We enjoy the casino and the variety of slot machines. The Terrace is a good place to eat with excellent service (Amber is terrific). The disappointment is the room charge plus tax looks good until they tack on the resort fee. This was started after the flood and Harvey. They are struggling but this add of $10.59 per night seems double dipping. A better customer relations would be to just charge it up front with no surprises.

Stayed there for three nights and four days. The Seven Clans Hotel was comfortable and clean. The Terrace Cafe serves meals throughout the day. Breakfast could improve by serving freshly cut hash browns and not frozen fried potato chunks. The chicken fried steak served for breakfast appeared to be frozen and fried. The Noodles Restaurant served a very tasteful sweet and sour chicken with steamed rice. The Casino and Bingo Hall were very clean and comfortable. Cellular phone coverage inside the Casino is sporadic. Security was always present and all employees were friendly and helpful. The beer was very cold. We had a great time. Thank you.

Stayed in a great RV campground, very clean and kept up. As someone that can't be around smoking, Sunday I could not tell if I was in a smoking area or not great ventilation. Ate at 3 different restaurants ALL was absolutely Awesome service and food. This casino is run and managed the way a casino should be. Far better than most casino. Will definitely return.

The food service really needs improvements. We ate at Terrace Cafe and Lagniappe Market, and the food was terrible. The cashiers and hostesses need customer service training. They are not welcoming at all. I've donated a lot of money there and feel I should be provided better service.

Although I don't gamble, I've been coming to Coushatta for many yrs. I absolutely love the restaurants housed within the casino. Ppl & atmosphere are peaceful. From witnessing ppl win, it definitely can turn into a memorable fun time moment. Customer service were very helpful. What a way to put back into the community. I'd definitely recommend this business establishment to any person(s) seeking an awesome time.

They seem more concerned about telling you what you can't do then making you feel welcome. They need coaching on how to say rules in order to make people realize what is expected but also to feel comfortable. They remove the excitement and fun of going to a casino.

Only went to the casino on a day trip. We had a good time. The Terrace restaurant was good, service was excellent. My only complaint would be the bathrooms in the casinoarea. Generally clean, but not on par with most casinos. Although it's another 45 minutes beyond the Lake Charles, it's definitely worth the extra drive. There seems to always be some kind of customer event going, like free play etc.

We had an amazing time at Coushatta. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very clean throughout the casino. Very inviting!! The location is a little far from other activities but it has everything you may need for your stay.
