I live in Building 1. This is not a fake review. Just hiding my name in fear of retaliation. I have to say since the complex got bought things have gone downhill. The pool is always filled to the brim with bugs. We also have to cover the full cost of simple repairs with maintenance. We even have to pay the electric bills for the main office. Seems the new management company only cares about getting a quick buck out of each resident. The office staff has also taken a huge dive. The new manager Darlene is rude as hell. If you are a resident and not someone looking for an apartment or spend money there, she treats you like dirt and almost makes you feel unworthy of being around her. Used to be an amazing community before. Now not so much.

I came in to do a tour first off the lady giving the tour did not give her name (white woman with short hair). I was immediately able to tell that her demeanor towards me was incredibly dismissive as if I was not welcomed there. I was not showed any amenities nor did I get a brief overview of the complex. When I first got there I was told there were two apartments available (one currently available and the other in June) but after the showing of the apartment I wanted to know the break down of pricing and she claimed she could not give me any information b/c there was no apartments available. Which is confusing and contradictory considering I was told the complete opposite when I initially arrived and also on the website it displayed current openings for the this month and the month of June (which was the reason I even scheduled a tour). & To put the cherry on top of everything, she started to grab her lunch and gather her things in the middle of our conversation rather giving a potential renter her undivided attention, she was obviously rushing to get done with me….I’ve been to other apartment complexes and I know that is not how you treat someone looking to rent so I will be taking my money elsewhere very unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would.

Resident of four years who received a very warm welcome from Nicole (Leasing Manager), Eric (Property Manager) and Marcus (Maintenance) during my initial lease signing, move-in, service requests, and friendly interactions over the years with all my needs catered to. This has carried on with the addition of Darleen (Property Manager) who has been supportive during my lease renewals and transition to a new location as the time has come for me to relocate. This team at the Lofts at Savannah Park has been great to work with. The community is all friendly and I recommend this location as the local roads are lightly traveled compared to surrounding areas, it has great access to I-4 East & Westbound, and grocery / restaurants / shopping very nearby. Accommodating residence all around with a convenient gym, pool and community room, while common areas like the entryways, mail area, elevator, storage rooms, etc. are maintained regularly with cleanliness. I am very satisfied with my time in the studio unit and would recommend the Lofts to anyone interested in a new residence. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Lofts Team!

Revisiting this review I made a bit ago. Darlene is a poor excuse of a manager and is an extremely rude individual. The only time I’ve seen her be polite is with prospective resident looking to rent. I went into the office to go into the clubhouse and a young man was in there asking her a question and I’ve never heard an apartment manager be so rude and dismissive of someone. He was asking a simple question and as I overheard she was just being rude and snapped at him a few times. The young man was completely polite as she consistently shut him down. I will be reaching out to Lorri about her myself. Myself among many other residents do not want Darlene as our manager. If you can’t talk to someone like a human and be polite and APOLOGIZE if you are out of line then you need to step out of your position or be fired.

Nicole has been the most amazing leasing agent I have ever met! If I could give her a million star review, I would!! She sat down with me and went over every single option I had to make sure I got the best possible deal. From the moment I sat down in her office I knew I would love living here. She was with me every single step of the way during the leasing process and has gone above and beyond for me. She is so personable and made me feel like I was a top priority. I am so grateful for her kindness and patience and can't wait to see her around!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a good experience, I had to share! Nicole in the front office is a star, i’ve never felt more welcome to an apartment complex. She truly goes above and beyond in regards to hospitality and information. I just came to look, but I already feel at home!

Toured with the leasing consultant, Sydney, on Saturday. She was super helpful and intelligible of all of our questions. Apartments are clean and updated. Would definitely recommend taking a tour. I will be signing here within the coming weeks.

Looking for a calm place to live? This is it. Not only is the front office extremely friendly and attentive, but these apartments are extremely reasonably priced for everything that’s included. Nikki helped us with the entire process of touring, answering questions and accommodating any concerns we had. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
