if you consider staying at this place, this is my experience. I had to find a place to stay in ocala for a few days, it was 8 pm. the lady working there communicated through a tiny slot in a window which seems unusual, i was not allowed to come inside the lobby Even to write my pin when paying with card. i asked nicely and the lady refused and wanted me to write it on a piece of paper. i ended up having to show it written on my phone, this seems very illegal. i had to sign a paper and it said «no refund» and AFTER that i was told «room service» would knock and enter my room every morning even without my permission i asked for the specific time and the lady refused to tell me and showed bad attitude. the door had NO security lock except the normal keycard operated lock, i felt unsafe and like i had no privacy, the ac was off the room was hot the fridge was unplugged and even when i plugged it in they had also turned off the switch inside the fridge so i had to do that too just to use what was already there. I checked out early and found a different place. it was also way overpriced.

This hotel is awful. I did not stay here simply used the farthest space to park for less than 3 min. Upon entering parking lot we were immediately yelled at to leave. Literally as soon as we pulled in…. and cops threatened to be called. Very aggressive and almost comical…My husband simply got out walked over to read a quote (I had read on the sidewalk earlier in the day while on a 10 mile run it was meaningful and I needed to read it again) I would not recommend stepping foot in this parking lot and by all other reviews definitely would not recommend this place to anyone… lady was sooo nasty for absolutely no reason….

We stayed here one night last weekend just needing a room to crash in after traveling most of the day. The total was 72$ after taxes, cheap. The girl that waited on me was very nice and check in was painless. Its a dated, pretty run down looking building and yes the room was pretty musty smelling also. After letting the room air out for a bit and checking the sheets it wasnt a bad stay at all. Was it nice? no but it served its purpose, sheets were dated but clean. The beds were better than the expensive hotel we were in the night before, tv was old but worked. Toilet flushed just fine and the old pink tub had a good showerhead. If you need a fancy name and new building to stay in this is not your place but if you are looking for a cheap room for a night or 2 it worked great for us.

My wife and I were helping an older homeless man who has poor health. Feet were swollen, has a heart condition and the government stopped sending him a check so, it’s not something he chose. He served our country and he deserves the help. The husband at this hotel was willing to let Raymond stay. I payed 210$ for 2 nights and as we were going into the room the wife runs out screaming profanity and screaming at the man saying she doesn’t allow people like him to stay there. She started flipping me off and screaming threatening me letting me know that she is crazy and threatening me with not returning my money and so on. Meanwhile my wife and kids were watching her. Raymond started to tear up and apologizing to my wife and I. Honestly how would this woman feel if the tables were turned and people told her she wasn’t allowed to eat at a restaurant, enter a store or even stay in a warm room for a couple nights. That’s all Raymond wanted a warm shower and a bed for a couple nights. Its getting colder out so anyone who reads this pray for Raymond and especially pray for the lady who owns/runs this hotel. I pray that God will soften her heart in Jesus mighty name

The room smelt nasty, floor was nasty, toilet seat was split in two, the bed had one flat sheet and no fitted sheet, the room had 2 old towels, one washcloth, 1 small soap, we forgot our shampoo and of course the room had office had none. Do not stay here trust me. Roaches on the shower curtain and on the walls.

Despite the rough look on the outside, this was a very nice hotel! We stayed here on a last minute notice as other hotels in the area were outrageous or booked already. We checked on for one night and got to our room. We were expecting it to be small and somewhat grimy, but we were totally wrong! The room was huge, a nice sized bed, with a table, TV, fridge and microwave. The tile was clean and the room smelled fresh too. We slept well here and felt safe. The only area that was a bit small for us was the shower, but that was not a big deal. For the location and price, this place is a steal! We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I spoke to soon! Very rude people here unfortunately! The husband and wife was taking turns yelling at me to get out now!..first off they had No toilet paper, towels or soap and everything was unplugged with a worm fridge First night there! They kicked me out for having a service dog! I paid for a week to see if i liked it and kicked me out 3 days later with no refund! Uponed kicking me out on the 3rd day they woke me up by repeatedly pounded on the door until I answered and waking me up! They said I had to leave asap or they are calling the cops on me and I was lucky to get 30 mins to pack and clean up before I left.. I was gonna stay there for 3 to 4 months while my house was being built so it's there loss not mine..

Dump! Had to ask for toilet paper and the sheets were dirty. But needed to rest from traveling.

The whole place smelled awful. The pool was waterless not filled like advertised. The beds were nasty. Roaches crawled the walls. Graffiti on the walls. House keeping was lazy and rude. In a week she only came to vacuum once after my husband asked her for 3 days. $400 for one week. Won't show the rooms before paying and WILL NOT give refunds. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dogs vacation. Not to mention 3 loads of cops, an ambulance and a fire truck came two doors from mine to bust up a meth lab. Worst experience of my life.

This is the absolute worst motel I've ever stayed at. The only positive nothing I can say is that they have big rooms. That's it. The bathroom sink was leaking and wouldn't work at all, the knob in the shower was broken so it was hard to turn the water on and off. The sheets were yellow and had burn holes in them in as well as the blanket so my husband I stripped the bed and used our our own. When you first open the door to the room there's a smell of mildew and it's very strong. And for some odd reason they do not have a fridge nor microwave like other motels. Bottom line: we'll never stay here again. It's not worth the money. I've stayed at way better for the same price here in Ocala.

Moldy, smelly, sheets where old and smelled bad, floor smelled like pet piss. No wifi, got cussed at by owners wife in front of kids because I was talking to the guy about wifi and nasty sheets. Mattress had mold and shower would not turn on. No pool got filled in. Nothing nice about this place and had to pay 20 for each child. Worst motel ever and they are very rude. We tried to get a refund and was told no but you could leave. The lady said she would call the cops and we we're not allowed back because we called her place nasty and that they where slops. This place is nasty and should be closed down.

1 star is too much for this place. Trap hole roaches dirty sheets crack heads on bikes all night. Rude staff black mold on the roof, AC smell dank and of old cigar cigarettes. Had to leave at 2:30am and rent across the street because I started to feel sick in my throat. Was in the room for 35 min till we decided it was unbearable worst hotel I have ever seen. Disgusting
