I had brought my engagement ring to be polished and tightened up back when they were still Kardesh, so my fiance and I decided to revisit Hislon when it was time to look for wedding bands. The selection was outstanding and Jeff and his family/staff were so helpful and kind. They created exactly what we wanted! We ordered a custom piece from Jeff and he was such a pleasure to work with. The necklace came out better than the inspiration picture I showed him. Ibo worked on the necklace very quickly. Hislon Jewelers delivered amazing results & customer service with a family heirloom piece. Back of unique pin had broken off. Jeff both advised and was able to convert this pin into a beautiful pendant. In addition he enhanced the pin further with a perfectly matched 14k gold chain that was made for the piece! I was grateful for his expertise, caring and fine attention to detail. Jeff takes great pride and aims to assist the customer. Plus I had the piece returned in a very short period of time. I contacted every authorized online Citizen retailer in an attempt to find the discontinued Citizen BW0072-07P, which appears to be very similar to the classic Omega OT3980 wristwatch. I had a handful of G Shock watches that needed some maintenance work done on them. Jeff was very cool and explained to me the type of work that needed to be done. He had all my watches back to me fixed up like new! I asked about diamonds and Jeff had this AMAZING tool where he was able to pull up a lot of diamonds in just a few seconds. I seriously can't write enough about this place. In my true, honest opinion, I think this place is the best jewelry store in Long Island by far. Besides being a clean, beautiful, new store, the jewelers here Jeff and Ibo are super nice guys and top notch jewelers.
