    Pro service parking is full of carts. Just two parking spots and the rest were were taken as cart lots. 20 minutes later trying to check out at pro desk and no one is available. I went to customer service desk trying to check out as Pro account. Guy tells me I have to go back to pro desk. I have been trying to check out for about 45 minutes now. I’m just leaving….. I’ve heard about this store being horrible at Pro services… I’m just experiencing all this right. That is a Shame !

    This location was clean which is important to me. The shelves were not cluttered. The employees over all were polite and asked me if I needed assistance with what I was looking at. In most businesses today employees don't engage with the customer.

    My recent experience with Home Depot Poinciana #6851 has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. My ordeal began when I had a garage door opener installed by a third-party company commissioned by Home Depot. It quickly became apparent that the installation was subpar, resulting in various issues. Mainly, hardware had come out of the bracket and the opener was left hanging by one lag bolt. Concerned about the situation, I reached out to Home Depot Poinciana #6851, expecting their assistance and support in rectifying the matter. Regrettably, I found myself waiting for over a week to hear back from the store, which is an unacceptable delay for addressing a customer complaint. Upon finally speaking to Brenda, the service manager at Home Depot Poinciana #6851, it became clear that she was not attentive or interested in understanding the gravity of my problem. Despite explaining the installation issues I was facing, Brenda failed to grasp the core of the issue and instead seemed eager to brush off my concerns. This lack of empathy and unwillingness to listen left me feeling neglected and dismissed. My frustration grew as I attempted to escalate the matter by calling multiple times, hoping for a resolution. However, it became evident that Home Depot Poinciana #6851 had no further solution to offer. They continuously pointed me towards the manufacturer, completely disregarding the fact that the problem was a direct result of the installation itself. It is disheartening to witness such blatant evasion of responsibility and a refusal to address their own negligence. Adding insult to injury, the third-party company responsible for the faulty installation, Diamond Garage Door, proved equally difficult to deal with. Their lack of a proper system for callback requests displayed a complete disregard for customer convenience. As a result, I had to take matters into my own hands and hire a same-day installer at my own expense to prevent further damage to my garage door and home. It is inconceivable that Home Depot would associate with such an unreliable contractor, putting their customers at risk. Moreover, the fact that Home Depot Poinciana #6851 had no knowledge of who conducted the original installation is simply unacceptable. This lack of accountability raises serious questions about the company's commitment to quality control and customer satisfaction. It is particularly troubling as this is the second time in five years that I have entrusted Home Depot with installing my garage door, only to be confronted with similar issues. My experience with Home Depot Poinciana #6851 has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the extensive delays in follow-up to the dismissive attitude of Brenda, the service manager, it is evident that Home Depot fails to prioritize customer satisfaction. The persistent passing of responsibility to the manufacturer, the association with unreliable third-party companies like Diamond Garage Door, and the inability to track the original installation team further erode any confidence I had in Home Depot's service quality. As a result, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Home Depot for their home install needs, as they seem more interested in making a sale than providing competent customer support.

    Large, well laid store. Met one of the friendliest sales assistants I’ve seen. She smiled across the store and invited us to ask her anything. Wonderful!

    Horrible experience. Had a scheduled rental for a concrete grinder for Saturday evening at 730PM. When I arrived, there was no one in the rental area. After talking to customer service they stated that they had "20 people call" out and that I was "out of luck" for picking up my rental. I understand that people call out, but I don't understand how no one in management could give me a call if they knew no one would be available to process the rental. I could have made other arrangements. Instead they did nothing and had no intentions of notifying me. They also wasted my time for the following day as there was no way to line up a rental on short notice at that time on Saturday. Poor customer service. I won't be back.

    Great please to find all you need for gardening, lumber, plumbing and much more. Went to get doors and windows for my house. David was a great help. He was friendly, calm , reasonable and extremely helpful. He was so helpful we left there with smiling faces and happy hearts.

    Didn't notice any available help walking the aisles. Ended up finding and grabbing what I needed by gueesing my way around. Customer service counters were slow at the time, and or, practically empty and overcrowded with employees. By the way purchased a pack of 12 screws and when I got home I noticed a tiny hole in the package, noticed that wasn't right. After opening the package found out there were only 11 screws in it, somebody stole 1.

    We called ahead of time around 7:30pm to confirm if this location was selling real christmas trees today. The person on the phone said yes but did not inform us that the real christmas tree section closes at 8pm. However we still arrived before 8pm, not knowing the hours. We arrived 10 mins before 8, Gilbert was getting ready to lock up. My partner and I arrived just in time to look for a christmas tree. Gilbert told us no and that he closes at 8pm. I look at my phone to check the time and it was 7:53pm. I said to him but it’s not even 8pm, and he still refused us service. We understand we arrived 10 mins before closing, however to better serve Gilbert and his Tuesday night plans, he refused us service. Our interaction with him was extremely unfortunate and disappointing.
