This place was super busy but they still did a great job cranking out food. The service was good given how crazy it was. The owner is friendly and checked on everyone. We love this place and will be back.

I ordered the chicken parm, and it was very tasty! Our waitress was warm and welcoming, we will definitely come here again. It wasn’t super busy on a Monday evening which made it better. I was satisfied after this meal.

Amazing food! With a work group and everyone was blown away by the flavor! Look to drop between $15-$25 per person but the portions and flavor are on point!

1st visit to Chicago Deli. Wait staff was very friendly. A very clean restaurant. Food was good and you get lots of it. It was a very busy location but they had the staff to keep up and keep the tables cleaned. It's worth the trip.

It didnt take long for new owenership to take something great and turn it into mediocre dining experience. It seemed there was not a manager on duty. Service was slow and inconsistent, fish on a friday has been a long tradition but this past friday it wasnt cooked to the crispy perfection it was when George was in charge- instead it was a soggy, greasy, tasteless mess. The hip new way to pay with all the questions with the peer pressure of someone standing over you when u answer isnt giving the owners the true data. New menus=new prices. Miss a manager stopping by to say hello- this place was leaderless. Sad to see a great Solon spot turned into a discount money grab as bad as Marc’s. It wont take long to alienate the faithful base and close down. At the new prices there are better places to eat with better service in Solon.

I've literally been coming here throughout the years for at least 16 years. I can't say enough good things about the owner and this restaurant. He's always so nice, and he really cares about the quality of the food that's served to his customers. He greets me and asks me if my food is good each and every time. I come for the cake slices and love the Reubens and cornbeef sandwich. But I recently went for my birthday and got my birthday and I tried the Chicken sharwama platter and whatever they marinated the chicken in was delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant for good eats and great service. Sign up for their birthday list... u get buy 1 get one free meal for your birthday month. I enjoyed mine!

5 stars because I truly was impressed with their Mediterranean sampler. Fresh veggies and strong flavors. The variety of different food items is a wow, too. My friend had a French dip and it was good according to her.

Chicago Deli has some of the best breakfast! I’ve returned time and time again for one thing: Challah French Toast 🤤 it’s deep fried crispy goodness and comes with choice of meat. The servers are proficient and sweet. They have patio and indoor seating available. I’ll definitely have to try lunch soon.

This place is great! It's my favorite place to eat. The food is excellent and authentic deli. The servers are fast and friendly. I've only been there for breakfast, but the lunch and dinner menu looks great too. The owner has always been there and greets everyone with a smile and good wishes. Go there. You won't be disappointed.

Never had a bad experience here over the last 5 years I have been going. Good food and good service. My wife found a new favorite recently, their fried french toast!

Great service. Food came out very quickly and exactly to order every time I go in. Very consistent and friendly. Great prices. Definitely a great restaurant. My only complaint is their cup of coffee is 3.99... can go to Starbucks for the same price.

The food is fantastic. My fiance' and I found it on our way to the outlet center. She ordered the turkey and bacon with Onion Rings and I ordered Corned beef with pastrami and fries. We both also loved the music they were playing. We don't know whether he was the manager or the owner but he made sure we were satisfied. For desert we had baklava. It was delicious. It was my first and only time there, so I won't praise or bash the place. It was clean but dated. Workers were nice and courteous. Food was lackluster in my opinion. I had the open faced roast beef sandwich. I thought it was flavorless. I needed to add way more salt than I should have needed to in order for it to taste like something, anything. The brown gravy was obviously made from a packet of powder. No flavor whatsoever. The wife had the open faced turkey sandwich. Her food tasted much better than mine. I got the impression that a lot of the food was prepackaged, like the macaroni salad, gravy, etc. Was the food edible? Sure. I was just hoping for a little more.

We are from the other side of town and were going shopping at Aurora Farms. We stopped here for lunch last fall and it was so good we decided to try it again. We were very glad we did and will most certainly return. Everyone was so friendly and happy! It was lunchtime and we were seated immediately. Our server was so nice and really quick. My husband had the Chicken Chipotle Wrap and I had the Open Faced Hot Turkey Sandwich. Both meals were delicious. It was a lot to eat! We really enjoyed ourselves, it's a very busy place but everything was great! If you haven't tried it yet, you should!

We catered pastrami for our son's graduation party. Not only were the deli trays absolutely delicious, they looked amazing. The portions were also more than generous. We'll be eating leftovers for a while, but their pastrami is so good, that's not a bad thing at all. Thank you Chicago Deli! 😁

Food was very good. Soup broth could use a bit more flavor. Small Greek salad was more than enough and served with very flavorful dressing. Our young server could have been more attentive.

Ordered 3 prime rib dinners for me, my husband and our grandson. I was so excited to be able to order prime rib. What a mistake!!! The prime rib was very chewy and not tender at all. My baked potato was cold ( the butter didn't even melt). The veggies were cold and hard. What a disappointment and certainly not worth $80. I will never order it again, or a ruben as the corned beef was hard and obviously warmed in a microwave. We always loved eating when you were at your previous location . Nice people but the quality of the food has gone downhill.

Great food! I had the French dip and it was perfect as I don't like any food that's highly salty. The French dip sauce was just right, nothing over powering. Would definitely go back again. The owner came around a few times, it was very nice. The server we had must be new because my friend couldn't get a hold of him for a cup of water.

Excellent food and service. The food is fresh and real, nice and hot, interesting options and lots of variety. I also love when I see the owner coming around and checking on the tables. I can tell there’s a lot of thought and care put into running this place. Very impressed.
