This is the best GuideWell facility yet! PA Hal is so amazing, knowledgeable and has the best disposition ever! Mischa was soo nice and compassionate , Alex V is the Patient Center care is an expert in blood drawing and putting IV , my son has horrible veins and he was so understanding and very efficient and kind . The best experience and this will be my family and friends new Urgent Care, they are equipped with all the necessary machines to give you the best care ever!!! Thank you GuideWell for your services!!! You are truly appreciated!!!!

I made an appointment the day before for the GuideWell near me. When I showed up, the staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant and were completely prepared for me. I maybe had to wait 10 minutes before being called back which is amazing for a walk in clinic. Every human contact I had was 100% professional and courteous. They did a great job at communicating with me the entire time I was there, and keeping me apprised of status and next steps. This is hands down the BEST walk in clinic experience I have ever had. I will always go to GuideWell when I need these medical services. Thanks to all the staff, nurses and doctors!!!

The staff was very attentive and there was no long wait. My first time visit there, and they left me with an awesome impression. My own Doctor advised me to go there since her office was closed and GuideWell could handle my needs since they have everything there needed such as c-scan, Xray machines. So much better than going to an ER for sure.

Outstanding customer service experience! I called the office at 12:15PM today and had an appointment at 1:00PM. I was all done with my appointment at 1:45PM. The staff was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. My family practice doctor was not available today on short notice and recommended GuideWell as a good choice for my medical issue. I highly recommend Guide Well as an alternative to going to an ER in Orlando. I will use them if I ever have another urgent need.

Sick 12 year old with URQ pain. Lisa checked us in immediately and brought us to a large, clean room. After 30 seconds Maria came to take vitals and was equally nice as Lisa. Shortly after a sweet and professional Misha came in and helped with blood draw, ultimately Ramon was successful. My daughter didn’t even flinch. Dr. Rattle took a cool and ordered diagnostic testing which confirmed his hunch. Meds on board, she was feeling the best she has felt in a week. This place is clean, staff is professional and the process is efficient. Love this place. My child said she’s never going to ER again.

Took my daughter in because she was sick with a cough and sore throat. Her strep test and COVID test came back negative so they did a throat culture to double checks and said it would take 48 hrs to get results. This was a week ago and decided to call to see if they had the results. The nurse Evelyn answered by saying “Did you receive a phone call then no we haven’t received it” extremely rude and unprofessional of her. My husband called back and she was saying how maybe I got phone calls and they couldn’t get a hold of me like she never asked me any of that so why would you assume. She also said it wasn’t t rude the response she gave me. Spoke with a supervisor and they did have my daughters results. If she would’ve just asked a doctor to see in their system all of this could’ve been avoided. I understand patients can be rude but it wasn’t the case when I called and she automatically was very rude like we have spoken before. Just plain RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The location by Trader Joe’s is so much better.

I needed to go to the ER. When I arrived at Guidewell, the staff did not tell me that they were closing in 20 minutes. Instead, they took excellent care of me ( acting as if they had all evening). They ran a few tests right there on the premises including taking x-rays and doing blood work. They read me the results, kept me an extra half hour (even after they were closed), and then released me. They were polite, professional, and helpful. I would definitely use their urgent care center again. Thank you to all the staff who took great care of me. May God continue to bless you.

Very impressed with professionalism and compassionate care. Got a CT scan and blood work. Scan results were back within 30 minutes, don’t think that’s typical. Apparently a shortage of contrast dye for CT so was not able to get as definitive a diagnosis. But still beneficial visit. Beat the heck out of an ER visit!

My second time having to go here. Of course, it wasn’t pleasant because i I was sick but the staff did an excellent job. I felt they were very attentive and kept me informed of the process. I also thought the tests they ran were very thorough and that they truly looked for a solution to my issues. I would definitely recommend.

I’d recommend that people come here. The only down part is I felt rushed but I also understand that they have a lot of people to see and they are doing their best to get to as many people as possible. They are not my primary care physician so I don’t hold that against them. They are timely and won’t have you waiting long for no reason. If you want to be seen, taken care of and sent along you way, come here!!!

This is the best place if you need medical attention. The front desk has empathy and tried to get you in as soon as possible. My situation was I fell with a bruise on the upper right side . It is very painful. The staff made me feel comfortable by giving me a pillow and a warm blanket. The nurse was concerned by giving me positive thoughts. The Doctor was the best friendly, professional, and took action sending me to the X-Ray . Jason the tech was kind in getting the perfect X-Ray. I am luckily no rib fracture. The Doctor knew .exactly what I had Rib Contusion. He assisted me with pain medication and other types of medication to make me feel better. A great experience. I will always chose GuideWell Emergency Doctors .

My experience with this establishment was amazing! Everyone who helped me today were very pleasant and professional. I was able to get examined, a CT scan with diagnosis, directions on follow up and a prescription sent to my pharmacy in under 2 hours. And today is Sunday! Excellent job! I would definitely recommend this location to all who will listen.

I had a very good experience here! The facility is immaculate and new. The staff, nurse and NP were polite and very professional. My husband recommended this facility so I was so very glad he did. They took care of me quickly and resolved my issue which was a medication refill.

This facility is wonderful! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, kind, efficient, and caring. The facility is very clean and offers a variety of services. The online app made it very easy to schedule an appointment. I definitely recommend this medical practice and will return verify needed in the future I just wanna say thank you to everyone today for all of your help.

I didn’t even have to wait ten minutes to be seen, front desk was kind, and the doctors and nurses listened and were absolutely amazing. As someone with lupus, it’s hard to troubleshoot me but they went above and beyond to try and figured out what’s wrong with me. I really didn’t want to pay for an ER visit or specialists and this was the same kind of care for cheaper, quicker, and more efficient. The doctor took more time to listen and run tests than my PCP or any of my specialists. The place was bright and very clean. I highly highly recommend this location. :)

This place is great because it doesn't seem very busy. I've been there twice, nobody in the waiting room. My visit today took 3 hours, which wasn't unreasonable for the circumstances. My first time there, they recommended a bunch of tests my insurance company refused to cover. So I also turned them down. It cost me $130 via Cigna (high deductible plan) to see a nurse, a doctor, and have an X-ray. Took about 90 minutes. Today, I went in expecting the upsell again and it didn't happen at all. I saw a doctor who I personally found impressive, who gave me the info and treatment I needed now and saved me a trip to the ER which I didn't need to take. If I die tomorrow, I retract this review of course!

This is the first time I've used this particular Guidewell. I have nothing but good things to say about it. Parking was plentiful, the inside was spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The ladies at check in were friendly and efficient. I waited maybe a little more than 5 minutes, but less than 10. Within a few minutes of being put in a room I had had my vitals taken, and was on my way to CT. Getting back in the room, someone was waiting to draw my blood. There was a wait after that, but I had expected that. Even while I waited, people came in to let me know what was going on. Never did I feel I had been forgotten in the room. When all the lab and CT result were done, my discharge was quick and easy. I was referred to a specialist, and shortly after I got home I received a phone call and text to ask when would be the best days and hours for me. This morning I received a phone call with my appointment made. I really couldn't have asked for better service. This is what medical care should be.

I thought care like this would never happen again. The highest standards of care were apparent. Actually feeling heard by all the staff was a huge comfort. There were no delays in care and being kept informed of what was being done and when, was automatic with this facility. In good hands with real professionals. Phenomenal!

Was able to make a same-day appointment. I recently moved to the area and had not established a new primary care physician so I was in a bind. The nurses and doctor were amazing! They listened and took great care of me!

Everything was very good, the only thing I didn't like was the appearance of the sheet on the stretcher where they sat me down, everything else was ok
