Papandrew Jewelers is an old style jewelry store that's right off Sunrise Highway across the street from the Sunoco gas station. Parking couldn't get any closer. Anyone who would go to a Mall to buy or repair a piece of jewelry is out of their minds. The service you get there is outstanding. I took in an old Rolex watch to have the crown repaired and have the hour hand reset. They repaired the crown reset the hands polished it up polished out I scratch I had in the crystal and when I went to pick it up the owner reminded me that the watch was due to be serviced I had had it serviced back in 2014. I setup an appointment for after the holidays.

Andrew is without a doubt the best jeweler on Long Island! I have been getting all of my jewelry here for years and everything is extremely well priced and of high quality. My wife still gets comments about her engagement and wedding rings. From simple watch batteries to high end jewelry, Papandrew is the jeweler you need to go to.

Papandrew Jewlers is Great. We have been there only twice. Once for a repair to some earrings that my wife loves. They have been repaired many time by other jewelers. The repairs have never lasted. Andrew did a repair that looks like it will last forever. I think he did a great job. Yesterday he put a guard on my wedding ring that fell off my finger twice. It feels tighter now and I an sure it will not fall off again. Thanks Andrew. If we need something more than a repair we will surly go only to Papandrew Jewelers. in Valley Stream.

I have brought my watches here numerous times for battery changes, polishes, etc. The work is always superb and fairly priced. Speed and customer service is excellent as well. Highly recommend!

I recently went there to repair two of my Dads time pieces. A watch really… I’m just trying to sound fancy. The customer service was top notch. Very friendly and welcoming and this man is an expert! I highly recommend this gem of a place.

Unfortunately, I have to do this. 2 years ago, I brought a watch in for a battery replacement. Quick, easy, on the spot. Not a week later, after washing my hands. I noticed condensation in the face. The cover wasn't closed all the way. I popped the cover off the rest of the way to dry. Now, the face has stains from the water and the cover won't go back on. I bring it in, he says "I charge extra if you started working on it first." I tell him what I just wrote. I ask him about the stains, he tells me "it's not worth it to fix, consider it patina." Pops the cover on, hands it back to me. I'm still dumbfounded. It's not an expensive watch, but it was my first nice watch. He took no accountability for his mistake. No sorry, no discussion about what he could do short of spending hours of work on it, nothing, zip, nada. If I can't trust you with a cheap, easy job, I sure won't trust you with an expensive, complex job.

My husband had gone to Papandrew for repairs and he was able to fix a watch that other jewelers said was impossible to fix. My husband was so impressed with the customer service as the watch was literally fixed on the spot. I had two pieces, a custom ring and a tennis bracelet that were previously “repaired” by another jeweler but unfortunately the ring was destroyed and the bracelet was discolored and cheaply fixed. I just picked them up from Papandrew yesterday and they look brand new and even nicer than before. The owner is a professional, friendly, honest and incredibly knowledgeable jeweler. The repair costs were incredibly reasonable and I wasn’t pressured to purchase any of the pieces I tried on. This is the jeweler you were always looking for!
