I love coming here! It is never a hassle to make an appointment like other salons, and with so many students you’re bound to find a day and time you need even last minute. The receptionists are always so friendly. Sometimes a blow out will take longer as they are learning students but always have beautiful results. Facility is clean, and I highly recommend if you need anything simple. Excited to try out their facials next

This place and service is just amazing. I at first doubted getting my hair done at a beauty school due to my bad experience in Philly long time ago. After reading all the reviews and getting great feedback from my co worker, I decided to try it out. I think the teachers and students here do an amazing job. It is very organized. They are so knowledgeable and gave me good advice. It is so reasonable for me to do my hair since my hair just grows too fast and not easy to maintain. I can't wait to be a returning customer.

I had such an amazing experience receiving a facial by Sara. She’s so thoughtful, methodical, & actually takes her time doing all the steps. She made me feel so relaxed- I really needed it with all the stress I’ve been under lately. Also, she inspired me to start taking better care of my skin. It feels so hydrated & soft. I got a facial done by Brooke 2 days ago and my skin has never looked or felt better! It’s still glowy and feels so much softer. She is very gentle and takes her time with you. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is very easy to talk to. It was such a relaxing facial and I would definitely do it again! I highly recommend, thank you Brooke!

Dominic gave me the best hair I have ever gotten! It is exactly what I wanted and he took his time being very diligent and detail oriented in making sure my cut came out perfectly. His chair side manner was respectful and considerate. He is a fantastic salon stylist and I would return to him again and again. :)

Had an appointment for hair cut. Arrived late called in stuck in traffic. They said no blow dry since I am late which I agreed to. But they die not even finish cutting the hair and said oh the student has to take the break... went for hair cut but did not get the proper hair cut. They still had 30 mins to close but they refused and wanted to charge full price for the cut. The receptionist wouldn't listen to anything and was very discriminating.

Brooke is a fabulous esthetician. My skin hasn’t felt this amazing in years! I started with an anti-aging facial, and then went back for a Jelly Mask facial. I booked with Brooke again for a chemical peel right before the holidays. She is a true professional, gives gentle massages as part of the experience, and leaves my skin glowing! Thank you for helping my skin regain its youthful appearance Brooke!

ISA is a great school. But having a great teacher makes all the difference. Ms. Kerry genuinely cares about each one of her students. She’s one of the sweetest & most genuine people I’ve ever met. You can tell she loves her job & she’s been truly amazing. I’ll never forget the kindness & warmth she bring to the class every day. <3

Got a facial service done by Rachel, as well as a back scrub, and it was very enjoyable. She was very polite and calm and went above and beyond to try and give me a pleasant experience. Would definitely go to her if I ever find myself in town again

So I finally got my first facial EVER from Alexandra at Innovate Salon Academy and let me tell you !!! I never knew what I was missing out on. Alexandra took her time to explain the process to me and then put her magical hands to work. Within 20 mins of the facial I caught myself snoring (Embarrassing). The pressure she applied was perfect. Not to mention the Academy itself was in pristine condition. Would def recommend to anyone interested in getting a facial here !

I saw Isabella today and she was phenomenal. I went in for quite the chop and Isabella was so friendly and reassuring really makes you feel like family. The haircut was amazing and I could not be happier thank you again.
