The stock at this location is just OK, pretty often when I go here they’re out of the color/style/etc of what I went in to buy that day, but I’ve used their salon services twice which is where my five stars are coming from. Sierra did my hair twice and I will be returning to her as my primary gal!! I had a formal style done for a wedding this past May which she nailed, and then I came back yesterday to get a far-overdue haircut, and I absolutely love what she did!! Highly impressed!!

A great location - THANK YOU FOR HAVING TESTERS IN THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES! Had to change my foundation shade as I recently moved this far north. I was worried I wouldn't be able to test the shades, but no worries at this location! Well stocked and they have knowledgeable staff.

Macedonia location, hands down the best hair cut and styling product match I have ever had for my naturally curly very dry hair. I even got a completely unsolidified compliment from another lady while running errands the next evening.

I get my hair product & make up here. Friendly service. I always find what I am looking for.

I went in for Tabitha Brown's Donna Recipe collection of products. When it wasn't visible I asked an associate. They only had 3 products left and took down the display and stored the remaining items in the back. However, she did order the products they didn't have & shipped them to my home with no shipping cost.

I always have a good experience at this Ulta! The customer service is great. Last time I went in, one of the employees was so helpful to me. She gave me great recommendations and assisted me in choosing the right shade of foundation. She was honest about the products which I appreciated. Everyone at this store is always willing to help!

The store is usually fine but just had the weirdest air today I went in looking for a contour product and the 2 people working at the time was a cashier and a Lady with a Clinique Logo on her lab coat so I’m guessing a rep of some sort. So I’m wondering around to start really looking to see if there any other workers already on the floor and found none so I ask the cashier but the Clinique lady walked over and helped cool no problem. But she took me right over to the Clinique section without asking my price range which is odd but I assumed I could work that in some where but I never really got the chance she just kinda kept going and taking me along the more expensive side without really talking with me more at me which made me feel awkward. She was recommending great products just out of my price rage so we finally get to ones that were on sale and I got one of those. Again she recommended great things and we eventually got to something I bought but Took a while to get there

I got my eyebrows done by Irene at the Benefit Brow Bar yesterday. 10/10 experience. I always go to Ulta to get them done, I went to a different location this time and I was not disappointed! Irene is down to earth, and really knows what she is doing when it comes to eyebrows! She is very helpful and suggested some products and tips when it comes to my eyebrows.I am loving the Macedonia location, everyone there is really kind and helpful! It is so easy to book an appointment online, I suggest you to do so if you have any eyebrow needs for this upcoming holiday season, you won't be disappointed by her work!

Terribly overwhelming and confusing atmosphere. Way better to browse online than to go in and be assaulted with blinding white light and a multitude of tiny products organized in some sort of way that can only be deciphered by the initiated. Every time I have gone into the store there has been no interest in helping and when asked for help the knowledge of the product is abysmal.

I’m the benefit Arch expert at this location and not because I work here that I am I giving a great Salon Review I wanted to make sure Skye gets the kudos she deserves Skye is one skilled stylist and as a fellow stylist the hair cut she gave me is phenomenal Skye always listens to a clients needs and she makes sure her co-workers looks their best Thank You Skye Love you the most and I love the new look

I do not believe that that store could function without Amy she is truly compassionate and professional a very excellent asset
