I called on a whim & talked to Sarah as a very stressed out bride a week before my wedding after having a terrible experience somewhere else & with no rings to fit my custom made ring…Over the phone Sarah was the sweetest & assured me they would do anything & everything possible to help me so I went into the store front & Kristin greeted & helped me. I have been going to Spath for all my fine jewelry needs since getting my finger sized for my engagement ring. My now-husband went there to choose the setting for my engagement ring, and Sara has been perfect every time. She helped in every aspect and every step of our journey. On our most recent visit, my husband and I were choosing a jacket to hug the other side of my engagement ring for an anniversary gift. Sinead Bravo was AWESOME!!! I had several pieces of gold jewelry that I wanted Rhodium plated. Tired of the yellow gold and needed to make a change. Over the holiday weekend while at a local mall, I made an impulse purchase of a large gold necklace from a nationwide jeweler to display a shipwreck coin I had recently purchased. After doing so I thought maybe I paid too much, after researching prices on the internet (I'd never buy an expensive piece like this over the internet sight unseen) I really began to wonder. While out running errands I decided to stop by my local jeweler (Spaths) to see what they had and what there prices were on similar pieces. I was warmly greeted the second I walked in the door. I explained to Kara my concerns and she was quite informative and very knowledgeable and more than willing to assist. I was not wearing the necklace at the time and was only able to guess at the diameter. After conferring with others in the store she stated she would like to see the necklace and invited me to bring it back in. After returning home to grab the necklace and returning to the store she measured it (3.8mm) and advised me that I actually got a good deal and then shared with me prices to similar chains. I am incredibly moved by Spaths willingness to assist me in my concerns and for their honesty. Thank you Kara for easing my concerns that I may have spent too much. You now have a new customer.
