasizing a healthy diet and exercise first and foremost. I Also on their klara website they sometimes take days to respond, if at all. Not to mention when I went in for a physical, the nurse took my BP, and he literally just gave me a speech on the benefits of cannabis instead of doing an actual physical . At the office they try to scam you into getting you off essential meds and to take weed instead. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Dr. Zannis has been my Primary Care Physician for over 10 years. He is the most Caring and Compassionate Doctor I have ever seen! He TRULY LISTENS to my concerns as I am sure he does all of his patients! He gives the BEST advice, care and treatment. He has a great heart! And he has the best intentions for his patients. Wellness is his ultimate goal. His office is very clean, nice and professional. His staff is very friendly and professional as well! I couldn't ask for better! I've never had a long wait. I'm sure if you make him your Doctor, you will feel the same! He gets 10+ ☆'s from me!!!! Love him! UPDATE: Now Dr. Zannis has been my Doctor for over 15 years, and I still feel the same! Sad the insurance companies are doing this to him. Insurance companies SURELY TAKE OUR PREMIUMS and then DON’T WANT TO PAY OUR DOCTORS REASONABLY! That’s very unfair!!! His Compassion and Knowledgeable Care is why he will remain my Doctor!!!

Dr. Z is awesome, and so are his staff. The only Dr that has ever called me to see how I was doing. He has been my primary care doc for over 12 years- would not have it otherwise!

Dr. Jason Zannis had been my physician for years. Employment or Unemployment he has always taken care of me - my health. I have never had any problems with his Team, Payment/Insurance or overall service. In fact I would choose Dr. Zannis as my PCP regardless, he is a great Doctor and cares about his patients.

I Love Dr. Zannis!, he takes the time and that is rare these days! Here you are never a number. I always feel at home and the staff works together to go above and beyond to give you a personalized care plan no matter what you are going through.

Recently moved into the area and have tried a few different offices but this has by far been our best experience. Dr. Zannis and his staff are some of the most friendly people I’ve met here. I took my daughter in for an appointment and was very happy with the care they provided. I have also been seen as a patient now and had the same experience. Great office, Dr. and staff! Highly recommend and will not be going elsewhere!

I find it very fishy that all of the recent reviews for this doctor’s office are good. This office will literally charge you for EVERY LITTLE THING. Not even joking, they tried to change me to talk to the doctor over the phone for FIVE SECONDS only for him to tell me my bloodwork was NORMAL. WOW! There are MANY of instances of being changed for no reason- my insurance covers my yearly annual check-up 100%, and they said “they don’t bill it that way” so I had to pay up! Excuse me?? No. Not to mention he told my 160 lbs husband that he is obese and needs to do Whole30- Dr wanted him to sign up with a “ representative coach” that costs over $100 a month. Sounds like an MLM to me. I’m so glad we don’t go here anymore.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zannis for some time now and I can confidently say that he and his entire team are truly exceptional. From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. They make every effort to ensure that I feel comfortable and at ease during my visits. But it's not just their welcoming demeanor that sets them apart. The level of care and attention that I receive from Dr. Zannis and his team is truly unparalleled. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best possible care. I have complete trust in Dr. Zannis and his team, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care. They truly care about their patients and it shows in everything they do.

I was referred to Dr. Zannis' office four years ago by a friend after my PCP could not fit me in for, what I considered an emergency. Dr. Zannis was able to fit me in on short notice, despite being very busy. I recently relocated a loved one suffering from dementia from California to Florida and once again Dr. Zannis and his staff were able to see my loved one on short notice. Dr. Zannis has also gone out of his way to check on me and how I am dealing with the stress of helping a loved one with dementia. I have NEVER had a doctor care so much about me as Dr. Zannis and Walk-In to Wellness. I highly recommend Dr. Zannis!!

Absolutely fantastic physician!! I wish I could give 10 stars! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zannis for over 10 years now and he just keeps getting better. He and his staff always go the extra mile and seem to sincerely care (which is sadly rare these days). I can’t say enough nice things about his practice. Thank you Dr. Z, Gio and the rest of your staff for always taking care of me and making me feel like family!

When I first encountered Dr. Zannis and had my first visit I felt finally someone listened and cared. However, after this week’s visit I was really disappointed. I got a diagnosis and I had go two options one was a no for me and the other way out of pocket. I wasn’t given anything like best practices to help with the problems I have since I couldn’t do either one. Just trying to hurry me out of the office and then proceeded to want me to do a follow up. This makes no sense no best practices no other alternatives. I got my results wanted to just discuss what was tested and to make sure I understand. They then told me I have to do copay to do a follow up on my results!!! Like I never ever heard of this before. I don’t understand how you guys do this to patients and think it’s okay. I am really disappointed.I honestly feel like I was just a number and just to get money. I understand it’s a business but this was a stretch. Good luck to you guys.

Little bit of a communication issue but overall great and knowledgeable doctor for your medical needs. Straight to the point and will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of.

(1 star review) I drove 40 miles out of my way to come to this doctor after finding him in network with my insurance, and I really wanted to give this Dr. a chance. Unfortunately, I never even got the opportunity to meet him, twice! Office staff is very unorganized and due to lack of confirming insurance I had to wait over an hour both times to then never be seen. It's truly bad practice to give patients appointments without verifying their insurance or worse yet, making them wait while they verify their insurance and making them feel like their insurance is more valuable than being seen as a patient. I was willing to pay out of pocket and even at that I was not able to be seen because I was told it would "mess up future insurance covered visits" I've heard great things about Dr. Zannis being very thorough and having great bedside manners, however it is very off-putting if the people that you are dealing with before you even get to see the Dr. make it impossible to be seen. (REVISED) Dr. Zannis definitely lives up to his reputation. He personally called me to rectify the situation. Even while being out of the office, he has made arrangements to make sure I'm seen.
