I loved my experience here. It was a very clean environment. The staff was very attentive and ensured that we had a great experience. It's well lit and very organized. One of the best bowling alleys I've ever been to.

Very average bowling alley. There is nothing to special about it. They have laser tags, but only 25 vest and laser guns. They had two large kid parties, so we couldn't play. Bowling was normal. The pizza was really good! The video game selection was limited.

While bowling with my family on 8/15/2023, we were originally on lane 3 when a group with several children arrived and were placed on a lane very near us. The children (about 5 or 6 of them) were all standing on the lane, when only 1 at a time should have been up there to bowl. They were very distracting to us. When we asked if anything could be done to remedy this situation, the young man at the counter came over to speak to us. When we advised him what the situation was, he stated that he could speak to his manager about it. Thw manager came over and we again tried to explain the issue, he stated that he could move us to another lane, but i feel that he should have spoken to the parents of these children and advised them that they needed ro be seated unless it was their turn to bowl. The manager obviously didnt want to do his job. He also had an attitude with my daughter in law as well as myself. We were not in the wrong in this situation and it should have been handled differently. I will never go to this establishment again. It is supposed to be family oriented but that is not how it is with this manager. My daughter in law and i both feel that we were being disrespected by this manager.

Great place and prices! We had so much fun cosmic bowling with our son for family night. The staff was great, except for the girl who was working the food stand Saturday night. She was kind of rude when we changed our order from a single drink to a pitcher. She got a big attitude with my husband. Maybe a bad day but shouldn't being it to work. Overall we had a blast and will be coming back!!

Good place to bowl and excellent for kids birthday parties. All can be had at affordable prices. The food is very good as well.

Nice bowling alley...but it SUCKS when it comes to HS tournaments! Very disorganized and poor PA system. Made kids take "outside food" outside to eat...even when their own kitchen couldn't keep up with food orders closed ordering! Kids only get 30 minutes for lunch too. Would NOT recommend this place to host a tournament at all! If you and your team have to go here, take food and be prepared.

Horrible if your coming here to actually play. The pins were falling and not sticking. The whole 2 hrs we had to keep resetting and changing our scores. When I tried to complain the older man was rude saying we weren't getting any money back but gave us 15 more min. The problem was the games were Already ruined why would we want to have more time. Then a small drink with one shot was $12. Won't go back here.

Had my sons birthday party there. By far the best place weve went for a party !! We had a great time

This place discriminates against their own workers! Then they think they don't have to pay u for the days u worked! They keep the horrible mean lazy workers and get rid of the only good ones they had ..then half these 5 star reviews are done by their own workers and relatives!. It's a shame Joe doesn't know what is really happening here but thanks to their own camera systems it will help prove things .

Super fun! Shoutout to Lana, she made food to feed dozens of teenagers when the kitchen was supposed to be closed because they were understaffed. She saved the day give her a raise or something!!

Toothless Tammy in the kitchen is terrible, and let’s not talk about the useless old prick at the front desk. Payed 84 to bowl with 8 people( 4 adults, 4 kids) for 1.5 hours. Then payed about 44 for 2 pizzas and a pitcher.(don’t forget we tipped toothless Tammy 5 bucks to simply do her job) so 50. Waited 45 mins for the pizza, one of ours was given to another party that ordered after us. We are assuming toothless Tammy knew them. Toothless Tammy is incapable and was unable to admit to her mistakes. Instead became very outraged that we questioned her mistake. The old useless prick just supported her unnecessary behavior and simply admitting there was a mistake and giving us our stuff without a hassle. I don’t know there actual names and don’t care to as this was the WORST experience with my family. We will not be back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Paid for a two lanes of two hour pizza pins and pop for a birthday party. Plus I spent more money on extra pizzas, pop and the arcade. The staff, mainly the old man at the counter and a really young looking kid, was extremely rude and acted put out that we were there. Apparently I should have known everyone’s shoe size in my party before they were even there. We didn’t even use all available 12 pairs of shoes but acted irritated whenever we’d come up to ask for a pair. I asked them to put the bumpers up on one of the lanes as I had some kids including one with disabilities. The old man was very rude sighing and then asking “Well do you have anyone nine years or younger in your party?” Which we did. I then asked for a ramp, again for a CHILD with DISABILITIES, he literally rolled his eyes at me said yes and half yellled “get her a ramp too!” In the crappiest tone at the kid putting up bumpers. We also spent money on the arcade and when it was time to use the tickets on the card I stood by the ticket desk and made eye contact with the younger kid and he looked away and ignored me. There was literally no one else at the desk there was the old man, young kid and a long haired guy talking amongst themselves. We paid upfront in cash, bought extra things and cleaned up our party before the two hours were even up. I have no idea why they were so rude to me but it was completely unnecessary as I spent over $200 for two hours. Not too mention it was so packed it was barely enjoyable and only had 11-15 pound balls available for a child’s party.

Horrendous experience. Guy at the counter was extremely rude and immediately told our group that we would wait more than an hour for lanes that were clearly open. Upon inspection, it appeared that many larger groups got in without any wait. Do not deal with this place WHATSOEVER.
