Don't use this jeweler! I took my wedding set in for some rework....adding a Marque diamond(I bought this from another shop in NC), appraisal and resizing. I am told they can do what I'm wanting and leave the rings. I have been a customer of this jeweler since they opened the doors and have referred lots of people. After 6 weeks they say it's ready. I am flabbergasted when I see them! The rings are not round, the bridges of the solitare are cut straight across, and the ring looks unfinished. I am assured "Ray will call me to discuss and make it right" so I leave it again. 6 more weeks of "Ray is on vacation" its now been 12 weeks and I am now angry! The wedding ring is larger than the engagement, there is a glob of solder holding in one of the side diamonds, no appraisal, and they want me to pay for the rework!! I leave with my set and did not pay. As I ware it home, the glob of solder breaks and I loose the diamond! Took my set to another jeweler this week. Explained what happen prior. The set now needs completely rebuilt, the missing diamond replaced and they inform me the solitare Marque diamond has damage to it!!!!!!!! I had certifications on the diamond when I purchased it!! You can make the same assumption I did! Don't use this jeweler ever!!

Walked into their shop yesterday to get my father's watch battery replaced. Handed the watch to the very nice woman that greeted me. As I handed it to her, she stated that the jeweler had stepped out and if I minded leaving it. I said that was fine and she said, "Hang on, I may be able to open this watch". We walked over to the repair station and she was able to open the watch. We chatted as she replaced the battery and set the time. Very quick service, extremely friendly conversation and a great repair price. I appreciated her getting the watch repaired and back to my father quickly! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Nick. He helped me put together the ring of my dreams for my fiancée and I, and was always an absolute pleasure to talk too. Very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. He’s also very communicative and likes to get to know his customers - which is a rarity these days. Beavercreek Jewelers has recently gone under new ownership and has relocated to a new building so if you haven’t checked it out yet I 100% would!!

This is definitely my new “jewelry home” despite living over an hour away. Justin fixed my engagement ring to BETTER than when it was brand-new. Pricing is also extremely fair.

My fiancé wanted a custom engagement ring and they worked with her to make sure the design ideas she had would work, and they delivered exactly what she had envisioned (at a very competitive price as well). There really is no reason to go anywhere else, especially given that you’d be supporting local businesses.

My mom and sister both have shopped here before me so I had heard nothing but good things. This place and Nick are truly amazing. I came in a week before leaving for vacation and needed a miracle. He made that miracle happen and got me the ring I wanted and loved before we had left. She said yes and a big part of it is a huge thanks to Nick and the team. Will be back to get my ring when the time comes.

Been a customer for years and my mother has been using them for 30 years, used to recommend them to everyone! However ownership changed (apparently in April) and very disappointed in the new way things are done. The new owners will not honor any warranty or services that were promised before the ownership change. So I was shocked to hear them coming in to get my ring cleaned and dipped and they charged me $75. I asked about a discount seeing as this was supposed to be a lifetime service at no charge since the ring was purchased there and nope owners don’t care, they don’t care about the business of loyal customers, and not to mention the same service is only $50 at the big chain stores. They’ve lost my family as customers. The small local business appeal is gone.

I've been a client of Nick Longo's for many years and my wife and I have purchased all her fine jewelry from him since. I trust no one else and he's been good to us. When purchasing her engagement ring I told him my budget and what I was looking for. He didn't have the diamond in store but made some calls and had it in hand the next day. He's been in the business long enough and knows the right people to find what you're looking for.

They are so wonderful here. I got my wedding set off of Etsy and when I needed it resized they took it without problem and finished it so quickly! And when I took it back a few months later for a loose stone they fixed it on the spot for free and cleaned it for me as well! Taking it back to get soldered soon and I would recommend anyone with jewelry needs to do their business here!
