0 stars. TERRIBLE customer service. No help from any workers. Rude to other customers. When I asked a question about a gun the worker rolled his eyes at me and didn't answer. Last time I went we over heard them talking about which guns are better for shooting people and the customer service was the same.

Great CCW class. Katherine is a great teacher, she keeps you engaged, keeps the class fun and you learn a lot. I highly recommend the class. I also bought my gun from them a year ago and get all my ammo here. Everyone in the store is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll keep coming back here for all my gun and ammo needs.

Katie is an excellent CCW instructor. Very knowledgeable and passionate about gun safety. The class was real easy to understand and she made it fun to learn about guns and proper handling. She also gives her personal info so she can continue to give you training even afterwards. Def would recommend!

I've been going there since I was a kid. Lately I've gone there for firearms and their concealed weapons class. The class is great. It takes a morning to do and they typically provide snacks and beverages. The instructor is fairly knowledgeable and is more than willing to help you understand and of the fundamentals of firearms ownership and safety. The gun room staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Recently I went to purchase a firearm. I didn't have all of the cash up front but they went above and beyond by making an exception for me to put the rifle on layaway even when they didn't have to. 10/10 would go back and recommend.

As a first time gun buyer, entering a gun shop can be a bit intimidating. Jerry took me through the process and put the right gun in my hand. Super informative, encouraged me to do my own research, and was more than accommodating to my elderly father. I highly recommend this shop if you want a knowledgeable staff without the superiority complex and bravado.

If you are looking to take your CCW class, don't go any further! Katy is an amazing teacher and her knowledge of what is required is unbelievable. She makes the class fun in a way that you get what she is teaching. Then when you are done and go looking for that perfect gun the crew inside the pawn shop will work with you for that perfect fit. One stop shop when it comes to your gun/ammo needs!!

I questioned their price on silver which was $19.15 per oz. They're selling at $25.99 per oz. I offered a fair market price and they blocked me and kicked me off their platform, seems they don't like honest commerce, they like price gouging...

My husband and I love this hometown gun shop. We don’t go anywhere else for guns or ammo. Prices are very reasonable, but nothing beats the staff. The owner definitely has a great group to help run this place. They’re all extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer your questions. We recently took the CCW class on site - I appreciated the extra time that was spent to go over legalities and general gun safety. This is the place to go for all of your pawn/gun shop needs. . . Actually, it’s worth it just to stop in during the day to see Ruger the Frenchie!

The concealed carry class was great! Katherine is a wonderful instructor and makes sure that safety is priority. She makes sure to go through every detail. This is a great class especially if you are a beginner. Sherry is a wonderful person as well. I highly recommend the permit class!

First time in a shop like this one and all the people there were great and ready to attend you, even though I went in a bit late Jon took his time and answered every single question I had. And I'm very, very happy with my purchase.

Just moved to Lakeland in September. I wanted to continue collecting firearms as I have been in my previous state so I decided to check these guys out since they’re about a mile from my house. I went in to the gun cave and was immediately greeted which was already a nice experience. Spent some time handling firearms to figure out what I liked and when I found the right one we got the process going. Well since I’ve only been in Florida a short time I don’t have a Florida ID yet. These guys were willing to hold the firearm I chose for me until I was able to make an appointment to get the right ID. Overall was a smooth and easy experience. I’ll definitely be back doing business with them again for as long as I’m a Florida resident.

I enjoy going here great variety of stuff especially in there firearm area… bought my first two guns here and will definitely buy some more… friendly people and of course can’t forget about their best security Ruger. Was great seeing him for the first time. 10/10 will be going back and shopping more.

I came in to look around and walked out, happy and impressed. All the guys, my salesman Jon, Kyle, and Scott, were helpful and attentive. They have everything you could want at great prices and constantly post about upcoming things on socials, so find them and like for opportunities. I did find a little something and got some ammo, too. They usually have a raffle, so stop in some time you won't be disappointed 💪

Highly recommend the CCW class with Mike Parmigiani and Susie both of them have so much acknowledged and professionalism . I learned the importance and the responsibility of the gun owner when carry a weapon . They talked about so many different important topic great instructors!!

West Coast Pawn is the best place to go to find guns ammo excellent staff that has the knowledge of knowing of what they sell and there not gonna rip u off like some gun or Pawn shops which there both, if I'm looking for a special gun there will keep and eye out for me and not rip me off, I bought used and new guns not just that but I bought other items also cricket machine, and they fit me to the guns not try to sell me anything like most people, and the best thing of it all is they treat u like family...thank yawl for all what yawl do, and there dog ruger he's the best dog ever my grandbaby loves going in there and seeing him....hope u feel better
