Nice big fitness facility. Lots of classes. They have a pool sauna steam room basketball court pool and more. The turf area is a nice touch. Not all gyms have lifting platforms but this one has one. Anthony the GM is professional and to work with. The membership cost is a good value.

I love this gym but the only issue I continue to have with it is that no one cleans. It’s hard to miss that when you’re going to the gym everyday. No tissue or toilet paper in the stalls. Hair all over the studio floor. It’s nasty and they’re getting too much money to not upkeep the facility better.

BEWARE!!! There is a creep who works here and management does not care and makes excuses for the behavior. Dear Women, I am writing this review to warn you about a gym that I had a very unpleasant experience with, and to caution you about a custodian named Samuel. Samuel has repeatedly harassed me and made inappropriate comments about my body. He has even gone out of his way to come and talk to me even though I have made it clear that I do not want to interact with him. Unfortunately, I have seen Samuel behave in the same way with other young women in the gym as well. The management of the gym has not taken any action despite my complaints, and they have made excuses for his behavior. Samuel has also engaged in other inappropriate behavior such as management has told me, “rubbing" people, which is completely unacceptable. Thankfully I was not touched by this person but if I were, this review would be very different. I want to warn all women that this gym is not a safe place to be. As a woman, we have all experienced harassment from creeps before, men feel comfortable especially in gyms, and it is disappointing to see that the management of this gym is not taking it seriously. They have invalidated my complaints and made false promises every time I reported Samuel's behavior. As a result of my experiences, I have decided not to return to this gym. Even if the management tries to talk to Samuel for another time, I do not want to put myself in a position where I could be subjected to his inappropriate behavior again. I urge you to stay away from this gym and find a safer environment to exercise in. It is essential that women feel safe and protected in all aspects of life, including at the gym. It is unacceptable for the management of any establishment to ignore or dismiss the complaints of their female patrons. I hope my warning will help you make an informed decision and avoid any unpleasant experiences.

Meh. The locker rooms are dirty. The biggest issue with this gym is the layout. It's awful, you have to go upstairs to do anything and it's all just laid out in the middle of the gym. The functional area is extremely weak and looks like an afterthought. To fix this gym they should change the giant yoga room nobody uses into a functional fitness area. There's 3 squat racks for the entire gym. I spent my entire workout waiting for a rack and the same 3 people were on them the entire time, never got to do my actual workout. Place smells like mildew and everyone including the employees and gymgoers are rude, the place is a zoo and not in a good way. Equipment is dirty.

Two men were yelling and screaming at a lady. Calling her a racist and a "dike". My wife went over to stand with the lady and the two men then started yelling at her. They told her "That there was going to be some violence up in here". Then told them to come outside. When the employee at the front desk was asked to call the police, he refused. A member of the gym had to step up and call the police. If you have a membership here, don't expect the employees to come to your aid at all. No reasonable expectation of safety here.

Nice new facility with a good variety of machines. Their class schedule could be better, but I think it will once they rebound from 2020. I really enjoy their Body Pump class. I have not used the locker room or pool much at all so I can’t comment on those. The only issue is they are constantly running out of paper towels and sanitizing bottles at convenient locations. They have them, but you may have to walk all the way across the gym floor to find it. It varies by day to day though so could just be a certain shift that is dropping the ball. The staff has always been very helpful although you do get slightly different information depending on who you talk to about pricing and plans. Mia at the front desk has always been very cheerful and helpful though! I will renew my membership here because it’s a very convenient location and has all the amenities I need.

I’m visiting the area from South Florida, and I have noticed that this gym is extremely dirty. It’s so dirty to the point that it smells horrible in the workout area. Also, the bathroom facilities are beyond disgusting. I have never seen a cleaning crew once actively cleaning anything. The staff seems to be more worried about watching videos on their phone and actually working. I watched somebody drop a skittle one night while I was there when I came back the very next day the skittle was still there crushed because somebody stepped on it. It just confirms that no one is ever really cleaning anything or wiping anything down. I’ve also seen people working out there with their shirt off. I can understand taking your shirt off for a few minutes for a picture, but these are people that are completing their whole entire workout with their shirt off. It’s just ridiculous. Besides that they have good equipment, but man is it one dirty gym.

Just joined after 2 yrs away from the gym experience. So far I like the facility but people who don't return plates or dumbbells to the racks really make it suck. Or if you're pushing the weight sled on the turf area and someone sits sounds to stretch in front of the sled path. Not the fault of 24 Hour Fitness but that's my reason for 3 stars.

Thus gym is disgusting, especially the bathrooms. Always dirty paper towels on the floor and globs of hair all over the place. The basketball court is never cleaned.

This is probably the dirtiest gym I've ever been to. The locker rooms and bathrooms is completely filthy. I would say 7-Eleven has cleaner bathrooms. Why can't staff at least clean the glass around the facility. Fingerprints and smudges everywhere! I just wish it was clear.

I love this gym!!! It has something for everyone, no matter your level of fitness. There is quite a bit of equipment so I don't have to wait, it is clean and well maintained. The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Fitness trainer Trent is amazing, he is extremely knowledgeable and has a passion for helping people improve their health and exceed their potential. I have several medical conditions that make even the simplest daily activities difficult (walking, lifting, stairs, squatting etc). Since working with Trent (only a few weeks) I am able to do things that I have not done in years!! He has helped me with balance, strength, range of motion and endurance. I have already met the goals I made for myself since I started working with him so now I am setting new goals!!

My husband and I have been going for just over a year and appreciate the affordable membership cost. Workout/floor area is always too warm, although good music and never too loud. Good selection of equipment but only one adductor, abductor, and abdominal machine. Sometimes it’s hard to find spray bottles and paper towels to wipe down machines. Front desk staff barely acknowledges your existence. They’ve never offered many classes and don’t have childcare.

My second home, I absolutely love this gym and will never stop attending . The staff at the front desk always greets you in. I love when Jackie is at the front, she definitely motivates me towards my workouts and always makes me smile. The gym is very clean and I definitely recommend. Overall It seems that management is doing a good job👍

Great location in Apopka! Spacious, clean, crowded (as expected during the morning and evening), and with a great selection of equipment. Two levels, pool, classes, and more. Worth the try.

Gym was clean and excellent to use. Staff was great. Aja at the front desk was awesome and super professional. She helped set me up and I had zero issues with sign up. She was for sure one of the best gym employees ive encountered in years.

Management was responsive to my observations about the cleanliness of the facility back in March/April. Now, I see a custodian on the floor cleaning continually (especially at high peak). I also asked about the state of the equipment but from what I understand they are at the mercy of 24hr Fitness corporate for certain updates. The bathrooms and the smell/odor of the facility is much better when I first walk in and upstairs. Yep, this gym gets crowded.

Came for a visit today at this location, loved the Body pump class! Jill the instructor was amazing and made it so fun! Only issue is that upstairs in the main workout area there is a lot of dirt/sand all over the floors and it's really gross.🤮🤢 At 0930am it should have been clean from the night before, obviously cleaning is not a priority. This makes me worry about the locker rooms and pool/sauna area. Not so comforting-post covid. This place could be so much nicer!

Not a member. Tried to join online but first wanted to see pictures of equipment inside. Very few on site. Went to reviews on the nearest facility and was pretty disappointed. Cleanliness is big especially in gyms. Will have to pass and keep driving deep into Apopka to my Planet Fitness it's super clean.

My daughter made me tag along with her one Friday for Yoga at 24 Hour Fitness and lets just say 5 weeks later we are still going. The instructor is wonderful not to mention the bonding time with my daughter, its a great way to start your weekend.

My only problems with this gym is that it's a little to huge and that there's a ridiculous amount of people that frequent the gym, making it a pain to get the equipment you want. I'd recommend asking the workers when the slow times are, and workout during those slots. I actually knew it was packed before, I'm just able to hop gyms with my Active and Fit plan, and needed a gym that had a hack squat machine. I do have to give 24 Hour it's props, however, as it is has everything you need for your workout and appropriate accommodations. To my 2 week knowledge, it has a sauna, massage, personal and group trainings, classes, a locker room and shower, pool and hot tub, basketball court, cycle class, and I'm pretty sure I just tackled the surface. They also hosts a service for people with children, which I find is very convenient and thoughtful.

Great gym with tons of equipment, ever when busy there is plenty of room. Has a nice indoor basketball court, group exercise and cycle rooms. Only thing missing between this and a higher end gym is towel service for the pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and shower area
