**Updated**So the whole register is down. Those girls have no idea what to do and freaking out. When they only accept cash and no changes will be given, this whole thing is ridiculous. They charge even more than usual and saying since no change. Why don’t you charge less since that is your fault and due to you lack of business running experience? ******************************************** I found out this boba place with really good review and as a boba lover I decided to try. I order their most popular boba milk tea and honestly it is just ok, not even can consider it is good or delicious. Not sure where all those good reviews come from?

I adore this place. The atmosphere is relaxing and the scenery is adorable. The menu has lots of customization options and there are so many drink choices to choose from. All of the drinks I've tried have been delicious, but my favorite is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It's simple but sweet and satisfying. I really love how the staff is always patient and kind. The wall of drawings is a nice touch, I see something new every time I come in! (And I love getting to add doodles of my own to the collection.) This has become my favorite spot to draw, write, or just turn my brain off for a while and enjoy a nice drink or pastry. They play good music and I'm not rushed to leave if I'm there an hour or more. Overall, 100/10. Located right next to Five Below, it's a great place to get a drink and do some shopping. If you like boba, you'll love this cute little spot!

Love this place so much! It’s so cute on the inside and the drinks were amazing. I love the little gingerbread reusable cup. The person working was so sweet and helpful! I also really loved the games there were to play! I really recommend coming here with friends or to study or just relax!

Drinks and store are aesthetic and cute. Pricing is very fair. However, I found the drinks to not taste as good as they look. Brown sugar milk tea with 75% sugar was overly sweet. Ube cream milk tea was very bland. No flavor or sweetness. Neither drinks tasted like they had any tea. Disappointing. Their menu is quite large but I’m not sure that is enough incentive to return.

The staff here is soo nice and I work out right across the street and they make the best drinks I have ever tasted! The energy in the shop is so fresh and happy I love going there! And their cups are so cute I have like 60 at this point!💕❤️ 10/10!

Hi tea has a variety of jelly options ! From heart shaped to Star I would recommend this place. Also they have so many drink options you can even create your own!! I recommend this place for anyone trying boba and those addicted to it like me! Great place

Hi tea is fantastic, cute coffee shop vibe, fast service, and really good drinks. I got A taro slush and it was 10/10 Taylor helped me quickly and got my slushie made in a minute ! Glad there’s boba near me now:)

Super cute place with great Boba! Love the feel of the place! Happy I don't have to drive to Mills District to get great Boba and they have so many varieties!

the brown sugar milk boba tea is amazing! i also sampled the strawberry butterfly lemon tea and that was super good

Not too sweet, just right. The tapioca has really good texture, not soggy but still moist. Good little lofi vibe, cute place. Cheese foam not overly salty either. Great little find.
