Hands down, the best dental office I’ve found. Such friendly, courteous staff, and Shari, the dental hygienist is the best I’ve found in the city - so thorough, always great advice, so patient (I have ridiculously sensitive teeth), and mindful. I feel I’m in such good hands there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth!

UPDATE - I never spoke with the office manager like the response claims. All I’ve done was wrote a review for my experience here. Pretty bad experience here unfortunately. I was a patient starting in 2021 and stopped being a patient in 2023 due to change of employment causing a change in my insurance. I had one filling done that was way too high and to this day I still have issues flossing around the tooth because the bonding was not flossed out after by the dentist. Other than that one filling, all I received were cleanings because no one bothered to do x rays to check for other cavities besides the one I got filled. When I went to my new dentist I had 5 cavities that I was never informed about at dental solutions! Additionally I have a bunch of issues with my bite and shifting of my teeth that I was never informed about here so I could not seek out an orthodontist proactively. Everyone here was nice which is why it’s a 2 star review but I didn’t feel like there was much transparency in my care here. :/

Ive never met a more caring dentist than Dr. Malki. He took his time with the diagnosis and performed my root canal without any problems. Highly recommended.

Loved my experience at Dental Solutions. As a new patient, I think there was a misunderstanding about what I wanted during my first appointment, which the office only scheduled x-rays for (I wanted a cleaning, which I was overdue for). The wonderful staff rectified this immediately and managed to get me x-rays and a cleaning. Chanel, front desk staff, immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. X-ray tech Christopher was friendly and kind, and did a lot of legwork to ensure that I got my teeth cleaned. Hygienist Shari was funny, kind, and upbeat during a cleaning that was probably not too fun for her. I'd highly recommend this dentist. Wonderful staff that does awesome work.

If you’re a new patient, don’t bother coming in if you want a cleaning. There is no availability until August. Otherwise, front desk is super nice. Tech was phenomenal. X-Ray was fast. Got in early and was seen quickly. Scheduling and payment fast. Really efficient office. Edit: They were able to find an appointment for a cleaning.

They do great dental work! All of my visits have been wonderful. Very courteous staff. Easy payment plans. Very helpful. Very pleasant experiences. No complaints. God Bless! Shalom!

This is a wonderful practice...a friendly, warm, professional place from the front office staff to the dentists and dental hygienists. All the dental work I've had done is top notch. As most people do, I harbor a slight fear of going to the dentist, but I've been very comfortable here and I will continue to be a patient for all my dental needs, from cleanings, cavities, extractions, crowns and implants.

Like many others have written, I too felt as though I was misled in the scheduling process. Additionally, I was also over-exposed to radiation (based on the medical opinion of a dentist at another practice who has 40+ years of work experience). Below are a list of poor business practices, dangerous care, and unprofessional experience I was subjected to: 1) I scheduled a cleaning/routine visit and did not get a cleaning; however, I did receive multiple rounds and types of x-rays that I did not want. I had x-rays taken in the last several months by a previous dentist in another city and offered to share those x-rays with the Dental Solutions team, but Dental Solutions refused. 2) After raising my concerns regarding over-exposure to radiation and the absence of care with Dental Solutions, they stopped responding to me about how we can move forward together. 3) There is no patient privacy. The patients are in one big room without walls or any other means to promote privacy and protect patients. Not only can you hear everyone's procedures being done, you can hear all the conversations, including others' medical information.

Friendly, warm, caring as well as professional. It is one of the best dental offices, I've had the pleasure of visiting as a patient.
