When
I
first
moved
in,
everything
was
great.
I
live
on
the
first
floor
and
there
is
no
soundproofing
for
these
apartments
whatsoever.
Move
in
was
seamless
and
the
staff
were
very
helpful.
1)
I
have
heard
a
3rd
floor
apartment
toilet
flush
in
my
own
apartment
with
multiple
pipe
knocking
sounds
since
the
day
I
moved
in.
2)
These
apartments
are
not
soundproof
at
all
and
the
staff
won’t
do
anything
to
fix
this
issue.
Every
day
I
hear
people
that
don’t
even
live
here
talking
loudly
in
the
hallways
and
doors
slamming
constantly.
Maintenance
and
property
management
won’t
address
any
issues.
Fair
warning,
you
are
merely
paying
for
amenities
most
people
don’t
need
in
their
day
to
day
life.
The
pool,
the
package
consolidation
and
safety
and
not
the
apartments
themselves.
They
were
overpriced
before
they
began
renovating
units
and
remain
overpriced
with
a
monthly
community
fee
which
you
pay
the
electric
for
as
well.
So
much
for
an
energy
efficient
apartment.
I
pay
over
$200
a
month
for
electric
alone.
Moral
of
the
story,
there
is
no
soundproofing
whatsoever
in
these
apartment
units
and
cheap
drywall,
no
soundproof
windows
or
anything.
They
refuse
to
update
the
hallways
that
have
old
outdated
wall
mounted
heaters
that
are
dusty
and
disgusting.
Unfortunately
my
apartment
is
located
adjacent
to
one
of
these
loud
heaters
and
its
part
of
my
nightly
routine
to
have
to
go
out
in
the
hallway
to
turn
it
off
so
that
I
don’t
hear
the
motor
as
I’m
trying
to
sleep
on
the
other
side
of
the
wall.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
you’re
only
paying
for
the
amenities,
not
the
apartment
itself.
