This
Sam's
club
is
the
worst,
on
West
colonial!
You
can
never
get
anyone
on
the
phone
to
even
ask
a
simple
question,
less
make
an
appointment.
They
have
a
habit
of
picking
up
the
phone
and
immediately
hanging
it
up,
without
even
having
the
courtesy
to
ask
you
to
hold!
I
went
in
for
a
tire
repair,
which
was
under
warranty
as
I
paid
for
the
warranty
when
I
purchased
the
tire,
because
that's
what
everyone
does,
but
they
make
it
seem
it's
a
free
service
they
give,
but
that's
a
bunch
of
bologne.
Anyhow,
I
went
in
at
9:30
in
the
morning,
there
were
no
cars
in
the
bay.
Another
gentleman
in
front
of
me
came
in
as
a
walk
in
as
well
with
the
same
problem.
The
guy
said
there
was
only
one
technician
in
at
the
moment
and
him.
They
worked
on
the
other
gentleman's
car,
and
he
was
out!
Two
hours
transpired
and
my
car
was
not
ready,
for
a
simple
plug!!!!
When
I
asked,
I
was
told
it
wasn't
ready.
I
asked
for
a
manager,
and
here
comes
a
team
leader,
not
the
manager,
they
just
grabbed
her
as
she
was
walking
by.
She
goes
to
ask
tire
center,
and
they
told
her
I
was
the
third
walk
in,
which
was
clearly
a
lie,
because
I
saw
the
man
place
on
a
paper
beside
my
name
and
the
previous
gentleman
1
&
2.
She
comes
back
to
say
that
they
have
no
idea
when
they
can
fix
my
tire,
which
only
takes
less
than
15
minute,
at
most
20!
They
wanted
me
to
drive
with
a
road
hazard
to
another
club
to
see
if
they
can
take
me,
oh
but
they
may
have
appointments
too,
and
appointments
come
first!
Hello!!!
Appointments
can
be
coming
in
for
various
reasons!
4
tires
take
more
than
one
simple
plug!!!
They
clearly
do
not
care
for
the
members,
specifically
those
who
are
plus
members
and
pay
more
for
a
membership
than
a
regular
member!
They
never
offered
to
get
the
manager
as
I
requested.
I
asked
for
my
keys
and
left
to
the
nearest
place!
Went
to
small
mom
and
pop
shop
close
by,
who
had
their
bay
full,
but
said,
yours
is
a
quick
fix,
we'll
take
you
right
now,
15
min
after
being
there
I
was
on
my
way!
Had
to
pay,
but
they
just
gained
a
customer,
where
Sam's
club
just
lost
one,
who
has
been
buying
sets
of
four
tires
from
them
for
more
than
a
decade!
Granted
they
are
not
the
cheapest
either,
they're
just
like
any
other
tire
center.
If
there's
a
sale
going
on
a
specific
type,
that
means
the
sale
is
everywhere!
So
don't
be
fooled!
When
the
new
Costco
opens,
it
will
be...goodbye
Sam's
club!
Hello
Costco
and
BJ's!
Update:
Sam's
club
reached
out
to
correct
the
unfortunate
experience.
I
was
assured
that
this
is
not
the
practice
of
Sam's
club
for
their
customers,
and
they
would
address
the
issue
with
the
tire
center
to
assure
this
doesn't
happen
again
to
any
customer.
I
guess
new
training
in
time
management
is
needed.
I
appreciated
the
call
back,
and
their
interest
in
hearing
about
the
experience
to
correct
for
future
members.
