Had a very negative interaction with the owner. They sold me a defective pen. It wouldn’t turn off. The pen kept staying on burning the liquid and getting very hot. It felt like a bomb. When confronted he denied it was faulty until it was in his face. Then he acknowledged it and continued to argue that it wasn’t his fault. I don’t care whose fault it is. When a customer confronts you that something is faulty you replace the item. You don’t say “since the pen turns on we can’t refund you or replace. That is our policy”. I don’t care about your policy. It wouldn’t turn off. It was faulty. You tried lying your way out of replacing an item in front of your employees. I didn’t lie. It was the truth. It was a bad item. You saw it with your own eyes. You heard the crackle from it kept staying on. Learn from this and change your policy.
