I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the leasing department at the Collins, I am so excited to call this place my home! Danielle has been an amazing help from the moment she toured me to the moment I’ve signed the lease, she provided me with all the necessary information to have a successful move with assistance on getting a parking permit, movers, internet services and elevator reservation for my move in date. It was a pleasure working with someone that was just as excited as I was about moving into The Collins! She is very passionate about her job and it shows through her assisting me with questions even after hours.

So far my experience at the Collins has been great. The staff I’ve encountered have been extremely friendly and the location is perfect for me. I can’t thank Danielle Brago enough for making me feel so welcome from day one when I toured the building. It really does make a difference when someone makes you feel comfortable knowing you have such a big decision to make. I appreciate the constant communication she gave me while settling in and even now always being available to help answer questions or concerns I might have. A huge thank you, Danielle!

Just moved in and the entire move in process was so smooth!! Dani made the seemingly stressful day, calm and easy. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous, and my neighbors seem friendly too! The Collins is fantastic. I lived there for several years then recently moved to Logans Square to save a bit more money. Unfortunately, I had a myriad of issues with my new apartment and ended up leaving after 2 months. I knew The Collins was a great place to live so I reached back out to Dani and the team and they were nothing but gracious, helpful, and accommodating. They made my situation so much more bearable and Dani, in particular, made me feel like I was being listened to, respected, and cared for. She is truly so warm, likable, and genuine--one of the best assistant property managers here in the city. Although I wasn't able to move back to The Collins, I was able to snag a great apartment at Baums. Im truly so happy and grateful for the team at The Collins. They are worth every penny.

This review is solely to talk about my experience with Dani. She is phenomenal in working with. I lived in a different building in Philly and was interested in moving into the Collins once my lease expired. I toured a few times with Dani and spoke with her a ton of times over a month+ period. (I ended up moving away and did not have the chance to move into the building.) In all our communications, Dani responded quickly, was polite, energetic and trustworthy. I felt I was getting the whole truth with every question I asked. While I didn't end up with this building, my experience with how she runs things tells me it's easily a five star review.

I lived at The Collins for just over a year and I had a great experience. Dani Brago was an incredible Community Manager and person to work with throughout my entire lease. From day 1, she was extremely responsive via email, always was flexible with anything we needed, and came to all conversations with a positive attitude and genuine want to help. The unit itself was an extremely nice place to live and the people that work in the building and for the company also add to the value. When I needed to rework part of my lease, I anticipated struggles or disagreements, however, Dani provided nothing but positivity and willingness to work with me. She provided us with options that could work for all involved and made a potentially stressful situation extremely easy and seamless. I can only hope that places in my future have someone as easy and great to work with as Dani and The Collins!

I moved into The Collins earlier this month and it was such a smooth process! Dani Brago was super accommodating and easy to work with throughout the entire process from touring to moving in. She was super informative, helpful, and communicated via email and phone in a timely manner to answer any and all questions and make sure I was all set! The front desk staff has been pretty friendly and the maintenance team has addressed any issues in my apartment in a quick manner. The building is in the perfect spot and I can’t wait to further explore the city!
