This facility is very clean. All the workers are very welcoming. My visit was very fast and easy. I was treated like family be all. Best visit ever. I would highly recommend Dr. Rios she is one of the best pediatricians I’ve meet. My son was very comfortable and happy with her. Thanks again Dr. Rios, Valerie’s. You are truly the best. It is what it is. I just wish when you ask for a refill and they say yes but give you something less effective without telling you is poor communication skills. I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times because I couldn't understand them. When I mentioned an issue with my eye they wouldn't let me get close enough to show them. I felt like the nurse practitioner was fearfull of me... It was the wierdest appointment ever. She even said "at your age you only need 4 hrs sleep... Whatever... Thanks Brandon. P.s. pharmacy is quick and pleasant to deal with. Associates at front are spectacular. Building is clean and unexpectedly nice inside.

This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate! My daughter had her annual physical done in February and I have been trying to get a copy for the past 5 weeks with no luck. I physically went to the office thinking that it could simply be printed out only to find out that’s it’s not even in her chart! And then when I try to speak to someone regarding records I get transferred to a third party company that offers no help at all. And unfortunately this is not my first issue with records but this is definitely my last.

I gave my stars because my physician was awesome. It’s become so hard to find a professional of any kind that can actually humanize people and normalize any environment. Everyone tries to be overly professional nowadays. I didn’t feel that my visit was being rushed or anything. I’m glad that I made it to the appointment. I’m also looking forward to the next one. Dr. Smith touched a soft spot with his compassion. I too work in health care. I’m very big on acknowledgements when deserved because it means a lot for people to appreciate authenticity and straightforwardness. The phlebotomists did a wonderful job chasing my rolling veins! I’ll recommend this facility and its professionals to anyone.

Our first time visit exerience was really very good.... The care team was very friendly and kind. Dr. Kan took her time and explained to us clearly and slowly our results of ultrasound and laboratory studies and our medical conditions and diagnoses. She also made a treatment and follow-up plan to attend to and treat our symptoms or discomfort. Also, my husband and I understand a little of the English language, but our main language is Spanish and Dr. Kan was assured and she sent for a Spanish translator, so that we understood all the medical instructions clearly and had no doubts. ...she also answered all our questions and my husband and I felt very happy and calm.... she was very professional. We hope that Dr. Kan will be our primary doctor for many years to come!

I always have an amazing experience at the community health center. The nurses are always great. They are very interactive, they explain and let you know everything that they are doing, I always get updates and notification. The doctor was amazing, she was very thorough. They were all so nice and friendly.

Went to this practice due to the insurance I have. I was SO pleasantly surprised!!! I would recommend this practice to ANYONE, no matter level of insurance or self-pay. I plan to remain at this practice after my insurance expires in March 2024.

The providers are very knowledgeable and caring. They will also answer any questions you may have. I enjoy myself when I go to the doctor they're like my friends.

Regarding the optical deparment: My warmest thanks to Dr. Hassan, Anika and Selena for taking the time not only to examine my eyes, but answer all questions and painstakingly help with frame selection, lens options and coatings. Very soon after arriving for my appointment, it became evident that they truly cared. They did not ask me to leave this review, however, I'm more than happy to do it:) Once again, thank you, William F. P.S. I've been using my new glasses for a few weeks now, and they are preforming just as I had hoped; in spite of an injury to the mussels controlling the eyes (due to an auto accident).

Very good treatment and kindness. Everyone treats you with love and explains what you need to know. I recommend it 100%
