i came here with my friend who was the patient and i cannot believe how pleasant this place was. all around i cannot say enough kind things. the front desk staff was welcoming and calm, the doctors and nurses were gentle, kind and compassionate. the technology this place has for the comfort of the patient is so innovative. it was a very quiet location and we didn’t have a single minute of a wait they had taken us back to a room as soon as we got to the front desk and there wasn’t a single person in the waiting room. obviously i’d never want to need to come back here but i feel comfort knowing how pleasurable and great experience it would be if i did have to come back.

As someone who hates health care settings I cannot express enough how grateful I was to have ended up here after an accident at the park. The staff was compassionate and friendly and despite the circumstance made the experience as pleasant as it could be. Was in and out of there in less than an hour. Facility was brand new and state of the art. Hope to never need to go back there but it is nice to know they have such a nice facility so close to the parks.

"Exceptional Care in a Pinch!" Review: My recent experience at AdventHealth ER at Flamingo Crossings Town Center was nothing short of excellent. While on vacation, my friend indulged a bit too much at the food and wine festival, partying hard and paying the price. The staff at AdventHealth ER not only patched him up skillfully but also provided top-notch care with a friendly demeanor. Kudos to the outstanding team for turning what could have been a sour note in our trip into a positive experience. Highly recommend their services!

Without a doubt this was the best ER experience that we have ever had. Sadly, we have had to go to the ER/hospital too many times, but this year had been a good one until the other day. I will not go into detail or dwell on things, but I felt the need to go to the ER for issues that I was dealing with, and this was our first time at the Flamingo Crossings location. We were shocked by how amazing it was. It's the absolute nicest ER we have been to, and the rooms are state of the art with the most amazing Disney-themed visuals and audio on the screen and sounds that will put a person of any age, child or adult, at ease. While I hope no one has to experience it, if you do, you will be amazed. All of the staff there, the doctors, nurses, techs, etc. were amazing. They were all caring, supportive, and listened. Sadly, we everyone knows, typically when you have to go to the ER or a hospital, you will always have a handful of "bad," so to speak, people that just don't seem to care or want to be there. It's just a truth in life. That did NOT happen here. From the second we walked in, we were taken seriously, and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor (and everyone in between) were on point and serious and listened. I do not want to pretend we have not ever dealt with good medical staff elsewhere, but we have never had a place where quite literally EVERYONE was amazing and on top of things and wanted a good outcome. The building is amazing but, again, more importantly, the people inside the building are amazing. I truly hope that everyone there, acne everyone who works there in the future, continues to treat patients the way I was treated when I had to go in. If you need to go to an ER, then this this AdventHealth at Flamingo Crossings cannot be recommended enough.

The care I received was excellent and very personalized. The attention was immediate and thoughtful. This hospital was immaculate and well staffed. I have been in many hospitals in my life for various health issues- some of the best in the world- and can honestly say this was a top level of care, knowledgeable staff who took time to continue to question and identify the harder to find root issue instead of the easy “just treat the symptoms” answer. I would trust them to care for my family in any situation.

Nobody ever wants to go to the emergency, but this was by far the Best experience we've ever had in an ER.... and we've had a lot. The staff was courteous, attentive, thorough and extremely adept at their jobs. We are very grateful that our lil'one was in such wonderful hands. 5 Stars all the way. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was the best ER experience. We were brought to a room right away and Dr. Cabatu was so attentive and thorough. We were treated to an ice cream treat while waiting and were cared for with such compassion. This is how every ER experience should be. The facility is also designed to alleviate stress in all the elements of Disney decor and animations. Amazing!!

My son fell on our vacation and was brought in by ambulance for forehead stitches. This facility and staff were amazing. We were treated fast, the staff was so kind, the rooms were great where the kids could watch a Disney movie while being treated, etc. They even brought him Dole Whip when it was over along with a coloring book. Big shout out to Nurse Rebecca, Dilma, and Dr. Santiago.
