I came to Eye Specialists after having issues with another doctor who never seemed to have time for an appointment in Celebration. I was able to call in and get an appointment booked to come in that same week. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The inside of the location is nice and open with a nice selection of frames to choose from. During my appointment they took great care at collecting my history and worked with me on what I wanted. Dr. Patail is amazing! The receptionist staff is very friendly and informative. They even spent extra time writing down prices for contacts if I wanted to purchase those at another time. Jane the optical assistant was able to advise me what was the best deal under my coverage and let me know of the best deals when choosing my frames.

I recently had cataract surgery on both of my eyes done by Dr.Lowey. I had some issues with the first eye through no fault of the Dr. Somehow I scratched my eye so it took about 3 weeks to heal. This week I had the other one done and I am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Eye Specialists of Mid Florida. The entire staff is very helpful and pleasant. In the future I will go there for any vision needs.

I had Cataract surgery and everyone was so nice and helpful. When I went for a follow up a few days after, Sharie was awesome. Walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend Eye Specialist.

I wish that the entire world were as nice as and worked as well as the whole staff at Eye Specialists of Mid Florida in Winter Haven! Dr. Daniel Welch is a superb surgeon and the entire staff handled my cataracts magnificently! I highly recommend this excellent facility for any eye-related need! Over the last 18 months I have had 3 major procedures with Eye Specialists of Mid Florida in Winter Haven. Last year I had an LPI, with Dr Shiraly. This year, I had to have eyebrow lift surgery and cataracts removal surgery with Dr Damon Welch. Both Docs were quite attentive to my needs and questions. They explained the procedures and why they needed to be done in plain English. They would dive deeper if I asked them to. However, they spoke to me in a way that I could understand what they were saying. The technicians and nurses were first rate. They all took the time to ask about my expectations and concerns. They would tell me what they were doing and why they were doing it. Yes, Eye Specialists gets a little over booked and back logged with customers. However, this has not detracted from the quality of service that I received one on one from the docs and staff. I fully recommend Eye Specialists in Winter Haven to anyone needing eye procedures.

As a retired surgery nurse, I was truly impressed with all of the staff. A+ from the minute I entered the building until I got back in the car. You should be very proud.

I called to make an appointment for my entire family, and Josie called me back to take care of me, and she was so great! Very friendly and professional assisting me for my family of 5. We all got set up for appointments in a reasonable amount of time. My family and I cannot wait for our experience at the Lake Wales office!

Let me share my experience as I came through the door. I first checked in with Isabel, who was so friendly, nice, and all around personable. Then Taylor took me back and did the preliminary testing. She too was just as friendly, nice and downright insightful. The eye drops that burn, she taught me a trick to make the burning stop fast, which was quite nice as I've never had someone tell me that before. Then I got to see Dr. Hollier (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong). She was friendly and very thorough with the exam plus gave me some helpful advice on contacts. Next, I got to go pick out glasses with Sarah. That lady can pick you some comparable frames! I told her my style, we walked around, and she found me a cost effective option in what I was looking for, which I loved! Finally, I checked out with Kimberly. Such a sweet lady! My entire experience with the individuals that I listed was 10/10 perfect. I wouldn't change one thing with the experience that I had and that can be rare. Sometimes reviews can be skewed because maybe someone was just having a bad day. But from my experience, I will stay with this office as long as possible. Love the staff! Thank you team for such an incredible experience!

Not going to lie, you might have to wait your turn here. This place is busy! But for good reason. Friendly, professional, expert specialists and staff from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I really the Winter Haven office, been going there for decades.... Checking-in was really slow, but I think it was because of training new people. I understand that and was patient. Carmen in Contacts is AMAZING!!! Her office placement is AWFUL! I felt horrible for her. It butts-up to the BATHROOM.. and she and I heard E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. Poor Carmen doesn't even have music or a LOUD sound machine. I felt so horrible for her, which is why I'm posting for them to see and hopefully help. I wasn't even there long and I was disgusted!! PLEASE HELP CARMEN GET AWAY OR HIDE THE SOUNDS OF URINATION, FLATULENCE, ETC!!! Otherwise, I truly appreciate and recommend Dr. Attaway and his staff!!! (Including Carmen in Contacts.)

After having a stressful morning, at the end of the day, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Sarah P. Her enthusiasm, infectious smile, and her sixth sense of the type of sunglass frames I was looking for made for an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work 5*. Dr.Attaway was tremendous. No problems , in and out in less than an hour , including new glasses. Optical assistant -Sarah Paul was excellent . New glasses on the way. Have always had a good experience in the years we have been going to eye specialists. William definitely keep going back.

Had an exam with Dr. Edith and she was wonderful as usual! Emily was such a big help in the Optical Department! Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Even the check-in and check-out girls were so sweet! Would recommend Eye Specialists or Mid Florida to any and all of my family and friends!

I Live close to one office but I still drive to Winter Haven. Been going there for about 6 years now and I would go no where else. Great service and amazing people. And today when picking out glasses Ms. Sarah was right on with helping me pick out some glasses - first pair - she was "amazing" helping me in every step!

Sarah in the optical department made my ESMF experience so wonderful. She's detail oriented even while she was training a new individual. She took her time to explain things and ensure I had the items I needed. I had no issues with my glasses when I picked them up all because Sarah took her time to ensure my measurements were accurate! I absolutely love them and am thankful that Sarah was there to assist me!

Great place! Took care of my eye infection as well as fitting me with new glasses. Caveat…it’s really cold, so bring a jacket!

Been coming here for over 50 years when Dr Davidson opened his clinic on Avenue K. Always welcoming and professional and thorough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing office, great staff and super Professional Doctor. I was very happy with the treat of each of the people that I interacted with. Facilities are very well managed and they also have glasses division in the lobby with a lot of selection. I am very happy that I went there they diagnosed me very fast and very professionally

I have been going to eye specialists for over 20 years. I have had 2 eye surgeries, and now the don't take my insurance anymore. I had surgery this year, and now if any issues, I can't go back without insurance. That is wrong!!!!!!
