I have lived here almost 3 years. Patti is just absolutely one of the best apartment managers ever. She's is always so kinda and caring. If there is ever an issues she is always on top of it and gets it fixed asap. I'm just sad as I'm looking into buying a home for my children and I soon and that I won't be able to see her and say hi on a daily basis. To the owners of club at eustis, please don't ever lose Patti she is the best person ever and makes living at club of eustis so amazing and joyful. I hope you know you found a gem when you hired her. Add on....savannah is also so amazing and always so helpful. And I can't forget about the one that keeps the complex running. Nick thanks for always make sure everything is running properly and also for being so fast at getting things fixed. Rock star team right here

I absolutely love this apartment complex and their employees… Ms. Patti is truly a kindred soul and super willing to help. The maintenance crew are absolutely amazing. I’ve placed in some request and before the day is out they are here to fix whatever issue I am having. They make you feel like they absolutely care by the way they treat you as a tenant. No complaints from me at all.

Patti and Savannah there really know what they are doing. I went in with a couple of questions about the apartments, and at first we were all business, but I ended up spending more time than expected because we were just laughing and having a great time! Absolutely adore their energy along with how knowledgeable they are. Would rate higher if I could!

I want to say how amazing the front office is and very attentive! Also the maintenance guy Nick is absolutely fabulous! He gets the job done quickly and efficiently! There has been amazing approvements within this property.

The team here are absolutely amazing! Maintenance does an exceptional job at maintaining everything whenever there is a problem they come right out and take care of the situation. The office manager Patti is really sweet and try to help in every way she can. I love the Club at Eustis experience !

Wonderful Apartments! Amazing trees and land scape but hard to tolerate all of the dog waste on the property.

Mr. Ray is amazing he can fix anything and make me laugh at the same time he is such a kind person.

Great staff, there to answer questions and get stuff done. Well maintained. Nice, quiet place to live. Very enjoyable.
