Front desk people are very rude and unprofessional. It's a small waiting room and they are just sitting there talking bad about patients/parents while other patients/ parents are there waiting... Horrible!!!!! On top of that they just laugh about it too like really?; you treat people like they are idiots just cause you probably have a miserable life? The front desk girls both should be fired or trained, they need to be able to be courteous and professional!!!!!! Especially in that type of office. If i knew there names I would definetely leave it on this review.

I have to say my son and I have been coming to my own orthodontist for a year now and everyone is so helpful for me to full understanding what’s going on with my son’s braces and palettes expander we love our orthodontist Big thank you I fully recommend

When you walk in the new design & office really catch your eye. Then you're greeted at the front desk by the most professional, polite, friendly and down to earth ladies ever. Wait to go back is never long at all and then you get to see the horse shoe design. Dr. Shaw keeps you posted every step of the way, takes the time to actually speak with you. Before you know it you're on your way out and front desk is awaiting to quickly discuss best time & date for next Appt. Dr. Shaw & staff have been amazing in every way shape or form to my family & I, as I'm sure with many many other families. Thank you to everyone at My Orthodontist, please don't ever change.

Professional very friendly never had any problems or issues.

Been going here for about a year now, my kids and I absolutely love it here. The office manager Cathy answered all my questions during our first appointment as well as Dr. Shah! The assistants in the back always make sure my kids feel comfortable when they are back for their appointment as well as the front desk girls who always help work around my schedule when doing their next appointment. I wish I would have found this place sooner ❤️

If I could give them 6 stars I would!! Their staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate my child. We had a unique situation and they went out of their way to help us make it work and I’m very grateful. I feel it’s equally as important to note the good things as it is to report the bad. So today I want to thank Felicia at the front desk, Dr Shah and the My Orthodontist Team! Sincerely One Super Thankful mom!

My kids & I love it here! Dr. Shah is amazing and always keeps me up to date with their treatment as well as making them feel comfortable. The girls at the front are amazing, they have the best energy that also makes me kids feel comfortable and honestly excited to come to their appointments. Everyone in the office is always so sweet and such a help. So glad we chose to come here!

My Orthodontist has been a great experience for our family. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My child loves her doctor and never complains. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

The Orthodontist was ok but the front office was a little.....loud and unprofessional with all the talking. If they would of stop when I came, I would of been fine with that. They finished their conversation then helped.
