I have an Omega Speedmaster chronograph that needed to be serviced and fixed due to a broken main spring. I did some research and decided to bring the watch to Ralph at Jewelry & Fix due to the positive online reviews. I also considered Tourneau but the service process required mailing the watch in and I preferred to work with someone directly. Ralph was very pleasant to work with and gave me a fair price. He also expanded my wedding band and it came out looking great. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ralph again for servicing my watches and would recommend him. Lost my tissot a couple year ago and found it at the bottom of an old backpack with dead battery / missing strap. Walked in and ralph swapped the battery within probably 30 seconds and had a beautiful genuine leather strap nicer than the one i lost. He informed me of what to look for when purchasing second hand watches and what brands will retain/gain value over time which i believe to be great valued info. Ralph is amazing!!! My fingers were swollen after pregnancy and I got my ring stuck and I tried everything to take it off nothing worked! Ralph was very professional and pleasant upon our first meeting. He was able to provide me with accurate information and decent pricing when It came to my Gold Jewelry and repairs. His work was efficient and punctual. I was very pleased with my end result upon picking Up my Jewelry.

I went to this place due to the high ratings. I needed a ring to be resized down. Rafael quoted me 150 because he would be adding gold balls and said gold is more expensive. When the ring was finished, the ring was too small and he removed the gold balls (which he kept). I asked for a partial refund since resizing down is typically about $30-$50 not $150. Rafael claimed he paid for the gold balls and that it was his and he will not give partial refund. I should mention I'm a young woman and he probably thought he could hustle me. He did a poor job on the ring and wouldn't give me the money for the Xtra gold balls that he ended up keeping. I attached photos of the indents he made on the ringand didn't bother to buff out. I recommend going to a different place.

I brought in my Cartier Pasha watch for service, as it was no longer keeping good time. This watch is more than 20 years old and it had never been serviced. Ralph, the proprietor, worked on it personally, taking it apart for cleaning and replacing an internal part. He also polished the case and bracelet, removing numerous nicks and scratches. Due to his efforts and demonstrated expertise, it now works perfectly!

Recently got engaged and I needed to get my ring size adjusted as it was too big. I came and dropped my ring off and was quoted a feasible charge for the re-sizing! The finish product was amazing.
