    Believe the low ratings. Arrived, received bag and called at 1250am. Called at 120 and Rose claimed it was super busy. I called again at 130am. Van arrived approximately 133am. Not super busy just Super short staffed is more like it. Only 2 others in the van with me. Credit card machine was “down” but apparently she knew it would be back up at 5am (huh?) so they were writing down credit card numbers 😳 or you could pay cash. No checks, Venmo etc... Oh and the ad says “we will have you car waiting” HAHA you mean you’ll be waiting. The guy driving the van was also the one getting the cars for people because the other guy took an hour and a half to get a couple’s car. Apparently they had a bunch of cars parked behind his but didn’t get the right keys. I guess my night could have been worse. I’ll never park there again. I gave 2 stars because the ride to EWR was within 30 minutes. Here’s how busy the airport was at 130am. Please tell the clients the truth Rose.

    I came back late and tired. Didn't inspect the car. Woke up this morning and couldn't believe the state my car was in. Scratches and marks everywhere. Covered in dirt. I can't even imagine where they drove it or parked it. Cheap, somewhat convenient but not acceptable getting my car back like this

    "No wait, no hassle, we'll get you there faster" couldn't be farther from the truth. When we arrived. There was nobody there to park our car as they had advertised. We had to park and lug our bags through the dirt lot where we waited for a shuttle to take us to the airport. The driver was pleasant and efficient. When we returned from our trip. We waited 45 minutes to be picked up from the airport. That was after calling 3 times, 2 of which we were hung up on. The driver was not friendly at all. He was obviously aggravated that he was being over worked. He barely helped us load our bags into the shuttle. He never said a word to any of the passengers on the shuttle and was driving like an A..H... When we arrived back at the lot it was chaos. They clearly booked more reservations than they could accommodate. They do not keep a record of reservations and you will not get a confirmation. You must screenshot your rate and show it to them upon checkout. There were two people working inside. A man and a woman. The man was nice enough and got our keys as fast as he could while the woman behind the counter barked out orders to the employees. Lesson learned. I would probably pay extra next time to park at the airport. We paid $118 to park at Vista for 6 days. Good price but not worth the inconvenience.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IT IS NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNTED PRICE. Started off ok. Drop off was pretty painless but pickup was a nightmare. Called for pickup from terminal C and was told to wait at Door 3 on Level 3. 15 min later. Van drove right past us. 25 min later. Van came by with only 2 seats but we are a family of 5. The driver said someone would be back to get us soon. 40 min later. I call to ask about arrival time and was told the driver came by but no one was there. This is obviously not true. 1 hour later. Another van comes but has only 2 open seats again. At this point it is obvious that our stop is the last at the airport so we try to call to suggest that they send an empty van directly to terminal C. But we called 6 times and each time, someone picked up and hung right up. 1 hour and 15 min later. We finally get picked up by an empty van and all the people at our stop were able to get in the van. There was no acknowledgement or apology when we arrived back at the lot.

    I have been happily using Vista for many years, however tonight was the worst experience EVER. I called Vista from the airport at 12:27am. And then again at 12:42am. The driver finally arrived at 12:50am and literally parked the van in the center lane of the pick-up area, 100+ feet from where we were standing. This would be understandable if that was the ONLY available place to stop. However since it was almost 1am, the airport terminal and pick up area were EMPTY. Well it finally made sense after the driver took his time exiting the van to open the back door. It took 3 attempts of the doors closing on him before he successfully opened the trunk. He then proceeded to WATCH the 5 of us struggle while loading our own luggage into the trunk, including my 8 year old son. He smelled of smoke. And didn’t say A WORD to us the entire ride. Upon returning to the lot, I was surprised to see our car was not waiting for us. When I walked inside to pay, the woman at the desk said the driver of the van had to retrieve our car. Yes the guy who just took us from the airport had to park the van and then go to the back lot to get our car. I asked why the car wasn’t waiting for us as it usually is. The woman said “well did you give me your ticket number”. I said “you didn’t ask for it”. She said “well what do you expect “. I said “I didn’t know it was my job to give YOU the information you needed?” Retrieving the car took another 15mins. When the driver pulled our car up, he narrowly missed hitting me and my 3 children. My husband had walked to the back lot to look for him, because he was taking so long. Then the driver backed our car up so fast and almost ran my husband over. My husband went inside to talk to the woman behind the counter and voice his displeasure over the experience. She claimed that it was slow and that our car wasn’t ready because there were only the 2 employees working. My husband asked, “are you OPEN right now?” She said yes. He then asked “are you providing a service right now?” She said “you don’t have to park here”. And she is 100% right! We don’t have to park there! And NEVER will again!!!

    Damaged my car won't return calls When we picked up our car two weeks ago at Newark Airport there was a HUGE dent in the front corner of the car. At the lot they did nothing except give me a number to call. The first time I called the woman I was told to speak was very pleasant, took all the information down and then I never heard from her ever again. Now when I call, they do not answer my calls or messages or emails. I received a quote for $1000 dollars to fix the damage.

    I just sat waiting for pick up for 52 minutes. I went to the designated parking transportation pickup place that all parking vans and busses pick up their customers and waited for 20 plus minutes. We then called and we’re told to go all the way from the ground floor to level 3 door 3 where everyone gets dropped off and their is no place to sit. We then waited there for another 32 minutes. When they finally arrived I found out they only have 2 vans for drop off and pick up. When I complained at the office, and said you should really tell your customers where to go from the start, he said well, we give you a ticket with our number and when you call, we tell you where to go. (However no one told me to call when I landed in the first place. I only called when I was getting furious. I sat patiently waiting at the logical the designated pick up area for vans and busses go pick you up.) This place is not well managed, the vans are gross and smell! P. S. it’s located in a bad area of Newark. I’m just glad my car was not vandalized!

    Despite seeing all the negative reviews posted earlier, I didn’t had any issues with Vista parking. Right from drop off and picking up back it was Avery smooth process. They provided shuttle with no wait time to airport and also when we called them from airport for pickup, they responded very quickly. I would recommend this place.

    It took over a half hour of calls before someone answered to be picked up last night. I was literally on the verge of taking am Uber ride to pick up my car. When I eventually got back the story changed from we were so busy to we are having phone issues. The attendant was belligerent when I asked for the manager’s name and phone number. Also, the online booking rates were not honored. This place is a complete joke. I travel for business quite frequently. Would not recommend this place to friends or business colleagues.

    4 day trip. Helped get our bags on the shuttle the minute we pulled into the lot. Called for pick up when we arrived and a shuttle was there within 3 minutes. Again, driver helped get bags on and off. Pleasant people to deal with. Everyone was very helpful. Car was in perfect condition, maybe a little dusty. No issues at all with that. Only 4 stars because the shuttle van definitely would benefit from an interior DEEP cleaning. Will definitely use Vista again!

    It’s possible they are slightly more affordable than the airport long term parking. Although, I was charged $55 (8:30am 9/21- 10am 9/24). And the wait when I got back was really frustrating and unprofessional. I called at 9am for the shuttle and wasn’t picked up until 9:35am. Didn’t get to my car until 9:50am! At which time I had to wait for others to pay. It was an hour long ordeal… I would suggest calling as soon land so you don’t have a similar situation. Btw if you’re in terminal C they pick you up on floor 3/door 3.

    We had another great experience with Vista. Shuttle to the airport was immediately available upon arrival. When we returned they were right on time to pick us up. Side note- I accidentally left a sweatshirt in their van and caked to see if the van would be returning soon with another load. They advised it was not, but offered to secure the sweatshirt in my vehicle. Happy to report it was there when we returned to our vehicle.

    Returned from a trip on Oct 2 - came to the lot to pick up my car. Individual at the front desk was extremely rude. He kept asking me if I booked a reservation - I was tired and my daughter was sick, and I was a little too distracted to figure out that he was talking about my original reservation. I asked him what he meant - why would I need a reservation to pick up my car. He refused to even attempt clarifying his question, just kept asking the same thing, same 5 words. He then proceeded to completely ignore me. A customer behind me was helpful enough to explain that if I originally booked my reservation online before my trip, I could get a discount. That was nice to know - too bad the front desk guy wasn’t in the mood to explain that himself. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know. But I am not returning to Vista. I am a leader and member of multiple ski and travel groups - I will advise those thousands of members to avoid Vista.

    I've used Vista parking for 20 years. The last 2 times were bad. We wait for the van to deliver us to the airport, When we arrive back at Newark, I called the number on the ticket for airport pickup. It goes to voicemail 5 times. 15 minutes later they answer. We then waited 1 hour for the shuttle van to show up at the terminal. It's time to fine another parking service.

    Last night arrived from flight at 11:55. Called the lady at the front desk, told her I have arrived at their pickup location. Waited and waited in the cold. Called multiple times to which she would hang up, tell me she doesn’t know where the driver is, or he’ll be there. Finally at 12:35 am caught a cab to their lot. Van was just sitting there. This place has no respect for customers. Do not give them your money like I did.

    DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY STOLE OUT OF OUR VEHICLE! WORK PARKING PLAQUE GONE!!! NEW SNEAKERS STOLEN, THEY LEFT THE EMPTY BOX. THEY PUT a 4 MILE JOY RIDE ON OUR CAR!! NOW AFTER A RED-EYE FLIGHT HAVE TO SIT AND FILE A POLICE REPORT. ITEMS WERE VISIBLY DISTURBED!! FRONT DESK WOMAN ROSE WAS NASTY AND RUDE! DO NOT NOT NOT PARK HERE

    We missed our first class flight and had to make a layover making a breezy 4 hour flight an 8+ hour hassle running from plane to plane. Why? Because with two vans and two drivers this company decided to use only one van. We arrived at the parking lot early, and waited approximately 45 minutes for the next ride to the airport. We missed our flight by 15 minutes! Never again will we use this parking garage. I cannot express my anger in this post.

    Made a reservation with Vista parking only to show up and discover their lot was full. When I asked an employee how the lot could be full if I reserved (and paid in part) ahead of time he pretty much told me tough luck. Fortunately I was able to find a spot at the airport, but had to pay a much higher price than I otherwise would have if I chose another parking company that would’ve honored my reservation. I also almost missed my flight. After I shared my complaints, they never addressed them, but began sending me promotional emails encouraging me to park there for my next visit at EWR. I won’t ever use their services again and recommend others look elsewhere.

    STAY AWAY! THEY ARE THE WORST! I’m surprised they are even in business. I could give this place negative 5stars I would. I’ve been using them to park for years many times and I’ve never had a problem until this year. first Time this year they didn’t answer for a pickup and I had to take an Uber from the airport back to them AND then I had to wait over 2 hours for the only person working to find my car. I decided to give them another chance and this past weekend was ATROCIOUS to say the least. It took them over an hour to pick us up at the terminal (which is a 10min drive) and then the dude working when we got there was so beyond rude to everyone. There were a few others picking up their cars as well and he took my ticket and never sent a runner to get my car, even after asking and him blatantly lying to me about it. Then I finally got them to go find my car, meanwhile there was another customer there that they had lost his keys and they guy working didn’t seem to care at all. STAY AWAY AND PAY FOR BETTER PARKING

    Atrocious... Used them twice during Covid times.. Total mess, short staffed. Made us park on our own somewhere behind the hotel almost half a mile away. Stuffed people over capacity into a van like sardines (during Covid, and many didn't have masks on) because they only had 1 van running.. And for same reason they couldn't take in another couple which had already paid.. they told them they'd be back in like 40 minutes after unloading everybody at airport, poor guys were screaming they'll miss the flight I hope they made it. Then driver circled several times at wrong terminals, people would tell her terminal C INTERNATIONAL multiple times and then she drives to the wrong C. I tried to load my own bags in the back of the van and driver physically pushed me away and screamed that she would do it.. Not for any reason just wanted her tips.. I wasn't going to give a tip for being pushed, screamed at, waiting in cold, walking half a mile at 5am in November. So I didn't give her a tip at the airport, and she started screaming out loud "what? no tip for me? I carried your heavy bag? no tip for me?" almost caused a scene lol. Never again, even if they paid ME to use their service.

    It has been my second time using Vista. Absolutely no issues. Terminal pick-up wasn't lighting fast but well within reasonable time. Will use them again

    Efficiently run place to safely keep your vehicle when flying out of Newark. They had our vehicle ready to go upon our return and the shuttle drivers were very responsive and helpful. I will use them again on my trips out of Newark.

    Have used Vista Airport Parking at EWR many times over the years. Excellent staff. Reasonable prices. Never an issue with my vehicles. Highly recommended.

    We felt very comfortable leaving our car. Plenty of security and the shuttle service was amazing. Pick us right up after parked. After returning from vacation. They found out car super fast and was excellent service. Thank you

    This was the first time using Vista and we weren’t thrilled with our experience. When we got back from our trip, they were over an hour late in picking us up. They also didn’t tell us where to meet them. We came out to where the shuttles were picking people up and their meeting place was on Level 3. That should have been communicated to us when we dropped the car off. The car was FILTYHY and covered with bird droppings when they brought it to us and driver had the gall to ask for a tip before leaving. Was it worth the savings as compared to long term parking at the airport? I think not!

    We've used Vista a number of times in the past, and the service was always good enough to keep me from going elsewhere. This was different. I took advantage of an email offer on a parking rate, but I didn't print out the confirmation or otherwise save it. Vista does ask the customer to do that, so even if you have a reservation for a certain price, without that email, you're likely to pay more. I had notes about the price, and that's what they charged me, but it was just a flat charge, without sales tax, etc. Maybe other lots operate the same way. I'll find out next time I fly out of Newark.

    One and Done with Vista Parking: We left a white envelope containing a $140.00 cash hidden beneath the liner of the center console. It was to pay for our parking fee upon our return. 8 days later when we got back, our car was moved and our money was missing. We had no idea they would access our car and for what reason? Quite a few personal belongings had to be taken out of the center console to access that white envelope. After many phone calls and emails, we received no response so their Customer Service SUCKS too!! Bottom Line: Beware of Vista Parking. We surely will never use them again. P.S. If you want to have your vehicle robbed, then you are parking at the right place!!

    Just used Vista Parking this past weekend. Awesome experience from dropoff to pick up. Office staff & van driver were both helpful & friendly. My Bronco was waiting right outside the office when we pulled into the parking lot! Highly recommend!!!
