Worst to-go experience ever, the package is super cheap and inconvenient for travelers (forks are from hotel). They put noodles and eggs inside plastic bags (see the photos). Didn’t put tempura inside the tempura soda. Didn’t have chopsticks inside the package, shall I eat with my hands? Ask for a refund for the missing tempura with soba, the owner said they only refund 4 dollars for just the tempura? Take the 4 dollars with you and hope all the best for your business!!

Love this little Izakaya. So close to an authentic Japanese Izakaya experience with its little booths and decor. We had fried oysters (crispy and light), avo unagi temaki (Hand rolls), takoyaki (also light with nice bits of octopus inside), calamari dusted with curry powder, spicy ramen and the abu (brothless) ramen. All so tasty and well prepared. We were there early (happy hour) with one cook - he’d be incredibly busy later in the evening I’m guessing. But tii hi s is a definitely repeat.

Where to begin!? The food was amazing!!! Everything was so carefully put together and you can really taste the high quality food they serve here. I had to stop eating and take a few snaps of our food. We ordered the tuna tartar, soft shell crab roll along with two other rolls i cant remember at the moment. Er also got some the most savoury miso soup my mouth has had the plessure of housing! We were absolutely stunned at how great the food is but also the service was superb!!! Eat here!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere. The food was amazing the staff was great. we had a melon float and it was to die for. I highly recommend stopping in and trying them you won't regret it.

Had our Christmas dinner in this restaurant. We loved the fried chicken and ramen, soba here. Sashimi was also good.

Amazing food and atmosphere! We sat in one of the tatami rooms which was a great experience. Had jellyfish for the first time here and the sushi was great! The servers were friendly.

Looks like a typical small Izakaya inside. Great food. Authentic Japanese vibes. Ate the chicken katsu curry and it tasted like something I’d get in Japan. We arrived about a half hour before last call so the staff seemed to be on the tail-end of their energy. Service was acceptable, in any case, but the food was the real star here.

Legit reviewing this while still sitting in the restaurant. This is the spot. The food is delicious, it comes out fast- right when it’s made, meaning it is the most fresh and delicious it can be and you don’t have to wait. Fabulous sake options. Clearly marked gluten free menu. Prompt and no nonsense service. Low sensory (quiet music and low lighting) 10/10 get here

Food is amazing! Service can be hit or miss. Lots of young servers who can be shy or just a bit socially unaware, doesn’t take away from the atmosphere or food though. One female server is amazing! Love her but haven’t seen her in a while.

Food was taaaasty! I ordered the chicken katsu curry and I cleaned my plate. My friend ordered ramen and was very pleased. Drinks weren’t bad either. No one was rude or anything, but the service wasn’t much to write home about, and that’s really my only complaint. The space itself is full of these really near enclosed booths that seem to give a very cozy, nook-and-cranny sort of feel. Would visit again.

Great vegan food, curry ramen were exactly as described. Good selection of beers as well for those inclined.

Delicious food. Lunch special: perfect - delicious sides and crispy katsu. Sushi roll is impressive. Dinner: hot soba and calamari. Yum. Friendly staff. Nice ambiance for a date. Private areas (perimeters) so there can be an intimate experience.

Great spot for some ramen on a winters day! I would try to come visit outside of peak times (lunch and dinner). The food is delicious and the staff are helpful and friendly. The decor inside looks great too!

Delicious food, amazing atmosphere and decor! We got the aburamen with added chashu and soft yolk egg, the karaage, and the 💖ULTIMATE💖 selection of small dishes. All of them were great. We had three of their rolls (unagi, spider, and salmon skin roll). Of the three, our favorite was the unagi. We would definitely return if we could!
