    This is the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. The entire double qt pounder was full of OIL I don’t know where it’s coming from it was dripping oil! No condiments on it as well. These people can’t even do 1 simple task of making a burger, how sad.!

    Worst McDonald's I have ever seen I ordered Filet-o-fish, they just gave me 2 buns I ordered hot chocolate, they gave me a cup full of milk I ordered hash browns, they gave me empty bag

    At this location they are slow and tend to get your order wrong by forgetting something, or just makes your food sloppy. When you go to them and try to get it fixed they argue with you. This is how I received my sandwich I never asked for it to be a deluxe.

    Don't order large coffees, they only fill them 2/3 of the way UPDATE: Was late to work today after they told me to pull into the "forget about me" spot after ordering. Fifteen minutes later I had to go into the store and remind them I was still outside. Manager insisted she had my order right then and there on the counter. What a coincidence! Must've been sitting there for the entire time I was waiting. Will never return to this location.

    Better hope they don’t mess up your order because I promise no one will care or call you back, I’ve called multiple times over the last month been promised that someone would call or email me and still can’t get anyone to help me. McDonalds has become so disappointing.

    They brought me out 2 oreo Mc flurries seem like they forgot the ice cream. Them things cost way too much for it to be barely any ice cream in the cup. Then gave my food to the car in front of me. The people looked all through the bag and gave it back. They then brought me the food and expected me to want it after other customers hands had been all in it.

    Basically a toned down Waffle House at 2am. This place is always filled with drug addicts and bums asking for money right outside the doors or at the bus stop out front. Rarely do you get what you actually ordered and some but not all of the customer service employees are rude and short tempered with customers. I have witnessed at least 3 different physical fights between customers and employees. I have also witnessed a brick being thrown through the front windows of the establishment as well as a person being wheeled out by ambulance due to ODing in the bathroom. If you can avoid this place, you should.

    This place is just terrible. I used the mobile app and was charged way more than the order. When we went to contest the charges we had to wait a literal hour to see the hiring manager. Very rude person didnt seem to care about my money that they stole. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place they steal money and dont care. I have over 50k views on my reviews please stay away for your own good.

    It was hard for me to order because I was looking to add a particular sauce to my sandwiches , and I couldn't find the option for it. So I asked about changing and adding it at the register , and they did it with no problem. Edited my meal , fixed the price and everything! It was great !

    It's the cleanest most friendliest McDonalds I've ever been in Emanuel waited on me and my son and he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

    They expect delivery drivers to wait outside at the locked door even in 20 degree weather, as opposed to waiting in the drive thru line. I will never accept another request to deliver from this location again.

    Sat at drive through for 5 minutes with no response. Pulled up to next window to order as the sign said. Was told to pull back around the building. I won't be back

    The manager on second shift with the colorful braids or whatever it is she got in her hair, has a bad attitude problem if you don’t like your job get another one no one made you work there!! Same thing goes for the other manager with colorful hair that act like he hate his job. A bunch of clowns mad at the world cause they have to work at MCDONALDS

    My grandad goes here twice a day, has for the last decade. Coffee , tea and ice are served by people who know him by name and he never seems to depart without having a giggle with the one or more often the entire team! Thus location is always busy yet maintain a high level of professionalism, chipper, clean and efficiently done. Once, I had engine issues, and left my vehicle parked in their lot for about 36 hours. That was kindly managed, I was given no grief AT all, though could've easily been disastrous. Idk know whether it's the neighbourhood or the restaurant....its very likely both :) This lil busy bend is a happy spot we rarely regret zipping over to. Keep up the the good work y'all! -Shalom :)

    I get coffee here almost everyday, it's always great. The drive-thru is always busy but the service is fast so you won't wait long

    Normally quick and they normally deliver what you order. Today though, they must have been running low on meat patties or maybe even a new person mixed it up. Order doubles. Received cheese burger disguised as double. $10.05, I guess better luck next time.

    You order a large fry they give you half a box of cold fry’s and if you order a large drink it will be halfway filled up everytime 🤦🏽‍♂️

    I left a very negative review for this place a long time ago, first time back in years and they've absolutely turned it around. Every single one I've interacted with or seen interact with anyone here has been super friendly and helpful. Really happy they have these guys vs the last crew I saw here. Everyone deserves a second chance and I'm glad I gave this store theirs.

    I pulled up to the drive-tru and the person taking my order started to talk over me, as I am still ordering. She couldn't hear me so, of course, she had to ask me again. While trying to repeat my FIRST choice, she's talking over me again! Then, she just acted frustrated and started to close my order. When I told her that I wasn't done and to please not rush me, she acted all impatient. I paid for my order and when I pulled up to the pick up window, the person at the window handed me 1 of my drinks and told me to pull up ahead to get my order at the "waiting" spot. I asked for my other drink. Then, I waited and waited and waited. A girl finally came out and asked me for my receipt because she wasn't even sure of what I ordered. She said that another person got my order served. She walked away with my receipt and never came back. I called the restaurant from my car and TWICE I was hung up on! I had to park my car and go inside! None of them had any idea of what they were doing and didn't seemed concerned about the fact that I had been waiting for over 20 mins for my food. I was late for work!!!

    This location is close to my work. I always hit this location 90% of the time as I'm going home to pick up some food to drop off to my mom. They're always kind and friendly. Sometimes the food isn't made correctly. So I just recommend checking your bag before you leave. Let us nothing major. I would recommend this McDonald's to anybody.

    Stopped by for lunch. Cashier was friendly and food was warm. It was definitely better than night shift. Night shift you get cold sloppy food. A few weeks ago they couldn't even build a big Mac right....both patties on the bottom bun and just sauce and lettuce between middle and top buns and it was so sloppy. Time after that they tried to tell me I had all of my food when in fact I was missing a mcdouble. And the cashier bugged her eyes at me. Fries were cold both times

    Well can't really give atmosphere a five cuz it's a carryout only place but they messed up on my order and they were very apologetic basically almost doubled what my order was as an apology Foods always great there

    Freaking horrible... McDonald's is gross as it is but this one is especially on my hit list... live roach in the bathroom... gross tables... smeared floor and glass... the staff was full of attitude and careless with orders (went through the line 3 times to get my actual order)... but hey I heard them super clear at the order sign...

    It's a McDonald's. The food tastes like my childhood. They all really make their workers rush and so they end up sounding like robots. I think McDonald's should be the place where everybody gets a toy every time they come in. Life is freaking hard, can we just get a dang toy?

    If I could give NEGATIVE stars I absolutely would. Pretty sure they got their managers from one of the closed down strip clubs around the area. When you tell them they got your order wrong. They will say they are right. Then when you ask for a refund on a SPECIFIC item because it wasn't what you ordered. They REFUND you the whole thing then refuse to give you your order. The manager will then bark at you while hanging out the window while you drive away. For being one of the closest restaurants near a hospital, caring and respectful employees should be in high demand! Absolute disgusting attitudes from ALL employees that I had no pleasure of interacting with. Drove 10 minutes to another location and complete 180 on everything! DAYTON DO BETTER!!
