    I have been in pain and needed to speak with Dr. Brown as to if I should take a over the counter pain meds for my shoulder pain or come in to see her to be evaluated again. The front desk receptionists were not very helpful at all. They lied and put the phone down when I asked to speak to Dr. Brown as if I couldn't hear them talking. Then they hung up and wouldn't answer. On another occasion I was told Dr. Brown would call me about my shoulder pain and I never received a call. I even told the receptionists both times that Dr. Brown just examined me prior to me calling. You have to block your number just for them to answer and even then, Dr. Brown probably still won't get the message.

    Needed a covid test for travel and they told me it would be ready by Friday since I travel Saturday. Apparently they only sent the test late on Friday night to labcorp.The lady that was taking care of our paper work was gossiping on the phone instead of paying any attention to us when taking our paper work. Extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t surprise me if this hospital was filled with more irresponsible people now looking at my current situation. Would not recommend at all stay away. Response: I did do it 72 hours prior. Do not try and put this on me because of your employees incompetence.

    Receptionist are horrible with an exception for maybe 2 .. Dr. Brown is the absolute best! Get out all questions while in office. Front desk likes to Hang up on Patients and ignore when you call back. I ONLY recommend for Dr. Brown anything else go somewhere else

    Well, actually someone told me about this place because they wanted attention for a very bad pain I have in my right arm but I wanted to see other people's opinions first and apparently it's not worth visiting... I'll keep looking.

    Super unprofessional workers. Got to retake the test because they told me to they didn’t collect specimen in a correct way. Then I end up getting two bills , which the stuff told me:”there is nothing I can do” even the problem is caused by themselves

    I was feeling unwell over the weekend and decided to venture close to home for an exam. I went to the Saint James Health- East location for an appointment. The staff was lovely, efficient and friendly. I never felt a moment of uneasiness the way we might sometimes feel upon entering a medical facility. The doctor who assisted me, Dr. Melinda Brown, was over the top. She was thorough in asking questions about the bad health issues I had over the weekend. Now I really feel like I am in good hands under her supervision! Did somebody say "bedside manner?" Dr. Brown knows the meaning of it and applies it so well. Not once did I feel bad about being in that place. From start to finish, my visit went positively. Thank you, Dr. Brown and staff members, for taking care of me! Excellence and professionalism were displayed at this facility.

    Out of my 15 years of battling anxiety, this wonderful Therapist, social worker, has helped me more than anyone has ever had and I’ve been to dozen of places in New Jersey and around the east coast. She will help you with what you need and she is kind and you’ll be in a better place in your life within a few weeks of seeing her. She’s in the fourth floor and you need an appointment so if you need help or therapy, call and schedule.

    Terrible. New Doctor called Dr. Germain?? She does not know what she’s doing. I got prescribed medicine without even knowing what I had… Then I had to go back and she argued with me and again prescribed another medication that was WRONG. And she diagnosed me WRONG. I had to run to urgent care after 3 different visits with this doctor because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She just wants your insurance money! Do not go there!! Seriously this lady does not care about your well being! I literally had to go to urgent care and they took care of me right away

    The front reception and the medical assistants were all pleasant to deal with. However, the doctor, Primrose something, didn't care to remember her name, was so unprofessional and rude. She is by far the rudest doctor I've ever dealt with. She's very rude to her staff as well. I will not be going back there. My personal pcp was more than happy to help me with my daughter's care and she is under his care now. So no, I will not be fulfilling the blood work scrip that rude doctor gave me. My daughter has already given her blood work to my doctor, her doctor now. Shame on you doctor! No bedside manners whatsoever. Horrible doctor. She's a bully!! And to all the ladies working in the office for her, please find another place of employment. You deserve to be treated better.

    It was a bad experience, a place with negative energy, from the concierge to the reception desk working in a bad mood, a rude environment and a lady espana looking stressed, the security guard chewing gum and not even wanting to work. And it's not my bad day, I went to Seabra and the service was impeccable, so the problem is with the unprofessional staff.

    I have been a patient for almost over a year , I loved Gabriel as my primary care doctor. Now since Gabriel has left , it has been a drastic change to the work operations now that they have a new doctor . The new doctor has this office running so slow . I had a doctors appointment at 3:10 I was not seen until 5:00pm & left 5:30 which was completely such a waste of time , just for her to call me to come down to the office to tell me I was ANMEIC , I couldn’t believe it . Gabriel would have called me with my results and sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy instead of me going out of my way to tell me something that not life threatening . I’m changing doctors office . DO NOT COME HERE . AND I WISH YALL WOULD COMMENT BACK !

    dr brown is MY GIRL. i refuse to see anyone but her because shes perfect. i only give 4 stars bc i had to make an emergency visit with a dr i dont normally see and i was told id be seeing a female provider and in walks a male. annoying. he was very abrupt, interruptive and rushed to get out of the room. it wasnt until i expressed specific concerns that he became a little more caring about my situation and gave more time dedicated to me in the exam room. he did end up being more informative and helpful and i appreciate his change in approach the second time around. also the lab tech woman who was there today is fanF***INGtastic!!!!! i've never met a person who can draw my blood in ONE SHOT without a butterfly needle. give that woman a raise NEEOOWW!!!! also also, i see along with the renovations there has been an upgrade in staff and let me say 10s across the board. you ladies are doing wonderful. (this is coming from someone who is also an MA in a busy office. i see everything)

    Scheduled an appointment with Dr Kenneth Madueke due to a phone call I received from the office to review lab results for blood work done with my toddler back at the end of August (meaning I was called a month later) Scheduled for an appointment at 3pm, it is currently 4:20pm as I am writing this review and I am still waiting to be seen. Was informed by the receptionist I was still waiting because the doctor was reviewing the lab work to ensure my child didn’t have to be seen.. I don’t understand why the doctor would wait until I am here for my appointment to see him to review the lab work rather than prior to my arrival. Very unprofessional on his behalf to inconvenience me and my time. Upon addressing him about his unprofessionalism, he never once took the time to apologize for the inconvenience and was coming up with excuses to justify his action. This doctor even asked me why I was there, meaning he is scheduling appointments not even knowing why. Then he has the audacity to suggest we do bloodwork again. This gives me the impression that he is scheduling appointments, regardless of whether or not there is an issue on hand just to be compensated. I will never be coming here again. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

    I am extremely disappointed in Saint James Health. Over the last year my visits at this doctors office has become aggressively worse. There is always miscommunication between the receptionists, there are long waits, and the doctor lacks empathy.

    Dr. Brown is good but the staff don't care about you I'm having severe shoulder pain been there 3 times in a month and still no relief. Receptionist never answers the phone. I had an appt today was supposed to get medication sent to my pharmacy and nothing Dr. Harpreet Kaur never sent it to my pharmacy like this is just unprofessional and ridiculous at this point how horrible this place is

    I've been going there for about a year. I had an appointment this week, but for some reason it wasnt my primary doctor. This doctor had a horrible aditude and disregarded all my concerns. I then told her that her attitude was nasty and she just walked right out. I dont reccomend this doctors office. You'll probably get a primary doctor and never see her again.

    Dr. Brown is the best!!! The staff that works closely with her is very much appreciated. Dr. Brown listens to her patients and she cares about their needs. The downside is that the young ladies at the front desk have VERY nasty attitudes and barely pick up the phone.

    Dr. Brown and the medical assistants are amazing. I hate going to the doctors and do my best to avoid going, but when I do have to go, they always know how to lift my spirits. They are very attentive and listen to my needs. They are also very kind and compassionate. I have been going here for years and I even bring my mom there now! Thank you Dr.Brown and medical assistants. I will see you guys soon!

    When I made the appointment I told them that I had earache, they told me come next week. I went they changed me $110 what doctor did was only go with a specialist. They changed for nothing and weeks later even sent me a bill to make one more payment. I have to demand them because I lost time waiting for the appointment and I got worst and had to go to the hospital in emergency. If SJH is not specialized in earache why get appointments for that illness

    They don't answer the calls, if they answer they are rude, but for everything you need an appointment, you go personal and they tell you to call for the appointment. I just changed to Dr. Brown and still can't make an appointment. It's a nightmare.

    They don't answer the phone, then I went there on the 2nd floor the lady told me to wait, after almost 10 min waiting she asked me if I had an appointment I said no , then she said well we can do nothing if you don't have an appointment. I mean now you tell me , and she didn't even ask if I wanted to make an appointment or said the date and time they had available it was like , we can do nothing you can leave now . Just ridiculous!!!

    The receptionist on this place are absolutely the worst. They answer the phone with an attitude they hang up on you without an explanation and when you try to call back they don’t answer or just do the same. This happened to me before but today was just the end of me coming into this place I called to schedule a vaccination appointment the lady told me to WAIT and she transferred me without even telling me she was going to, they never answered and when I called back she just hanged up on me oh and by the way I could hear her chewing on something (so unprofessional)

    I have been going to this centers for regular covid testing inaide the building with outstanding service since the beginning of the pandemic but now they have a truck unit outside and the service is Horrible. We were standing in the rain since 7:45am, they began setting up at 8:30am. Definitely do Not recommend, find a different place.

    Only I can say . I’m Looking for a doctor and this is so close to my house few blocks , but what I see here is the unprofessionalism of the staff there. That very concerning and has I read the reviews the answers to all the people who all have same complaint is the same response they all receive like it copied and paste . The doctors all should look at the reviews of all these patients and see it’s the front desk that rude. They should go for training or look for another position if they not happy with their job. Very sad ! People are not there to see a doctor because they all feeling good it’s because they dealing with something . People need to be more caring and understanding to peoples needs especially in a doctor office . If they continue to let their front desk receptionist treat people like that the doctors then are at fault as well

    In my opinion this site is rubbish, it is not the first time, especially Dr. Kenneth Maduere. I came with hateful pain and I had to wait 1:30 for them to give me the medication and I had to come personally to talk to the doctor so that he could help me. of a prescription for the medication because if I don't come I have to know how long I have to wait for the medication the resectionists are fine but the doctor I don't understand how there can be doctors who don't care a bit about the patients' pain but in order to get paid they do it from The moment you give your name to help you and I called the manager but she said she would talk to the doctor but she didn't say anything, she just covered it up, people like you should be more professional with that, people like you can die
