Overall the atmosphere was good. Lively and busy. Sat at the bar... Great bar seems like owners really poured money into a nice setup but terrible service. Prepare to be ignored if you want to spend money.... It's too bad. Our first time here and last time unfortunately. no friendly bartenders (not a smile and looked like they were all in a bad mood) ... except for maybe one or two that made an effort for some prompt service... until the bar got slammed and you can really see that they were getting overwhelmed. No organization behind the bar. Can't fault the bartenders this is overall bad management.

Nice poker room, great people running it during night time, managers and supervisors are awesome, however, service is horrible. Girls dissappear forever and even after they get called to the floor they seem to only care about certain regulars. That makes you want to get up from the table game and go, can't focus on game when u don't get service.

My friend took me here for the Anti-Love event on 2/15/2023 & I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately the music was depressing & the bartender skipped the songs we requested (which costed money to do) the whole night so we could not enjoy it. There was little to no crowd & even when I asked for drink specials which were advertised our bartender did not know them for some reason & she is not a new employee. I had to mention one that I saw hanging on many doors throughout the place. The worst part is the fact that my friend and I see random charges on our cards that we DID NOT authorize. I would not recommend this place at all as it’s not worth the stress you have to deal with after the fact. Really disappointing.

Everyone was so nice to my disabled son and we had a blast. He also won high hand AAAJJ.

This review was never expected numerous years ago as a very avid loyal customer. However, recently I've noticed many new dealers around this place and I can tell you one thing that is not for the better. Recently, was seated with a new dealer I had not been too before named "Amy" and I can tell you one thing. Those dealer skills are next level. unfortunately, here comes the huge HOWEVER, as a female player in 27 years of playing poker I've never came across a more nastier dealer in my life!!! I was born in Dallas and raised in Atlanta before relocating to this area and I have officially played my final hand here last week. If you don't give her a minimum red chip per hand per prepared to be treated like pure dog$hit. I can tell you something I am a great tipper but I don't tip a red chip every hand playing 1-2 NL Holdem. Unfortunately, will have to make the longer road trip to Hard Rock but am relocating back to Dallas in August because over there they don't have dealers with attitudes. Did want to give a shout out to Adam one of best dealers around but one sour one gave me a bad taste. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is amazing... lots better than tampa bay downs or gainesville poker room. Always a fun time.. The staff is always courteous. whether its the floor staff hostess's, waiters, or dealers. Food is great and table games are fun. Its always a pleasure here win or lose..

Nice quiet out of the way place. Food and drink prices are very reasonable. Have been several times and never had a bad experience. Like to go there to get away from all the normal day to day hassle

The poker hall itself is nice, plenty of tables and various games to play. The staff is also nice - maybe a little TOO nice, at times. I entered a tournament and I expect professionalism when I play. The first dealer at my table for the tourney was excellent, controlling the table's movement. The second dealer was a disaster. She engaged in conversation with the player in seat 1 and they BOTH proceeded to stall the game. Now I remember why exactly it's been years since I've returned. Caution, players who aren't "regulars". **Full disclosure: I got terrible cards which soured my mood, but with dealer 2 I got terrible cards and quickly grew tired of the yacking = out of the tourney quickly.**

Was there to let my father in law play cards, I sat at the bar and Jessica was the most organized, cleanest, friendliest and polite bar keep I've ever met. Spent 4 hours there on 6/17/23.

Had a great time, enjoyed meeting Pit Bull, Kelly & Jamie. Really like there wild card poker, lost money but had fun playing. Dealers were friendly and the other patrons seemed to enjoy the people around them. Just a nice experience and looking forward to our next trip up there.

I went on a Tuesday night it was slow. . I thot it was going to be way better than it was. Bartender was amazing and hot but when she said she had a bf I lost interest and left.

Great hidden gem in the mist of a beautiful setting, card room inside but we enjoy the outer tiki bar and not your average tiki bar, it's huge, pool tables, numerous TV's for your viewing , not to mention AWESOME food, SERVICE, AND PRICES! Thursday is karaoke and we always enjoy the also hidden talent. Highly recommend!

I love this poker room. It has a fun family atmosphere that casinos do not. Hernan and the other floor people are friendly and always welcoming. The dealers are professional yet still engaged with the players. The food is always some of the best in any poker room. Tara is a great waitress that will take time to share a laugh with you. Tiki bar, lots of TVs, and plenty of table games. It all adds up to a good time.

There are a lot of really nice people that play there. Unfortunately, every time I've been there they allow people to repeatedly behave in an extremely disrespectful fashion. Same people are constantly arguing. One guy has tried to start a fight with someone every time I've been there. Floor manager does nothing about it. Just allows him to harass anyone who wins a hand against him until it gets out of hand. Players were using collusion, intimidation, and arguing to influence the outcome of the game. In a poker room with 2 tables going and 8 to 10 staff members, there's no excuse for the amount of bologna going on. It's like playing poker in the wild west, with the exception of the dealers. They're doing their best to do their jobs. They just can't control people that drunk and hostile alone. Least safe feeling poker room I've ever played in.

Drove 3 and half hours to come play the Labor Day Tournament that the had a 50k 1st place prize and then canceled the day the tournament was about to begin.. Bad Business if I ask me.. Nice place.. Shame I will never return.. Then tried to blame it on the staff.. SAD!! And your sad excuse for not payment the money is the weather? Making at least $50,000 probably way more in rake!! I not informed.. YOU DIDNT INFORM ANYONE!!

Don’t particularly care for Jesse the bartender, she’s incredibly rude. I base this off of her calling security on me solely because I ask why other people were allowed to smoke their vape pens and cigarettes, but yet I couldn’t enjoy a cigar on the patio. Mind you I wasn’t even smoking. I simply asked why it was OK for them but yet not for me. I was still ask to leave for asking a question. She Certainly could use some more training.

My brother and I went and we had so much fun sitting there and playing. We sat there for hours playing on $100 apiece. Some of the employees know us and they are very nice 👍

Went there with my husband and friends after coming down for Christmas. There was a particular Banker who was sitting our table named Devin. His rude comments to the dealer and negative energy made my husband and our friend group leave and go to OBS up the road. It was clean and the bankers there were nicer.

So happy that is back open, great spot to have lunch and a few drinks during the afternoon on a beautiful day. Food has always been delicious and several choices. Reasonably priced.

Cold inside bring your hoodie or jacket... Some dealers are not professional... Dealers talk to regular players then forget about the other players and the rules of the game because they dont pay attention to all players and there movements..so much so they ask players did you check.. Dealers pay attention to all players at tour table and enforce the rules properly and professionally.. I dont come much anymore... I drive to OcalaBetS No bad beats!! $6 rake The floor Is good on inforcing rules... Floor sometimes say they are understaffed, not what I want to hear..

Really cool place my first time here. Played some poker lost my butt but the food was absolutely amazing. I could go on and on about how good the food was here very much surprising and reasonable. All the dealers we had were very friendly the place was clean and organized. Can't wait to come back here again. Oh did I say how good the food was it was amazing

I've only played at 11 poker rooms in Florida, but of those, this is by far the worst. Haven't eaten here, I've heard it's okay, room staff is so bad I'm scared to test kitchen staff.

This place is a hidden gem. It's been packed every time I've gone. And the food is awesome. I don't know what they're doing with the horse track but it's close right now

This place is strange. The gal behind the bar had to go somewhere for tap beer. Then she disappeared with my 20 for a 3 buck beer. My beer needed a refill when she came back. She gave me my change and charged me for two as you would expect. This place is hard to find. Strange atmosphere. If you like seeing ladies breasts this is the place for you.

Great card room, one of the best. Very clean and safe atmosphere. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable staff. Just a fun time and it shows on everyone from the player's to the staff.

The tiki bar is awesome! Plenty of fans, great music, nice atmosphere, and outside betting machines! And the poker room is beautiful too!

Excellent place to play poker. Good dealers, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. AJs game is the best in the county.

Cool low key place to play. Lots of locals and easy tournaments that don't take too long to play.

Poker tables and chairs need updating. Service is slow. Back corner where 2-5 is played needs updating. Always trash and empty food trays left and not picked up. Have to better people.

Well managed, friendly staff, great dealers. The players were really sociable and made a stranger feel welcome.I would highly recommend.

I used to love it when they had the racing there! We had a lot of fun there. Now it’s just cards and maybe entertainment I wouldn’t know.
