Owner is very rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!! We have ordered from here many times and it’s always good but this time was a complete disaster. 98% of my pork was full of fat. We ordered through door dash and when the delivery driver showed up he had one meal when we ordered 2. We called and they said they ran out of beef and refunded the money. The money wasn’t the issue we wanted dinner for 2 people. They didn’t even call us and let us know they ran out of beef and offer a replacement so now we only have food for one person. This was very unprofessional and we probably won’t return. The owner called me back today and proceeded to tell me I was wrong that 98% of my pork wasn’t fat when the picture shows it all. He was arguing With me back and forth saying I was wrong. What kind of owner argues with the customer. I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything I was just explaining my experience. Super unprofessional

Great Puerto Rican food at reasonable prices especially since the serving size is very large. I had the pernil, rice and chorizo, and beans. Very good, tasted the chicken, mofongo and sweet plantains too. They were very busy, but the line moves fast. I wish they had pastries too, we went to the bakery and got some guava and cheese puff pastries, wish the bakery was closer or they sold their stuff at lelo.

My first time was March 25th 2023! My father comes here majority of time whenever he visit the area! My First time coming here the place was big and filled with tons of chairs and tables! The line gets super packed during the Afternoon time and Evening Time!! I ordered White Rice with Beans and Roast Pork majority of the time whenever i eat at spanish hot food places! The Food was Amazing!!!! The Quality is Spot on! Looks like the same thing you buy at Bravos Supermarket, Fresco, and other Spanish Markets! Taste? The taste was really great! White rice was Cooked at perfection time, The beans were tasty giving me some Chef Boyadree Tomato Sauce Vibes! and the Roast Pork was Juicy, Tender, And ripping good!! Price came out $13.00 (TaxIncluded all together) For $13 - $14 It is not worth the price number... HOWEVER! The Food Quality and Tasty food is Worth the $13 - $14! The reason at first i said its not worth it is because You can find the same meal i gotten for $6 - $8 with the SAME portion size. BUT if you want to spend a extra $5 or $4 for Greater Perfection Quality Puerto Rican Food?? Then This place is the best!!! This is my 2nd time coming here as of today! (April 27th 2023) Recommand everyone to try it out and 1000000000000000000 Star Rating!!!!

Lelo's BBQ is some of the best down home Cuban cooking... The smells that emanate while you're standing there waiting to order makes your stomach growl...lol... You can order chicken, beef tip, pulled pork you got two sides and a drink included... Incredible for the price... I think they give you about 5 lb worth of food that will last me at least 3 to 4 days... Worth every penny... Then you add the side of tostones and sweet plantains out of this world... They have rotisserie chicken always cooking... I can't wait to go back 😁😎 if you like Cuban home cooking you better bet your sweet bippy to get on over there and check it out...😋

Let’s speak truth . The food is always on the spot .. amazing cook . But when it really gets busy they seem to lose control of the service . Apparently the cook in the back takes extremely long . Not sure if the kitchen is under staffed.. but when the food comes out , the line is so over worked that they don’t have a clue on what came out . The place also gets hot .. when the place gets crowded making the entire experience unpleasant. You take those issues away .. great maybe they could work them selves up to a 5 star but the reality is that they need some work . Like I said over all good , my hats off The service they need slot of work . Would I go back …. Hmmm yes I will but I will be subject to the unexpected. Good luck

Small place where you can replicate authentic puerto rican flavor. Recommend by family to me and my wife. Food is delicious and prices are good. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

This is the best place to get some home cooked Puerto Rican food. The lines are long at times but move quickly. It’s definitely worth the wait. The food is always hot, fresh and you always get plenty. Whenever we are in the area it’s a must that we stop. If you haven’t tried them please do. You won’t be disappointed.

The food is delicious and portions are very big. My first time going, and man I enjoyed it very much, will definitely be making this a favorite.

The wait for just one mofongo was over 35 minutes...and people who ordered the same thing after me got their order sooner. The lady that took the order was so nice but the one that I asked to check was so Mean.... The kitchen people wait until they have 3 orders to bring mine to the front and unfortunately. I have to say the mofongo tastes good. Update 2/16/2023 Thanks to the Amazing service of Karina I changed my 1st review from 1 star to 4. I came back because my husband and Karina gave us a really Good service.

Lelo’s is my favorite restaurant. 😁😁😁 Lots of delicious food for a great price!! I love Mexican/ South American style food especially if it’s authentic style, and this is the best. If you are like me and you don’t speak/read Spanish, no problem just skip the menu, ask for a plate, and walk through the line ordering cafeteria style. My favorite is to get beef, rice and beans on top and a side of steamed veggies and cooked plantains. And your drink is included. I love the pineapple soda can called “JuPeña” Thank you Lelo’s for your great service 😁👍

Always perfect, they go above and beyond, and their food is exceptionally tasty. Due to this, I will always get delivery from there at least once a week! I get their Pernil (no fatty bits lol), their red beans, and their yellow rice. It's hard to get delivery orders that come correct! Theirs is *always* correct and they pay attention to the comments field too! I get their pork in a way most people don't and they always do it just like I like! THANKS!!!! :D So worth the weekly order!

Owner is very rude and unprofessional. . We ordered through door dash . I made a order for $99.80 dollars. The food was out of plate looked like I vomited.🤮My order looked like food for a pig. The food was cold. The shrimp are still frozen. the only good thing was the flan and the canned soda I called and the manager and she was very rude she hung up the phone. So I had to call for second time and they didn't answer me so I called 3 times but from another number and they answered me for nothing I lost $99. dollars because they didn't give me my money back. I lost my money and I can't eat the food either. They robbed me of my money. ..This was very unprofessional and I will never buy anything else from here !! Super unprofessional

Highly recommend! The line was long, but not to complain about it. The place was clean and inviting. The food on the line was fresh and very enticing.

We have been wanting to try Lelo's BBQ for awhile now, so we opted to order and have the food delivered. Ordering process on Door Dash could have been smoother but we got it done. We ordered 2 meals with 2 sides each and a can of soda each. The total came to $34.00 before driver's tip. Best part was the food would be delivered in 30 minutes. We ordered one 1/2 chicken dinner with yellow rice and vegetables and one order of pulled pork with yellow rice and vegetables. The food arrived hot and on time. Here are the 2 take aways from eating Lelo's BBQ food - the food was delicious and the servings were huge. We got 2 full meals each out of our order. Dont hesitate. I urge you to enjoy the food at Lelo's BBQ..

I come here often because one of my family members enjoys this restaurant. The food is fresh every time I come, and the atmosphere feels friendly. I love that there are always freshly clean tables to enjoy your meal.

Puerto Rican food was delicious. Mofongo, pernil, chicken, ribs all was good.

The environment is nice. Staff are friendly, some were out of patient though. They serve a lot of food, with a good price, and the flavor is good.

I came to this place because a friend recommended it. He was right 100000%. The food here it’s hot, ready to serve, and taste awesome. Employees are active and extremely attentive. Chicken, ribs, rice, sweet plantains, yuca,was awesome. Prices are great and flavor even better. I’ll be coming here more often. Upgrade from Bebo’s BBQ in PR(and thats one of my favorite spots in PR). Keep it up guys.

Delicious food, they serve a lot like when Abuela serves you 😂 The rotisserie chicken was bomb as well as the ribs. I do have to point out that they need to clean a bit better the bathrooms but other than that it was a great spot. 4.5 ⭐️

WOW is all I can say! The amount of food you get in one meal is certainly enough for two to three people! It's is delicious as well! Be prepared to stand in line...you will NOT regret it!

Food was good. Portions were very large. Service was fairly quick and I went at a busy time. Pretty basic place. Food is at a hot bar line and server scoops what you want when you get to the counter to order. Food was good, not great. Large serving and fountain drink was about, $14.
