Receptionist was exceptional!! Nurses, Doctors and staff treated my daughter very good. Did not wait long in the waiting area. The staff Made her feel comfortable and safe. They Doctor’s and nurses took very good care of my daughter. Everything that was being done was explained clearly. Very satisfied with treatment!

came from out of state and had an unexpected ER visit. What amazing people. My visit was on Thursday 11/23 (thanksgiving day) and my nurses and doctors were all absolutely amazing. Such lovely people, so helpful, sweet, caring & gentle individuals! They could not get an IV on me due to not being able to find one after I was extremely dehydrated. They did eventually get one, but they did not stick me 1 million times and only ended up sticking me two times before finding a vein, which I really respected that they did not poke me unless they were certain they would get it. Great experience! 10/10

Let me start off with saying I’m a nurse so I pay attention to a lot of things. Unfortunately, I had hit my chin which would require stitches but we were vacationing in the area and wanted to get in and out because we were going to Epcot in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The facility was spotless. Discharge education was spot on. I was in and out in an hour. Probably the best experience I’ll ever have in an ER/Urgent Care.

Best ER I've ever been to. I got attacked by a pack of dogs along with my friend and my 2 dogs. I came in by way of ambulance and they brought me to a room in minutes, maybe 3 or 4. Everyone was kind, helpful, skilled and just awesome. I wish I lived closer because this would be the hospital I'd use. In fact for only minor emergencies I may make the 45 minute trip. 100% hands down best hospital.

I had a great experience there. I only waited about 8 minutes and a nurse name Prent came in and asl questions and left a Doctor then came in and checked me over. Prescribed 3 medicines and I was through. Very good service. I’m still taking the medicine and feel almost back to normal I’m visiting here from Illinois and our prompt care we have to wait about an hour just to talk to someone. Very very excellent service if I ever needed your service again I would not hesitate. Thank you Barbara Browne

Fast, professional service. We were treated with care by everyone in the staff, from the front desk to the doctor. It was our first time at this location and have to say that they exceeded my Orlando Health expectations. Definitely recommend this location to everyone! I love Orlando Health, wish all locations would have a more par service.

This ER was exceptional! From the front desk all the way through! Ricky at the front desk was friendly and respectful. Mark my nurse was phenomenal explained things and asked questions. PA Bill also asked questions and explained all procedures. Dr. Kate explained what I should be watching for and how long things should be swollen. Tanya the intake person was also so very sweet and considerate!

From the very start meeting the lady out front, to the nurses and doctors, everything was fantastic. I left very satisfied. Except for the referral to the back doctor, they unfortunately don't take my insurance. Other than that, everything was lovely. Thank you!

Staff was very compassionate. Took their time to ensure that I felt comfortable doing my intense migraine. I highly recommend this hospital and the team they have.
