I had a great experience today with two youths as a receptionist. They were an awesome professional, polite & humble. They completed my paperwork in a few minutes. I am impressed. They are a great asset for the organization. Thanks

Customer service was great at appointment set up, and throughout, excellent communication. Daniella and Jenna outdid themselves, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my appointment with their professional and caring attitudes.Clean environment. The lady at the desk reinforcing the mask policy, I would like to know the criteria you used to determine who should and should not wear a mask- just curious. I will definitely use this facility again.

The first time there everyone was great. The tech was so sweet. She explained how things were going to work. Keep up the good work.

Took about 10 minutes to be helped at front desk. Then all went well but took another 25 minutes to have my Mamo done. So I was in & out in 1 hour but was hoping it wouldn’t take that long. Oh well. Otherwise pretty good.

I arrived on time for my appointment and completed intake swiftly. The receptionist was quick and informative. I didn't wait long to have procedure done. The MRI tech and her assistant were very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable, I was advised of how long the exam would take and wad provided music to wean out the noise from the machine. They even asked what I would like to hear. The visit was quick and pleasant. Very professional staff. Thank you.

The entire staff was pleasant, efficient and professional. Jamie and Rosa made me comfortable with their excellent bedside manner and expertise during an uncomfortable test. Rosa went above and beyond when I had issues scheduling my appointment due to a glitch at my doctor’s office. She recognized my stress and treated me with concern, kindness and incredible professionalism. She made a slightly unnerving situation a little less so for me. I highly recommend the Elmont office!

I was there twice over the last two days. The young ladies at the front desk were so kind to everyone that came in. The patients were at various stages of their lives with different degrees of pain. Each were treated with professionalism and respect and a friendly smile. As for the MRI ? It was pretty easy. I’ve heard about going into a tube in a tight space, this one was pretty easy. The techs were no nonsense and all business. Easy as pie…

The young lady that registered me was wonderful and very helpful. The young man and lady upstairs was extremely caring and courteous. If it wasn't for the other young lady and her bad day I wouldn't given 5 stars

Receptionist was very nice to me and the nurse the take care of me with my mammogram test she was great the all did a wonderful job. If any one is thinking about a place to go the can choose this office because it's so good and you getting out quickly. I will recommend any one to go to this office. They are very good.

The technicians, Daniella and Alyssa were kind, gentle and understanding. They explained the procedures step by step, which put my mind at ease. The receptionist who greeted me and got me checked in was very pleasant and welcoming. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

From the people at the front desk to those upstairs. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I wish I got their names but they made me feel really comfortable and they made me laugh

Good morning I loved my experience with The Lenox Hill Radiology in Elmont. I had an 9:05 AM appointment and I was in and out, like one, two, three. The staff there was so professional and knew their job, which was a great thing. The staff members on the second floor area. She made my day, because not only was so professional, but she did everything within her power to make me laugh and smile ( GREAT JOB, IT WORKED.) and made me feel mainly comfortable for the time that I was there. Wonderful from opening the door for me entering the facility to leaving. Jamie was great as always in getting me in to MRI! I am disabled so this is not easy!!! Great place, wonderful service

A biopsy was done here and it's a high-risk, and these type of results should be given back ASAP. I was told 5-7 days, It is now been over 3 weeks. I would not make reviews of these kind but this is unacceptable and very unprofessional considering this puts the patient at risk. So this goes for everyone who needs a high-risk procedure please for your sake or your loved one do not go here.

Had a bit of a wait on a Saturday morning, but I received quality service and attention by the staff. Health and safety are number one at this facility. Check-in also made faster by their easy to use online portal.

Lenox Hill Radiology is very accommodating! They also have excellent communication services! Fast and easy services. I was able to get an appointment fast. I visited the Elmont location, the staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this facility

First time there with my 6-year-old for an exam. The tech brought my daughter in for the X-ray asap as a courtesy. I did not even ask for this but I thought it was so thoughtful as there were a few people ahead of her. She said “I always take the kids in first.” The reception staff were very kind and pleasant. Overall, the facility exceeded my expectations!

Good morning I had an 8am app. Went in very clean and that day it was quite. And the staff greeted me and ask for my info and Ning bang I was upstairs waiting for my turn..the only thing is when I filled out the paper on the clip board and I got up and ask the girl do I give it to her or hold it, she was a bit rude. Bit other than that it was overall a great experience.. remember it's always 1.

I have been scared as F#$&% about mammograms all life! But I'm happy to say that despite my tender breasts, my mammogram was hardly uncomfortable. My tech did a wonderful job. The pressure from the constant pokes of an ultrasound sonogram was a teed bit more discomfort than the mammogram. Thank goodness I chose this facility. Wait was not long either since I had submitted everything in advance.

Absolutely bar none the best place to go for your medical needs!! The staff is the best I've encountered in a long time. They are top notch as far as courtesy, professionalism, they care and show the same attention to everyone. From the service at intake to the doctor/technicians, everyone is treated with respect. My wheel bound chair husband had been to two previous facilities where there was no x-Ray technician and by the time we arrived at Lenox Hill in Elmont he was utterly exhausted. We were concerned he had pneumonia and were grateful that he was finally going to get the X-ray he needed. After waiting for awhile we were enthusiastically greeted by Jen who was sorry we had to wait so long and treated my husband both professionally and compassionately. She was truly the high spot of our difficult day and we are extremely grateful to her. Thank you for employing such a wonderful woman.

I had an excellent experience today for a scheduled Mammogram & Sonogram. The front desk was extremely welcoming & helpful as indicated. The Technicians were excellent. Thankyou so much Daniella & Victoria for your excellence., professionalism & patience. Always like coming to this site. My testing were on time .& again excellent. I would highly recommend this site without any reservation.

They are really a professional place. Front desk lady was really helpful and very less waiting time. I went with my mother in law and she had two test. They hardly took 45 minutes and we were done. The technicians were helpful too and were very great in communicating with my mother in law as she can’t speak English but still they were explaining her what to do and how to do practically. I hope they maintain same standard and will keep on working hard and professionally like this.

The staff are personable and caring, also they run very efficiently. I arrived 25mins before my appointment and they took me right away and I went for my scan with no issues. This is the fastest service I've ever received. I will always request to take my scans at this branch. The best I've ever been too.

Excellent attention from both the receptionists and the people who do the studies, they are kind, respectful, I have many back problems and they always make sure I am comfortable, thank you for all your attention.
