    Purchased earrings and warranty at an outlet store in November. Wore them for the first time Christmas Eve and they kept falling off my ears. Took the earrings to Kay Jewelers along with my receipts to get the hook 🪝 fixed and they could not. Asked for a replacement and was told earrings are no longer in circulation so they couldn't give a replacement. Why did the outlet store offer/push a warranty knowing the earrings couldn't be replaced?? Be careful buying from outlet stores.

    Jeff and Moe did a great job at my time spent at Kay's. My jewellery looked brand new like ai just got it and I was able to get everything I needed. Great customer service..keep it up guys.

    Today we had the best customer service from Esther. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about our needs and offer great advice and best service you can ever ask for. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and hope she will be there whenever I return.

    I had the best experience at this location, Janice and her staff promptly help me get approved for an engagement ring. My fiancé and I are greatful for how Kay Jewelers in Kings Plaza held us down. Thank You Janice and Kay Jewelers for bringing such happiness to our lifes

    Had a great experience with Janice Galindez she was the manager she took her time with me for my bracelet every detail about the bracelet she describe to end. She also help my wife choose a beautiful ankle bracelet and the staff was awesome if you need a professional help with diamonds or any type of jewelry go see Janice you can’t miss her very energetic

    I had to go in to this location to exchange a pair of damaged earrings. The workers were absolutely RUDE. Their tone was harsh and aggressive and made it obvious that they didn't want to help whatsoever. I will never shop at Kay Jewelers again, I rather go to an independent store.

    When you define customer service, it’s perceive on how a customers experience starts to end. I can attest that when I went to Kay’s Jewelry at Kings Plaza, I was impressed with my customer experience with Vicky who calls everyone Babe😃..she took the time and effort in handling all issues along with making it her duty to know that I was satisfied leaving as her customer… Andy is such a doll with a soft approach, as his initial focus was to serve all customers while demonstrating TRUE emphasis in knowing the product and satisfying all his customers needs. Kayla is soft spoken, but she has the patience to suffice what is needed to get the job done.. If and when you go to Kay’s at Kings Plaza.. ask for Vicky, Andy or Kayla…. You won’t be DISSATISFIED🗣YOU will get service with a SMILE 😃😃💎💎✨✨💃🏽💃🏽💯💯🎁🎁💍💍💍✨✨✨

    So I entered this Kay jewelers at kings plaza and had the best engagement ring shopping experience ever. Moe is the gentleman that helped me throughout the entire process. He provided all my best options and kept it 100% transparent. The options for engagement rings were great and Moe was definitely the guy to go to. He was able to get me what I needed under my budget and a few extras. For real a life saver

    Horrible customer service. I came to asked about a back piece and cleaning. I wasn’t sure if I had warranty and the staff seemed very frustrated that she had to search my info check for warranty. She discovered I had no warranty. Then I ask for the price for warranty, she had to do more work to find the price. When I was told the price I decided not to get the warranty. She looked at me and said “so you aren’t getting the warranty” in the rudest way. At this point she should have been fired on the spot. I asked to speak with someone else who was no help, she was being very sarcastic. Moral of the story is this Kay jewelry in KP has the worst customer service it seems like the supervisor has no control and I regret buying jewelry from the company.

    Me and my Girlfriend just came from KAY'S at Kingsplaza and all I can WTH happened to Vicky and the other staff, the had a couple of staff members that to me personally didn't need to be there especially on a Saturday night. I have been a customer for more than 15 years and all i can say is Bring back Vicky .

    Visited Kay jewelers today to repair a ankle bracelet and for the first time they asked me to pay for the repair prior to fixing it. This was an immediate disappointment to me because as a customer of Kay's for approximately ten(10)years this was the first time I had to pay for the repair(s) in advance. I want to know when this become a practice of Kay Jewelers and why as a customer was I not informed of the change in policy seeing that I have life time warranties on the piece I have purchase from them?

    This place is a total scam! They are selling $20 fashion jewelry bought from Amazon or Aliexpress for twenty times more the actual price! You can scam yourself and buy a tungsten carbide ring for $400 from Kay Jewelers, or you can buy the same ring from Amazon seller for $25...

    Worst customer service! Didn’t made me feel welcomed or comfortable. As soon as I walked in I didn’t got a chance to look around/explore , the worker came up and I returned my item. Eventually I was told ‘I’m not special‘ customer Definitely never going back.

    I had a good experience when I purchased my $1200 ring with Janice at the Kings Plaza location. She also helped me pick out a mom and daughter pendants. When I went to pick the pendants (totalling $195.95), they did not come with chains. I held onto it for almost a month and decided I wanted to return them. I went to the store today and the employees along with the manager that was on site made me feel uncomfortable by just starting at me and laughed when I left all because I was returning. Customers have a right to return, especially if they changed their mind about a merchandise they longer want. Let's get this straight, I did not return it because i can't afford it. I returned it because i no longer want it. They NEVER asked why i was returning. They just asked if i wanted to exchange. I don't see why they would get offended by that. Thanks but no thanks I will not be returning here. I also gave them a bad score on the survey. Oops, oh well...

    I love shopping at Kays but I love working with the staff at this location especially manager, Janice Galindez. She treats each and every customer like they are family and always making sure customers are thoroughly satisfied with each and every purchase. I don't shop anywhere else and when it was time to get an engagement ring and bands, she was the person that we trusted with finding the perfect rings and she delivered top notch service as always. Love her and this store, and would give them 10 stars if I could.

    My experience with this location was amazing I was looking for a nice diamond cocktail ring and Janice was patient gave me great recommendations and she was also so funny I enjoyed my time there applied for the Kay Jewlers card which I had no intentions of getting, left with a $2600 ring for myself and also a Movado watch for my Boyfriend. My entire experience was comfortable and joyful Janice is a gem and I will definitely return to her and recommend her to my friends and family.     A complete waste of time! Truly unprofessional and unhelpful. As a long standing client I have come to expect a high standard of service from all kay jewelers staff and locations. But as of today they have certainly fallen short of my expectations and have lost a client. Not only was my item not located when i asked if they could reorder i was told they would have to wait until a manger was present. No other help was offered! In addition both employees continues blamed and speak ill of a previous manger and staff. Adding a level unprofessionalism that should never be seen in any place of employment.

    How can I put this.... Kay Jewlers in Kings Plaza is the perfect place to shop for beautiful jewelry. Not only is the merchandise of the highest quality but the staff also provides reliable and friendly customer service.     I remembered Moe from last summer. My wife purchased a watch for me for our anniversary but the watch was too big. So we took it back to get it fit. Moe is the only guy that works on watches. He made sure to get it to fit me right. Now I come in today to buy my wife a valentines gift and I knew I recognized him. Moe provides great customer service. He’s honest and he’s fair. I’d buy my jewelry from him every time. Appreciate you sir!!!!
