Cortland Independence has been an absolutely lovely place to live! I have lived here just over one year now and it’s the first place I’ve lived in the area that truly feels like a community and home. The staff are super helpful, and always make time to answer any questions, and maintenance requests are always quickly responded to and resolved. The amenities are also great (our dog would 100% recommend the dog parks). I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking!

I've been living at Cortland Independence since September of this year and I love it. Not only because it is a beautiful place, but it is very organized and well maintained. The apartments have great space and excellent maintenance. The services work well and I feel very supported when I need it.

We have had our apartment for 6 or 7 years and love the community. The clubhouses, pools and walking paths are a plus. We are close to everything. The staff (Falcon's Square and Cortland) have always been very helpful. The community events are also very nice for all to participate in. Can't say enough positives about Cortland Independence.

Me and my Fiancé were looking for an apartment for 3 months before we stumbled across this property! And I have to say this is the best apartment I’ve been in all my years living in apartments. And not only are the apartments nice, the staff are one of the best staff members I have come across in ages!! Beverly and Amanda had been such a huge help with the move in process as well as switching over our lease when we find a better price for the same layout of our new apartment! And the Maintenance team are super quick to fix things inside your apartment as well! Thank you Cortland for our new home we absolutely love it!

When there is a great team full of professionalism and human quality and they are the ones who motivate you, they satisfy your expectations of living in a cozy, safe place and also provide you with enriching activities and spaces to enjoy as a family. Beverly is awesome!!!so helpful and understanding person, I am planing to live here for a year, however it feels like real home, probably I will stay more if I needed. I liked a lot and the location is super accessible to go everywhere. It is clean and secure.

I love living here. Everything is always beautiful and organized. Excellent service. I would just like to leave to the suggestion that the game room the dependencies that can be reserved by the residents for a small event, had more extended hours and such as until 9:30pm, holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.

Overall I would say my experience was pretty well. The apartment itself was like any other, a bit expensive for the quality but it was a very nice location to live in so worth it. I took away two stars because of the property manager (who has had negative reviews before). Majority of the women in the office were delightful and quite kind, however when it came to Tiffany she seemed to only care about business and not about the tenants. Not only that but she plainly talked negatively about someone in our apartment with the door wide open and talked down to us as if questioning our intelligence. It is a good place to live, hopefully management improves.

I've lived there for 6 years and I've never had any problems with the Condominium, I highly recommend it!!
