I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just want to take the time to recognize the professionalism, and service I received from Steve. I highly recommend them, the pricing does not compare to the service received. I hired another company previously and was quoted $500 plus to fix the unit. Steve fixed my treadmill with a $20 speed sensor and full maintenance. Has been running perfectly for the last few weeks

Steve the technician was Great!!! Very personable and Knowledgeable. This company is awesome fast and efficient customer service. I called them Wednesday evening right at closing and by Thursday morning they were here fixing my issue with my treadmill. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend this company to my family members and neighbors as well.

John was an excellent technician. He realigned the belt on my treadmill. He said it was not set up right, from the factory. He explained everything to me, how to lube it, where to purchase the lube, how to put it on, and how much, and how often. Also, how to adjust the belt in the future. he was also very courteous. I highly recommend this company, and especially him.

Unbelievable! I could not find a company that would come to my home to fix my 25 year-old elliptical. The consensus was that it was not worth fixing. Steve agreed that the cost of repair would not be worth it, but he OFFERED TO DO WHAT HE COULD TO HELP ME FIX IT MYSELF! He did. It worked. And I can not say enough about how grateful I am.

Bought a used Landice and wanted to find someone to check the machine out and see what maintenance had to be done. I went through the list of approved service techs on the Landice website and sent out a bunch of requests. Expedited was the only one to get back to me promptly, and I was able to schedule for later in the week via email. John arrived on time, was polite, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He didn't try to upsell any unnecessary services or replacement parts, explained exactly what he was doing and what he was looking for, and talked me through how to do any additional maintenance that might come up. We had our 5 year old Sole Elliptical E35 repaired today and I couldn't be happier with the work. I REFUSE to go anywhere else for my fitness equipment needs. I spoke with Steve, who is INCREDIBLE. Prior to connecting with him, I had spoken with a few other fitness equipment companies who gave me the standard assessment rate and no other information. Steve took the time to walk through my machine with me, teach me what to look for to troubleshoot, and explain potential problems. He even looked up which equipment for my fitness machine was no longer available to purchase so he could warn me of that. There are too many companies out there that take advantage of customers' lack of fitness equipment knowledge and charge $$$ for the sake of it, but Expedited Service LLC is definitely not one of them. It's very rare to find such honest, good-hearted technicians like Steve. You won't regret working with them.
