Highly recommend. I bought my fiancés engagement ring here and we came back to buy our wedding bands. The initial wedding ring made for my fiancé wasn’t exactly what she wanted and they worked with her to get what she wanted. Laidback staff makes for a comfortable experience.

Very dishonest people. We purchased ring on 2010 and recently found out that the diamond is not the color stated on certificate also the clarity was not as stated! Couldnt believe it so had it check elswhere with same result. Also the company that provided the certificate for Safian Rudolph is out of business you can guess why.

This is a long overdue review. We purchased our wedding rings and personalized cufflinks from Safian for our wedding this past June. Rich and the crew from Safian went above and beyond to say the least. We won't be going anywhere else for our jewelry needs.

After 36 years if hard wear and tear my wedding band wasnt even round any longer. I did not get it from Safians but have purchased many items and sent future sons in law there for engagement and wedding bands. Sent my ring off to Safian and asked if it could be refinished. MIKE took charge and at a cost of only 135.00 I have my ring back, repaired, round, and looking better than new. Thank you Safian once again for fantastic customer service!

We got my engagement ring here as well as our wedding bands. The rings are spectacular, in particular the engagement ring diamond is super high quality and was a reasonable price. The staff is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite parts of the experience was how calm it was! They took their time showing us just a couple of options at once, unlike the other jeweler we went to who handed us an 800-page book to look through. They were super patient with us as we made our decisions. It's been just a pleasant experience all around every time we've gone!

We were just shopping around when Rich recommended a vintage old mine diamond. We fell in love with it at first sight, such a beautiful and unique stone. We've bought various pieces of jewelry over the past 39 years from Safian & Rudolph, starting with an engagement ring. We've always received first class service and quality products. In recent years, we've shopped online (we currently live 50 miles from Philadelphia) and Rich has provided outstanding service and timely delivery of our purchases.

My husband and I first walked into Safian & Rudolph six years ago. We were looking for my potential engagement ring and after spending the entire day walking through jewelers row, we walked into Safian & Rudolph and just knew this was going to be the place for us! At the time, we had a limited budget and we couldn't not budge. The salesperson we dealt with assured us he would find us the most incredible diamond engagement ring in our budget and we would be completely satisfied! After an hour or two of reviewing settings and diamonds, we found just the perfect combination. A few months later we were engaged and that ring looked even more perfect than we could ever imagined! When we were ready to purchase our wedding bands, we went back and again were treated with the best experience! A couple years later, my husband surprised me with a visit to the store to upgrade the diamond in my ring and again, we were provided with the best options with the specific budget we had in mind! Ring came back even more beautiful than before! A few months ago, we once again went back, this time my husband was looking to find a new wedding band and Rich walked him through every possible option with patience and willingness to answer all of our questions. Although we only went in for my husband, we found a new setting for my diamond and replaced my original engagement setting. Just yesterday we went to pick up the finish product and all we could say was WOW! Both of our rings are amazing and were more than we could ever have imagined! Had a bad experience with this company. They quoted me a price to fix my watch, then charged me a different price when I came to pick it up. A week later the watch wasn’t working again. They took it back and then said they’d have to charge me again near the full price to fix it. Avoid if possible.
