My experience with Appolonia City has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite signing a 2yr contract with them in March 2021 for the construction of my house, we are in May 2023 and they have failed to deliver as agreed upon. Even after completing payment in June 2022, there is still no sign of my house 27 months later. The company has some serious fundamental problems. Their staff are sometines unresponsive and their CEO, Bright Owusu-Amofah, is not only shady & dishonest but in my opinion, incompetent. I have since resorted to taking legal action and sue them for wasting my time. I do not recommend this company for anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy services. Stay very far away from this company.

From making installment payments for Plot of land to the preparation of the land documents, to the registration of the land and then obtaining building permit, the frustration I have gone through in the hands of Apolonia city is unimaginable. Meanwhile every service was charged oo. They are so unresponsive to phone calls or emails .They respond in their own sweet time.

Very beautiful estate, well planned and serviced . It's a dream home for any family with commercial plots for malls etc.

Drove by the place didn't enter the city itself but it is under construction.

Beautiful houses and the environment is serene too. They are very conscious in terms of security. Several checks at the security post when visiting someone. They will call the person you are visiting and if he’s aware you are coming, they will allow you access and even lead you to him.

I loved the environment and wished I can get a house in the estate
