The combination of excellent management as exemplified by Dannie & the beautifully crafted apartments makes Cortland Colburn my home of choice. My moving process was made stress free by Dannie, who is always responsive, attentive & eager to assist with any concerns or requests. Good management is essential to a successful community & I am grateful to Dannie for providing that. Highly recommend. Also, Adam, the maintenance service technician, conducted a thorough, informative move-in orientation. He is knowledgeable, efficient, has a can-do attitude and immediately fulfills work requests. I truly feel valued as a resident.

Absolutely amazing complex with excellent staff that has treated me so well since the beginning. Not only is it a beautiful but very well designed layouts. Very happy to call this my home and can't wait for the retail spaces to open downstairs.

I have just moved in from another Cortland — this is the best Cortland offered! Dannie was a great help in choosing a floor plan that fit my family’s needs. Adam is the best maintenance tech Orlando has to offer! He gave a thorough orientation of all of the house electric and appliances. He even helped me take our moving boxes down out of the kindness of his own heart. For once, I feel actually seen and valued from a complex. 10/10 job! This community is absolutely gorgeous and its location is incredible — just outside of Disney World! Joy has been such a pleasure since we met, giving us an in-depth community tour and showing us multiple floor plans. Her knowledge and kindness truly have had an impact on our decision to move to this property! In addition, Dannie helped significantly with the leasing process and truly made it a breeze. We are so excited to be moving here and just know that we will love it, in large part to the amazing staff!

Everyone at Cortland Colburn is so helpful and willing to answer questions. They were great at helping me choose an apartment. The application process was smooth, straightforward, and quick.Their community is absolutely gorgeous, more like condos you could purchase than your "basic apartment." It's a gorgeous neighborhood and if I were building my own home I would pick these fixtures myself. Also -- 3 full bathrooms in the 3 bedroom!? Yes! Didn't know I needed that in my life. Thanks Dannie for being so communicative and kind!

I'm still new in the neighborhood, but I'm already in love with my new home. The place is beautiful, the apartment has a high- end finishing, the amenities are amazing and also they are pet friendly. The whole team is so attentive and careful about everything. I'm really glad I chose Cortland as my home.

Where to start? accommodating, patient and friendly staff. The experience from start to finish was amazing. It didn't feel like a business exchange but a family gathering for a big event. Staff was knowledgeable and they were attentive to our needs. The website is user friendly too. One concern we had was having only one way in and out and having an elementary school few meters from community, but don't let it deter you. The school is small and caters to families in the vicinity. We visited at different times and never encountered delays on the road. Another benefit to living here, other than the quality workmanship in each unit and helpful staff is that there is no outlet so those who go up the road live there or visiting someone .

I am so excited to join this community! Dannie is the property manager that helped me choose my unit, and she has consistently gone above and beyond for me throughout the leasing process! You will not find a more beautiful and well equipped community, with such high quality finishes, appliances, fixtures and amenities. Also, Adam is the most kind, knowledgeable, and helpful maintenance lead I have EVER met! :) If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!
