Mike and his staff were wonderful to work with as I picked out an engagement ring. I had no preexisting knowledge of jewelry before my experience and Mike made sure to take the time to thoroughly explain every detail to me. Making matters harder, I don’t live in Cleveland so business had to be conducted over the phone. Throughout the process Mike was patient, honest, and focused on delivering a quality product. The ring is everything my fiancé and I could have asked for and more. I will do all my business with Mike at Gino’s in the future.

Great experience at Gino's as a first time customer. I stopped in for a simple battery change in a watch, which was very quick and easy. The staff at Gino’s is always super friendly and helpful. My husband bought our wedding and engagement rings here 12 years ago. After having 4 children, my rings needed resized. I was amazed that even though we hadn’t been there for over 10 years, Mike remembered my rings. The resizing was perfect, and they were so shiny! They looked as good as the day I first got them. They shined my husband’s ring for free. They also cleaned my earrings I bought there about 10 years ago and replaced a missing back for free. Although we had not been there in a long time because they are so far away, from where we live, they stood behind their jewelry and still remembered us! Highly recommend!

My first experience with Gino’s Jewelers was in 1999 when I purchased an 18k necklace and gold plated e for my son’s urn. It’s 2022 and my pieces are of GREAT quality still! Gino’s never disappoints. Went in with my daughter to have a ring made for her college graduation with some family stones. Michael helped put her vision on paper.
