Not your typical diner but still pretty good. It isolated in the town of Oviedo, near the medical center, so it isn't too hard to find. This place is bright, clean and has a positive vibe to it. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I saw they has a Philly Cheese Sandwich which I chose to try. I've had the real thing so this was not going to compare but it was still good. It wasn't as savory as I would have expected but it had the right smell and taste, although there were muted compared to the real thing. For dessert I had the Key Lime pie. This is a Florida staple and this one did not disappoint at all. It had the right amount of tartness and the correct texture. My wife had the chocolate cake and that was delicious too. Overall it was worth our stop here and the prices are very reasonable too.

I ordered breakfast here last week and it was amazing. I decided to order again today, but was sadly disappointed. I swear the food tasted completely different the second time around. The grits were so watery and tasted VERY strongly of pepper. I also ordered turkey sausage and I’m pretty sure they gave me regular sausage instead. I guess it depends on who’s cooking the food for the day... Don’t think I’ll be ordering here again though.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon but we're still able to get a seat without waiting. The servers are friendly and help each other out. That's good for when you need something fast. The food was good. While not the type of restaurant I would seek out, but would definitely go if I happened to be the area.

Service was great! Food was cold and very disappointing, we needed "our fix" after the university location closed and to say the least we're over it. We added an order of chicken tenders to our two entrees bc they are the BEST!! Well for only $7 you too can get TWO tiny nuggets they call tenders. Huge disappointment overall.

Every time I come here, i always finish my plate of food. Everything here delicious. The avocado toast is the best I’ve ever had. The three egg breakfast was above any standard I’ve had. Way better than the Townhouse restaurant and First Watch. The place is super clean and the staff is so friendly. We had Serena as our waitress and she was on top of it.

I went in yesterday (8/27) and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted and sat quickly. Serena was my server and she was great. She was quick to get my drink order and was knowledgeable on the menu. I got the classic burger and fries and it was a great burger. 10/10 will be back!

Nice place with interesting twists on classic favorites. Our server was a little bit distracted and off. Had to ask for utensils and water multiple times. Will definitely be back because the food is a perfect diner delight.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were smiling and very accommodating. They were running around as a team, taking care of customers. One brought coffee refills, then she'd go off and bus a table and wipe it down. Very impressive staff here. We had a Friday Fish Fry and it was very good! Came out hot and quickly. Our server Dylan was EXCELLENT. He seems to really enjoy his job. Making sure customers were happy. Great attitude. We'll be back next week and bring some friends. We first went to the one at UCF but it was closed. Your app and website still show it OPEN. Even in app, you can choose UCF as your favorite location. Thanks for a great visit.

My second visit here. Everything I've ordered was delicious. Curbside is quick and very friendly. The pot roast reminded me of my mom's pot roast that I miss soo much. The club sandwich was enough for 2 meals 😁 and my picky family has enjoyed everything I ordered for them. This is definitely a to-go for me, always.
