Dr. Shawn and the Team have been phenomenal every step of the way. I fully recommend this clinic if you are having any post concussion issues. Dr. Shawn has taken me on as a complex persistent concussion patient and worked with me from a multidisciplinary perspective. We ve done rehab, nutrition, vestibular and chiropractic work. I've seen Shawn as a chiro and as a physio for a couple years and he is 5 stars! 10/10! (I actually followed him from another clinic because he's wonderful). He's extremely communicative about the manipulations he's doing to my body, and is always willing to explain in more detail what is going on presently / the reasons why things may have developed. I really feel like I leave each session with a better understanding of my body and the tools to continue working on improving myself. The complex injury clinic is a beautiful, clean space and everyone I've interacted with there has been extremely kind and helpful. Highly highly recommend!

I was referred to the clinic upon sustaining a concussion after a car accident. All the staff were amazing from reception to my recovery team. All of the professionals you will interact with there are stellar. When it looked like I might have stalled in my progress they worked together and found new and improved available programs to work through. I had a severe herniated disc in my lower back and was seeking treatment for my recovery. At first, I was hesitant to see a Chiropractor but I’m so happy that I did. Luckily Dr Gargoum worked at the same office (WHC) as my family physician so I started seeing him. Dr Gargoum laid out a recovery plan for me that started with acupuncture, light physical work, and then moved onto adjustments when I was physically ready. It was a plan that was key to my successful recovery. I really appreciate his open and honest communication that was very helpful during a 2 year recovery period. Now I’m back to playing sports and focusing on strength & conditioning. Dr Gargoum is caring, respectful, and has excellent bedside manners. He recently moved offices (CIR) but for the reasons mentioned above, I’ll continue being a patient. Thanks for everything Dr Gargoum.

They go above and beyond to help you with all your needs and wants, and are always suggesting new ways to help with every day life styles. I had to share my great experience at Complex Injury Rehab. Many thanks needs to be given to Dr. Shawn Gargoum my chiropractor. He went above and beyond with helping me to recover from my concussion. The education, the explanation of what I was going through and the multiple methods of treatment which helped in my healing process. He genuinely cares about his patients and connects with them as a person not just a patient. Then the baton was passed over to Ayushi Dhingra my Occupational Therapist whom was very lovely and calm in her approach to support my needs in helping me with respect to managing my everyday through the healing process. Ayushi added a lot of tips to help me, very educated and caring. Completely a great experience for me! Thank you to these fantastic people!

We had a fantastic experience at Complex Injury Rehab. Shawn would respond to emails quickly, was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding and helpful with my daughter, who suffers from anxiety, while treating her concussion. He made things less stressful for us all!

Cannot say how impressive Shawn is as a chiropractor. I was having extreme back pain and my wife gave me assistance to attend his office. After a combination of massage and acupuncture l walked out feeling great! Anytime l have back issues Shawn’s office is the first stop.
