Took my daughter there for fever. i had called before taking my daughter if they were comfortable seeing pediatrics. Cayla kendzior PA-C saw her, looked in her ear & diagnosed ear infx, & prescribed antibiotics. Next day took my daughter to her pediatrician & he said theres no ear infx its juts a viral fever. The provider was also rude & didn't take the time with us, she didn't even tell us if whem we were done, ended up sitting there for 20mins. 110$ in copay for misdiagnosis & rude behavior. Stay away from this location!!!

I never leave bad reviews, however my best advice is to go somewhere else if you need medical attention. I went in for kidney pain, explained to the nurse AND doctor that I was in severe kidney pain. The doctor basically shushed me and told me to go see my primary care physician and if the pain persisted to go to the ER. That the level of pain I was describing wasn't conducive with kidney pain. Entire appointment was less than 15 minutes for an URGENT CARE facility. Fast forward to a week later. Pain is even more severe, so I go straight to the ER and sure enough I have a severe UTI with an 11mm kidney stone, which required surgery. A simple urinalysis from the urgent care could have helped. But they did nothing! Save yourself time and energy and go anywhere else.

My wife needed urgent care on Saturday 10/22/2022 and the clinics closer to our home in Valrico were either closed or I couldn't get through to them for insurance information when I happened across Express Care of Tampa Bay through an area search on Google. I called and was received by a friendly voice (real person, not a recording) and upon confirming they accepted our insurance, drove right over there. Place was clean & inviting, and my wife was seen as soon as she completed the required check-in paperwork. The nurse (I'm sorry we didn't catch her name) was great and very kind & concerned for my wife's well-being. The doctor (young guy but very professional and kind as well) was thorough before explaining to my wife the diagnosis. They called in her prescription to our pharmacy quickly and without issue. Even though Express Care of Tampa Bay is further out for us, we will continue to visit the clinic for our future urgent care needs. Just a really wonderful experience.

I was seen at this urgent care earlier today. The level of professionalism was phenomenal. They were the quickest I’ve ever been to. The doctor took into consideration my previous health issues and prescribed medication based on that. I’ve had so many doctors in my travel job who refuse to prescribe for my particular needs based on my health history. Thank you for listening. This will definitely save me a trip back to the doctors office for the right antibiotics.

I came in for a Yellow Jacket sting. It was 6:00pm on a Thursday. They were pretty dead. I got in right away. Doctor saw me right away. The staff and nurses were super nice. The office was clean and inviting. They had personal TVs with Netflix in the rooms. The doctor was a little rough around the edges but I feel that was her culture. She attended to my medical issues and stayed to talk thru them. I usually don't have good experiences at Walk-ins or doctor offices but I'm glad to come back to this office.

My husband went to be seen and he was told they do not take patients after 8:30. Hours are posted for a reason. New or existing. We have been there on multiple occasions and even as late at 8:45 before closing and have always been provided care. The receptions had multiple excuses on why care would not be given and even how there was a shortage on antibiotics. How would she known what treatment would have been prescribed? She is not a doctor and he was not seen. Unacceptable from a care perspective to patients, any and all patients.

I went in for a fever and was in a waiting room with 10+ other people. I ended up waiting over an hour to get back to a room to then have a test positive for covid. They collected a copay plus another $50 up front for the covid test and billed my insurance. The covid test should have been covered by insurance and was told this by my insurance. I wrote in to their billing office asking for reimbursement of the $50 they collected for covid test. They never answered my request. I will never go back there again not to mention they should have prescreened for covid differently than stick me in a waiting room full of people for over an hour.

Never again. Fought with them all day because one of their doctors isn't covered by medicaid. Then that doctor continously told me I'm out of luck and there's nothing he can do. When in all reality, he could. I called the Apollo Beach office and they were able to help.

I was acknowledged promptly. Seen quickly by the triage nurse. Dr. Bevan listened to my concern, answered my questions, and asked for my input about the recommendation about treatment.

I just saw dr. Kent PA I am very pleased with my visit!! Always the best care!! If I could have this doctor as my childs pediatrician I would!! Thank you for everything

Its 2:39pm and i just left this place because i walked in and the receptionist is talking with this person who isnt a patianton, going on and on about nothing while i wait to be told to sign in or if they need anything from me. She pauses her conversation for a second to tell me to sit down and shell be with me in a minute. she continues her conversation while i wait. 15 minutes go by shes still talkin away with this guy and another woman walks in and she instantly stops her conversation and told her welcome and to please sign i had still not been helped so i got up and walked out because there are other places that will treat ur clients decent right down the street

Ended up in urgent care while on vacation, and we were very well taken care of. Diamond at reception was so kind, patient and accommodating and Alexa provided exceptional care. Diamond helped us navigate insurance issues with a smile.

Thank you Dr Rahman we had a good service in my today visit, I’m very happy with the doctor diagnostics for my shoulder pain.

This review is long over due. I’ve been going to Express care of Tampa bay in Seffner for well over a year and as far as I’m concerned they deserve 10 Stars but Google only allows 5 Great service very friendly and professional staff. And Doctor Khawaja Rahman well he’s just the best he has a very friendly and professional mannerism about him. You could tell he really cares. Thank you once again Oswaldo Ortiz
