Post trip*** All was very nice. The front desk staff were all pleasant and actually smiled. Seems the company must take of their employees. Our family enjoyed the very soft beds, location, manager receptions, quick elevators and pool/hot tub. The bathroom could have been a little bigger. Also comp breakfast and would like to see one vegan/veggie option for protein. Vicky in kitchen staff was smiles everyday we encountered her. She also was helpful.We will be back.

We made a last minute threw day reservation when our original plans at another resort were accidentally canceled. We really enjoyed our stay at this Drury Inn. From the free breakfasts and free evening snacks (really meals -- salads, soups, dogs and drinks) and a great location just minutes to Universal parks, this was as nice as staying at a park resort. Highly recommend. Also, service and staff were friendly and efficient. Meal staff was awesome! One caveat: could use a little variety on the breakfast menu! 🙂

I loved this Drury Inn location! It’s kind of low key during the week. I stayed there in May with the family. Freed Breakfast and dinner ! Very very clean lots of rooms and meeting spaces. Customer service was top notch! They made our stay very comfortable. Staff keeps everything clean and food refreshed. Very impressed!

Just stayed there for a sports competition. We had stayed in the past to go to Universal studios. Very pleased with our stay. Staff was incredibly friendly. Rooms were very clean. Our teens loved the soda and popcorn available for snacks. Would recommend and would stay again.

Complimentary hot breakfast and dinner was great , worth every dollar. Universal studio representative in Drury was great, answered all my questions, I purchased souvenir cups at discount , printed tickets and scheduled shuttle pick up. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Universal Studio Florida. Thank you to all the staff for your help! 😊 We will definitely come back.

Probably by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the managers are always walking around greeting guests and are available. They provide a large breakfast and dinners each night, with free alcoholic beverages each night, INCLUDED in the cost for the room. They keep everything clean and tidy. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! All the staff was helpful and friendly. Christian checked me in and was efficient while being informative. The manager was visible and interacting with guests throughout my stay.. Breakfast and dinner are just a great bonus to an already great hotel. This will be my new go-to hotel when staying in the area!

Absolutely amazing friendly very knowledgeable staff. Rooms were very clean. We had a late check in and was still able to use the pool and spa which very clean and relaxing. The kitchen and Bar down stairs in the lobby was so clean and the staff in the bar were very friendly. Food was extremely good and she knew her wines!!! Which was a bonus for me since I am a wine drinker. Breakfast was cooked to excellence and the staff even took our empty plates for us when we could have done it ourselves. The best place we have stayed in while being in Orlando!!! Definitely coming back here

Booked this hotel after reading all the reviews and the proximity to the parks. From the moment we checked in I was impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room. I thought the happy hour would be just snacks but they serve legit food and drinks. (Great for families that have been park hopping all day!) Last night the beds and pillows were comfortable and our room was quiet. That's my first day review! I would highly recommend and never hesitate to stay here in the future.

They offer you morning & dinner meals, free soda, 6pm popcorn, free booze, free parking, and shuttle bus to Universal. We stayed 5 nights for Universal Orlando, which was one of the busiest times in a year, the spring break. We were tired already at 4pm and decided to go back to hotel by the shuttle. Then there was yummy food ready for us in the hotel. After regained energy, we drove back to the park again for free parking after 6pm and had a wonderful night with much less time to wait. It is all great experience, the best we felt among all was the kindness of front desk.

Staff was extremely friendly!! I had an upper corner room and it was very quiet. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and happy hour made leaving and coming from work easier. Hotel was busy with many visiting for universal and they did a great job maintaining all areas keeping it very clean. I was there for 5 days and I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I stayed here with my 2 best friends on October 30 & 32st in the 2-bedroom suite. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. Beds, pillows, and pull out couch was soft and comfortable. We enjoyed the in hot breakfast, especially the cereal and sausage biscuits & gravy, the free cocktail drinks and dinner service was delicious (woot chili and nachos). I really enjoyed the new bar & kitchen added to the hotel. I ordered me a burger w/tots and a cocktail, then the next day we ordered a few desserts. Felt safe to stay here. It wasn't too far to drive to Universal Studios even though a free shuttle is available. I really like staying at this hotel when we have to go to Universal Studios. The price (2 nights, 3 ppl around $110 each) us amazing for the items and quality we recieved. Thank you to the front desk team for our Halloween horror villains card and thanks Rhonda for keeping our room tidy during our stay.

By far the best hotel that ive been to in Orlando. My room and bathroom was very clean, the free breakfast buffet was out of this world amazing! They kept everything fresh and there was so much to pick from. Parking was free which was another perk that you cant find when you are close to theme parks. Universal is 6 min from the hotel. The front staff was so helpful, extremely nice and like they were actually happy to be there not like they hated their life🤣 pool is amazing too but we didnt get to really spend time there.

This was our second stay since we were so impressed the first time! The staff are so friendly. The manager visits with you during breakfast and evening buffet to see how your stay has been. So kind and personable! The rooms are clean and the rates are right! So happy we found this gem in Orlando! We will be back!

I read reviews daily before coming here and I was not disappointed! Andrea at the front desk presented my son with a birthday goodie bag upon arrival. The comp breakfast was perfect before a long day at Universal (highly recommend using the shuttle it gets you there at 8:00-8:05 for early entry) and coming home to heavy apps and free drinks was the best way to end the day! This place is truly a hidden gem and we will definitely return! And yes, the rooms were very clean and the beds were the comfiest we’ve seen yet! Thank you Drury Inn staff for an amazing stay! ❤️

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Not the typical rude staff like some other brand hotels. Thanks for the free breakfast, the drinks, all the nice seating for social hour. Even the maintenance person was very friendly letting everyone on the elevator. Maintenance in the building was great, no painted tiles that looked covered up, pool area was nice and accessible from inside building. A little close to highway but didn't hear any noise from my room. Would definitely stay again, no doubt!

This hotel was 1 of the best that my family & I have stayed at! Not only was it super clean, but ALL the employees were very friendly & bent over backwards to give you what you needed. The free breakfast was wonderful, food was plentiful, hot, fresh & delicious. The 5.30pm deal was amazing as well. Fantastic rooms, great prices, what more can I say? We will always stay at this hotel when travelling to Orlando!!

Breakfast was great. Big buffet did not disappoint! "Snacks" from 5:30 to 7 could be a light meal or even a meal and the adults can get a basic drink (Alcohol) with it, if you wanted one. Rooms are clean, staff was attentive, and this will be the go-to place when staying in the area.

My mom and I had a great time at the Drury Inn. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was quiet even though it was in a very busy area. Vicky in dining was AMAZING! She always asked us what our plans were and seemed genuinely interested in our time in Orlando. She was the sweetest and very accommodating to us. We will definitely be back! -Krista and Shea

I'm a big fan of this hotel chain but I'm also a big fan of air conditioning. I read the other reviews but I figured they were when it was hot. The low was 50 last night so I figured this wouldn't be an issue. The room was very warm when we got in and it never really got cold enough for us. That made it hard to sleep. How can the air conditioning not work right when its so cold out? I'll stay at other Drury hotels but not this one. Too bad because everything else was great.

Had a wonderful stay! Room was ready and clean, customer service was excellent, and night buffet and breakfast was great! Kids loved the free popcorn and soda when we arrived and also the heated pool, and we enjoyed our complimentary adult beverages! Parking was plentiful and FREE, can't complain about anything.

Stayed here for 3 weeks while training for a new position at work. The hotel was warm and inviting everyone was so nice and helpful. The location was only a short distance from my job . The food was great. Vicky made breakfast even that much better with her warm smile and care for others. The front desk was amazing helping me when I lost my wallet they were very understanding and concerned and it meant the world to . I would recommend and stay here hands down . I had a great stay at the Drury Inn and Suites just this past weekend during the Florida Classic. On site bar and restaurant. Location is great, the rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff were great! I would definitely stay here again! I was really impressed and one could make the case that this hotel might just be a 4 star and Orlando's best kept secret.
