Nice, friendly staff. Took us 2 hours to get out of the emergency room. It was busy so I don’t really complain, they did a good job.

This hospital is being renovated, so the main entrance is now through the emergency room. They offer valet parking. All though the renovation is a mild inconvenience it does not interfere with the excellent service this hospital has to offer.

My husband went in to the ER at 2:30pm with chest pains EKG was done a X-ray was done but he never left the hallway At 7 pm a nurse came to draw his blood in the hallway five feet away from the entrance he said they have to do with what they have. He went to the clerk to get an update at 9pm she said they have 52 patients with no available beds. He told her he was leaving and she just took his name. Not a concern as to if he can even drive. They had two ladies coughing up a storm and they were never separated from the rest of the patients. Horrible experience.

My primary Doctor suggested I come in to the ER due to certain symptoms and chest pain. I arrived at at 2pm with chest pains and EKG was done a X-ray was done, and labs. They sat me back in waiting room and it is At 8:04pm and I have yet to be called back. I asked a triage nurse how long before I get called back as I have been in the waiting er hallway for past 6 hours he could not give me an ETA and stated that ambulance have been coming in and out I have not seen not one come in since I been waiting. To make things worse the nurse who drew my blood Norberto was very kind but stuck the needle to draw my blood so far out it hit one of my nerves or vein in my arms and pain radiated to the nerve muscle. I felt nauseous and dizzy it hurt so bad now in my entire arm shoulder in right arm hurts radiating to my back and neck horrible experience.

Went for some vision loss, headache above the left eye and vomiting, all they did was a covid test and sent me on the way. Which came back negative. I suggest going to the Altamonte emergency room, much better.

Went to the ER this morning, which is never a pleasant experience. Dr. Spreitzer and RN Lindsay were awesome. Their people skills made a bad situation better. Thanks!!!

Attending doctors and nurses were fine but some security guards dont wear a face mask and one of the desk clerks greeting incoming people at the admission desk wears her face mask below her nose. I didnt expect seeing 3 members of the staff not complying with the hospital's own protective policy.

I drive from Sanford to this ER every time we need an emergency room. The hospital is fast and thorough, actually helps you instead of just sending you home telling you to go see your doctor. The wait times aren’t that bad for a hospital and the staff is wonderful. I’ve used them for years and tell my family and friends to go here as well.

Timely addressing of my complaint upon checking into the emergency room came to be. Extensive detailed testing to diagnose my issue was completed. All staff members were polite, professional and courteous. Prior to simply releasing me, the doctor I was in the care of, moved to complete another blood count check to ensure I was indeed in a position to be released. 5 Star Service was provided me. A very considerate and compassionate staff. From check in to check out I felt well cared for. The nurses and emergency physician took the time to listen and were thorough in their note taking of my symptoms and past medical history. I am pleased to say my experience at Orlando Health South Seminole was a positive experience.

South Seminole is one of the best hospitals I've ever known. They always come up with the solution to the health problems that you have. Very kind staff. Very outgoing staff but a great nurses and the doctor's are fantastic. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else and I really don't. No matter where I'm at. I must go to South Seminole where I know I will be treated like a human being and diagnosed like a first class citizen. Thank you so much self Seminole

This was my first time going to Orlando Health for an emergency. It was a great experience in spite of me not feeling well. The staff was very kind and I appreciated how thorough and informative the emergency room doctor was in explaining what was going on with me. I hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I do, I’m more than willing to go a little farther and be taken care of by the staff at Orlando Health! Thank you ALL for doing what you do 😊❤️

My most recent visit to South Seminole Hospital (Orlando Health) was very helpful. Every person, from the security guard who offered me a wheelchair, to the Paramedic students starting my line (my IV) were amazing. My providers (Ashley Williams, ARNP and Dr. Williams) were also very helpful and provided wonderful care while I was there with 10/10 pain and barely able to walk or move. My post-discharge aftercare was also very helpful, informative, and has been working quite well. The only complaint I have is with certain comments that were noted in my chart. It made me feel as though I was seen as being duplicitous and exaggerating my pain. It hurts my heart that I was seen in a negative light when I was genuinely in some of the worst pain in my entire life.

Everything was excellent. They found a Medication for my constipation and it works. Nobody gave me a specific medicine that Worked before. I wanted Results and I got it. Thanks so much. Also the information on foods containing fiber helped pick out the best foods to buy at the grocery store. I have totally changed my diet based on fiber content. The best thing it is really works. Thank you so much!!!

My experience was the best. Great customer service. and the nurses very attentive to our needs. I wouldn’t mind visiting you again, although in different circumstances. It was a pleasure to have known you all for such a very little time.. God bless you all.

Everyone that helped us during our ER visit was amazing. From checking in all the way up until we left and even answering my many phone calls and questions the next day. They took great care of us and made a hard day a lot easier for us. We felt genuinely cared for and they did so much to make my daughter feel as comfortable as possible after a very traumatic day.
