I had one intake appointment, and during that appointment I inquired about having a psychologist appointment and wanted more info but harmony united took it upon themselves to make an appointment in Gainesville for me 2.5 hours away without my KNOWLEDGE or CONSENT. Who does this??? It also seems like they outsource a lot of their customer service and you never know who you are talking to. Although, the provider was good, it just seems like this place will do whatever they want without your permission and that’s why I refused to give them my social. Be weary!!!

Billing is the biggest headaches ever. They are just now calling me to pay a statement "adjustment" one year later and threatening to send to collections if I don't pay asap. I didn't even know the statement existed as they have never contacted me before.

Since February last year I have been extorted by this company…a not requested appointment from an out of network provider who was in the same office I made headway with the coding and since then I get small invoices due. The last one was $20 which I paid after receiving a final due invoice and paid under threat of sending to collections. 4 months later I get another email with money due in 12 days! I received excellent health care with the first person I met here but since then, this has been a horror story! I am diligent and keeping up with my medical bills and processes.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

My husband has been going to this facility for 6 months for medication managements During this time they took his insurance information and booked his appointments. We never received a bill as this is 100% covered on our end. When I decided to call and make my own appointment with this facility they told me they do not take my insurance. I stated that this cannot be correct as my husband has been going there for 6 months. He asked what my husbands name was and then contacted me back saying they still do not take my insurance. A week later my husband received a $2,000 bill for psychiatric therapy. We were told after providing insurance information that it was covered, which is why we never had to pay a deductible when showing up to any appointment. This mistake was made on their end. My husband, although upset, set up a payment plan of $400 a month. After the first month we received a call stating if we paid $700 they would waive the rest of the bill. We paid the $700 dollars. A few months later we receive another call demanding more money after the bill had already been settled. Needless to say, DO NOT go here. We were led to believe they took our insurance and then charged when they realized they had made a mistake and do not take it.

We moved to Florida in January and needed to find new mental health services. At first I was excited that we could continue care virtually and it would be covered by my health insurance. I soon found out that their billing department is a mess. Most of the time when I have gotten a bill, it doesn't tell me any information about what it is for. Then when I call to find out more, I find myself talking to someone whose English is unintelligible over the phone. I was told that they had to have my minor daughter's SSN in order to bill our insurance (they didn't) and that they would send me an itemized bill (sometimes they did, and sometimes they didn't). I have been beyond frustrated every time I have to deal with the billing department and, even after I was told my account was completely paid up, I am still getting bills. Even though my therapist was amazing, I cannot continue with this care facility. I don't know that their billing is specifically connected to one location (ie: Winter Garden), so I can't speak to this particular location, but there didn't seem to be a way to just target Harmony Untied Psychiatric Billing department.

AMY ZECIVIC- PRN- underachiever that makes up for the fact she’s a nurse by ordering unnecessary (ekg, ADHD test) hundreds of dollars on tests (600-700). While I’ve been on these meds for decades. She is very combative, not happy being a nurse, power complex. She doesn’t help anyone, she should work for the IRS, certainly not psychiatric! She has personality disorders as well as mental health ones, it’s apparent and I’ve been in therapy since her mom was born. Her combativeness and need to have power drives her to she use what little power she actually has to spread the opposite of any good feelings. Her trauma victims, such as myself is not only unacceptable but it is dangerous: as well as sudden cut off from medication that could kill you if withdrawal occurs litigation will happen. A tiger mom created a Monster and loonie. I think her grandmother gave me first medication. Very self righteous, want to ague anything, politics, current news, the war on drugs, she’s up for fight that’s all. As far as her big girl panties, she leaves at home. She’s a classic 8th grader with her nose in a DSM II Amy ZECIVIC is a nurse with a doctors plastic badge from a Halloween costume. She belongs filing or anything with her mouth SHUT. If I’m affected physically, due to her sudden drop off of several meds that could cause death if stopped, all due to her EGO! Both her carelessness and Harmony’s total culpable), I guarantee my brother law who is a lawyer will take the case. Harmony ignored my complaint about her months ago and I was promised I’d never see her again, and guess what? Yes! They don’t know what they’re doing, there are doctors who will give you want ever you want, and nurses who won’t give you what you need. Does not work. Stay away from AMY ZECIVIC Me I’m Already gone.

Great experience from the entire team. Sherry was super compassionate and made my visit comfortable. Highly recommend her if you are looking for someone that listens, shares advice, and strives to match you with medication that fits your specific needs.
