I love coming here with my kids. $4 for Residents $5 Non Residents. They have two areas that are around 4ft, the lanes for swim races and a 12ft section with a diving board. They also have a splash pad in the far back. Bathrooms are usually sanitary and they also have showers. If you leave and want to come back on the same day, you just need to provide the receipt of your purchase from that day to be able to come back in. They have grills, benches and tables and sections for all families.. Overall always have a great time and the kids love it.

I’ve gone to the Lyle Aquatic Center since 2019. I like how the pool is cool enough to feel refreshed on a hot summer’s day. I hate how the lifeguards don’t enforce the rules, particularly the rule of no crossing through the lap lane ropes. Every time I’ve swam here, I see young kids and occasionally adults who swim through the lap lane that I’m swimming in to get to the other side of the pool. This creates a safety hazard for the kids who swim through the lap lanes. Said rule I’m mentioning is clearly printed on a sign in large letters. Might I suggest designating a certain block of time for free swimming just for adults? That would allow us who don’t want to take swimming classes to swim without worrying about hurting a child.

Nice facility separate lanes. Rope off for beginners and advance swimmers. We feel very confident about taking our kids here. Instructor is a very nice and patient.

Spacious and clean pool. Lap lanes available and bathrooms updated this spring. Umbrellas and chairs to relax and enjoy the sun and pool.

Water is too warm for swim workouts but great for general fun & water fitness classes

I've seen some bad reviews about this place, but I've been a patron since before the pool was built and the StC civic center has always been tops. They dontjeir best to keep grounds great , clean, and manicured(they were and are), & the pool is always clean. I didnt swim in it this time as inwas at a very fun Halloween paint-a-punkin event next to the pool(Pavillion-which was also clean), but I walked over to pool and life guard and the swimming family was having a blast and everything looked great. The front desk staff was amazing, and the workers putting on the punkin event were too. 90%+ the times I've gone through the decades, the staff and areas are always top notch. I'd recommend this place for festivities and/or pool use. Locker rooms are usually kept very clean too. It's safe. There's also a nice basketball court area, and the parking lot is safe as well. Baseball fields are in the back.

The Lyle Aquatic Center AKA "The City pool" is very affordable, clean, safe, fun and family oriented. The staff members are young but are very professional, respectful and caring. Come and have fun or celebrate your special event by the pool. You will enjoy it!
